The food and service at this KFC is always excellent. I have eaten at this restaurant for over 40 years and the chicken is always consistent delicious. Very greasy as for usual. Not recommended for heart patients either! I had to get white meat because they had ran out of dark. Still it's a cheap meal and I wasn't into going to a fancy restaurant in town. I am here from Tallahassee, FL to do an outdoor erosion control conference through Oklahoma State University. The KFC in stillwater is DISGUSTING. There is a leak in their ceiling dripping directly on the food. Went in to order we wanted a chicken strip meal and 2 fill up boxes. cashier says oh I can make that cheaper by charging you for another meal plan instead of the fill up price. I was thinking hun? Because isn't the fill up meal the cheapest thing on the menu anyway I said go ahead as long as it is 2 of them. Girl looks at me says nothing .i pay for my meals she hands me 2 cups and I sit down telling my son wait we should have gotten 3 cups for 3 meals right. He says he didn't care about his drink missing so I wait for meal. Order was for 2 meals only. . i go back up front and reorder and pay for another fill up box the girl who waited on us the first time acts like she wasn't there the first time as I tell her again I need 3 meals not 2. She takes my order no apologies no nothing.then I ask for my drink cup and she rolls her eyes and acts like it doesn't come with the meal. She finally hands me the cup and says go for it. Again what is she talking about? I paid for it . I sit down and wait and when she calls out my number she has it ready to eat in when the first order was to go. My son goes to get the order upfront and tells her that it is to go. She tells him oh I thought it was for here when we just ordered previously. Plus there was only 2 other people inside. The crew during the dinner rush was working like a well oiled machine. I was not looking forward to going back into town anywhere near the homecoming activities but didn't want to cook either. Expecting to wait 15 minutes like I have in the past, I was thru the drive thru with a 16-pc family meak in hand in under 5 minutes. The chicken (original recipe) was less greasy than it's been in the past, which is a good thing. The biscuits were hot & fresh. And the cole slaw was tasty - though I prefer slaw not chopped up so fine. Still not a fan of their potatoes or gravy but the husband & kid inhaled them. Mac & cheese needs flavor improvement but it is kid friendly. Whoever was working this evening around 6p - they deserve praise. Smiling crew, neat & clean even when observed thru the window. One young man complimented my hat. Perhaps I'll visit this KFC more often. read more

This is my go to restaurant, but today? Meh, mostly due to service. Granted it's Bedlam, but be prepared for goodness sake. Changing out registers whole the line is out the door is counterproductive. Food is great, but the standard today was so-so. read more

Avoid this KFC. We are usually KFC fans but we've lived here for 3 years and this one is consistently bad. They won't keep hot wings stocked and even when you call ahead of time to have them ready when you get there, they don't follow through. This is by far the worst KFC we've seen and have given up on trying to go there. read more

I moved here 2 yrs ago from Enid . I love KFC the ones in Enid are great but this one is Stillwater is awful !!!! The service is so bad . Worst service in town !!!!! I tried to give it several chances but every single time . I get rude people or it takes forever for my food . One time I went inside and they were to busy talking instead of working .
