There were bugs in my food and after calling the store and being told to come in by the manger. I was left to wait for nearly 30 minutes. He told me he'd be right with me but was no where to be found after. Bugs...in a kids meal!!! Bugs in any food is disgusting, especially when the company has had this product recalled in 2021 for E.coli...which flies can transfer. Chipotle drives me nuts with their mobile orders. They're rushed and dont get the same portion or love that in store orders get. I dont get how you can charge a fixed price for anything here if one persons getting heaping scoops of food and the other is getting quick dollops. This is a problem nationwide too. Aside from this gripe I've been on the toilet since 4 AM after eating from this location around 7PM. Not fun. Could be a once in a blue moon thing or maybe not who knows. don't order on the chipotle app unless you want to wait 30 minutes in the restaurant for it to even come out. Hillary's right, I think this probably is the best Mexican food to be found in Stillwater. The food's good, and a plus is this is probably one of the few vegetarian/vegan friendly places in town--just be sure to get black beans! It is a little spendy I guess compared to something like Taco Bell, but you're paying for quality. My main complaint is that it can be hard to get to [or leave] when traffic is heavy on Hall of Fame. Let me start off with how disappointed I was coming to this chipotle in Stillwater. The food as always tasted great, but the service was more than underwhelming. After 10 minutes of waiting in line at 4pm (not even a rush time with many people) I was finally at the counter ready to order. It took another 5 minutes for me to get my order from one side to the side where veggies are put on. There was only 2 people actually doing work. My girlfriend and I waited yet another 5 minutes at the register, waiting to be checked out. One of the employees even walked to the register bought himself something and then walked back to the back. Once we finally got our food, it was already starting to get cold and soggy. Not to mention while I was eating, I encountered a hair in my food. I would NOT recommend anyone go to this chipotle. *Disclaimer: I am a Chipotle fanatic.* If you have ever experienced the greatness of another Chipotle, prepare to be disappointed by Stillwater's approximation of the franchise. Slow service, frequent delays while food is coming off the grill, and employees who still don't seem to know their own menu yet. It's your lucky day if they roll your burrito successfully on the first attempt. Customer Chipotle IQ is also lacking since the staff never set the tone. The first word you find in Chipotle is CHIPS. But they're not the greatest at this location. I liked my chicken burrito bowl and my guacamole, but alas, the chips were the worst of my life.
