I ordered on the app last night thinking I could just drive through and pick up dinner for my kids on the way home. Nope. You have to drive up to the curbside pick up. But wait...you just park in the designated place. You don't really get your food delivered to you. So if you are stressed about Covid, too bad. You still have to walk inside, talk to the person at the register and then sit and wait for your food. What is the point of this stupid app?! I waited for 20+ minutes only to be told they didn't have the bottle of sauce in stock that I had ordered. I only ordered it because asking for sauce was not an option in the app! I was willing to pay $3.99 for a bottle of sauce because my kids like it and I wasn't going to have to go in. But I did. And they didn't have it. They were just going to give me packets and refund the charge of the bottle. Unfortunately the manager didn't know how to issue a refund on the app and had me waiting after I'd received my kids food. Finally I decided to leave to get my kids food home so they could eat it while it was at least warm. I told them I'd come back to get the refund. I go back hours later and they have found a bottle. Seriously people. They did not offer to give me a refund. So now I have this giant bottle of sauce that my kids won't eat because we rarely get take out from Freddy's. This all could have been avoided if I'd have just ordered through the drive through.

I get to the window and a little under 10 minutes later (only person in line) I get a Chocolate concrete! And calling it concrete is BOLD. It was chocolate soup. Would rate lower if I could.

The staff is always enjoyable, friendly, and seemingly hard-working. On our latest visit, we watched as LaRissa rushed to place her broom down so she could help an elderly couple with the door. It was over and beyond what you'd expect from most establishments. She is a good representation of what we've come to expect from the smiling faces of this particular 5 Guys. Thank you so much. We wish Stillwater had more restaurants with as much dedication and pride as you clearly have.

I got mad at the dude, and he had the audacity to hang up on me! Terrible, terrible customer service. When I tried to call again, there was no answer, and after a few tries, a nice-sounding woman answered, and when I asked for the manager, she handed me over to the same guy who hung up on me. Let me tell you, that man was hardly a sufficient employee, let alone a manager. I can assure you that I will never ever come back to this Taco Bell again.
