Love Chipotle except this awful location--you've got to fight tooth and nail to get reasonable portions. I've never felt so unwelcome at a place I give money to. Go to the Don Pibil Restaurant and be taken care of by better employees, and eat more food with no upcharges. read more

I ordered a burrito online with double barbacoa and sour cream. I received an unrolled tortilla with only rice and cheese. The rest of my order was not there. This was about $30. That $30 did not include a drink, chips, or salsa etc. read more

Love Chipotle. Food is fresh and fast. Store is always clean. It's my go to in Stillwater.

I very clearly asked for my sour cream to be on the side. The guy did not care at all and put a humungous glob of sour cream on my burrito. Sorry if it takes 2 extra seconds to put it on the side, but would you want to eat a sour cream burrito? Ridiculous. read more

There were bugs in my food and after calling the store and being told to come in by the manger. I was left to wait for nearly 30 minutes. He told me he'd be right with me but was no where to be found after. Bugs...in a kids meal!!! Bugs in any food is disgusting, especially when the company has had this product recalled in 2021 for E.coli...which flies can transfer. No outward complaining or fussing, I patiently waited, responded to the nice cashier that asked if I had a mobile, waited more, then left. I simply wanted a refund :( read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Kid's Cheese Quesadilla - Mexican Near Me - Stillwater, Oklahoma

Chipotle drives me nuts with their mobile orders. They're rushed and dont get the same portion or love that in store orders get. I dont get how you can charge a fixed price for anything here if one persons getting heaping scoops of food and the other is getting quick dollops. This is a problem nationwide too. Aside from this gripe I've been on the toilet since 4 AM after eating from this location around 7PM. Not fun. Could be a once in a blue moon thing or maybe not who knows. The inside of the store was pretty clean the last time I picked up an order so its hard to say if this food is why I'm now sick. read more

don't order on the chipotle app unless you want to wait 30 minutes in the restaurant for it to even come out. After waiting the 30 minutes for my mobile order i came to the realization that the rice was hard and not cooked properly, then to take a bite and find a small piece of wood in my bowl. it is also an extremely loud and busy environment. read more

If you ask for double anything you immediately receive a glare. These workers do not understand the definition of service business. Serious rework needs to be done among the staff. I don't pay $25 for two bowls to get mean looks and not have a good time. read more

This chipotle never has what I want they are ALWAYS out of of something and it's super inconvenient especially being a chipotle fan for years read more

Made me wait 10 mins for white rice just to come back and say they were out of white rice. But there was literally white rice in the to go food line I watched them serve. Total waste of time, and didn't compensate me in any way. Horrible service. Food was mid read more

Ordered tacos with 3 ingredients, rice, chicken, and queso, pretty simple. Queso being $1.25 extra and that's the ingredient they decided to forget to put on my tacos read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - NO QUESO ON THE TACOS - Mexican Near Me - Stillwater, Oklahoma

Very good food and very nice employees. Orders are always done correct. We eat here at least once a week. read more

Waited almost an hour for entrees. Waitstaff was unenthused to say the least. When the food finally came, I found a large piece of chicken skin on my nachos. The meat was generally tasteless, except when it tasted bad. I left after about 5 bites. read more

I have always loved the food at this restaurant. Tonight we went in about 5 PM. Very few customers. Every single table was filthy. So was the floor. Is it too much to ask for clean tables and slightly swept floor? read more

This place is not bad but the workers can be rude sometimes and every time I've been there I've had a hair in my food. It's very gross having a hair in your food and not being able to finish it. read more

Hillary's right, I think this probably is the best Mexican food to be found in Stillwater. The food's good, and a plus is this is probably one of the few vegetarian/vegan friendly places in town--just be sure to get black beans! It is a little spendy I guess compared to something like Taco Bell, but you're paying for quality. My main complaint is that it can be hard to get to [or leave] when traffic is heavy on Hall of Fame. Otherwise, thumbs up. I also like that you don't have the whole "hipper than thou" vibe here that I've seen in Chipotle's located in other parts of the country. read more

Edit: trying this again, yelp loves to filter my reviews, so I'm updating this one. Love Chipotle. yes, it's a chain, but it's my favorite chain restaurant. The one in Stillwater is every bit as good as the other ones I've been to. The only thing I would change is move it to a location that's closer to campus (i.e. walkable). But as far as the restaurant itself it's great read more

Love what Chipotle is about and always get great service here! Even got a call from the manager one night asking if my food had been up to par earlier in the day. A bit much, but I like that they care. read more

I eat here at least once a week. Every time my food is delicious and always accurate! I also love that they carry vegan options. Maybe one day they'll add vegan cheese to the menu read more

Let me start off with how disappointed I was coming to this chipotle in Stillwater. The food as always tasted great, but the service was more than underwhelming. After 10 minutes of waiting in line at 4pm (not even a rush time with many people) I was finally at the counter ready to order. It took another 5 minutes for me to get my order from one side to the side where veggies are put on. There was only 2 people actually doing work. My girlfriend and I waited yet another 5 minutes at the register, waiting to be checked out. One of the employees even walked to the register bought himself something and then walked back to the back. Once we finally got our food, it was already starting to get cold and soggy. Not to mention while I was eating, I encountered a hair in my food. I would NOT recommend anyone go to this chipotle. You are better off going practically anywhere else unless you enjoy cold food and hair in your food. 4/10 rating... read more

Very rude and unwelcoming staff, and I was also confused as to why she didn't warm up my tortillas. My food was grossly cold when I went to eat it not to mention the portions were off. Definitely not going back! read more

Overpriced for quality of food. Portions are good. However hurt my roomates stomach pretty bad

*Disclaimer: I am a Chipotle fanatic.* If you have ever experienced the greatness of another Chipotle, prepare to be disappointed by Stillwater's approximation of the franchise. Slow service, frequent delays while food is coming off the grill, and employees who still don't seem to know their own menu yet. It's your lucky day if they roll your burrito successfully on the first attempt. Customer Chipotle IQ is also lacking since the staff never set the tone. It's still Chipotle, though, and the food is still pretty spectacular once your burrito is finally acquired. I'm glad they're in Stillwater! read more

Went twice in less than a month. I think it's a good place for a quick bite. I like their bowl with hot sauce!!!

This is the best fast food in town. Fo' sho'. They are vegetarian/vegan friendly, and they use high quality ingredients. It will make you want to slap your momma. read more

The first word you find in Chipotle is CHIPS. But they're not the greatest at this location. I liked my chicken burrito bowl and my guacamole, but alas, the chips were the worst of my life. Have they been around since 2002? Hopefully when I work up the courage to try this Chipotle again, the chips will be fresher. read more

We go once a week! We love it. Usually they give just the right amount of rice, beans and meat in the burrito bowls, sometimes they're kind of stingy but if you ask they'll add a little extra. We love Chipotle! Everyone is usually very friendly also. read more

How can they not have queso? That's the craziest thing I've ever heard. I've only eaten here once but I'll never good back, it's like a cheap imitation of quedoba read more

As far as burritos go, Chipotle has got it down. Good quality and definitely worth the money.

We used to love this place and ate there probably twice a week. Customer service and portion sizes are now both very unpredictable as is food quality. Sad that a great spot has taken such a turn for the worse. read more

Burrito has good fresh ingredients. I had sticker shock when I checked out though. Way over priced for fast food atmosphere.

It's tragic that the best "Mexican" food in Stillwater is a chain fast-food joint, but it's the truth. This place, like all Chipotles, is fresh and consistent. Nice staff. Clean. You get your money's worth. read more

Love there food. Super high quality ingredients and nice eating conditions. For a fast food place tho the food I'd a little pricy ( I mean not $0.99) it's good tho. read more
