I cannot eat here. I've gotten too many burgers that have been sitting around for hours. The staff is very friendly.

Literally the slowest place on the planet, it's FAST food. You make the same things over and over. How hard can it be. I constantly wait 30 minutes to and hour to get my food. In shambles. I've never left a review on a restaurant that I didn't actually eat at. But after seeing multiple customers this morning complain it had 35+ minutes since they ordered we decided to leave. At the counter, we waited 3 minutes while the staff in front of us never acknowledged we were there. Is was awkward, considering she was standing 3 feet in front of us! The manager finally came up and I thought she was going to 'take over' and ask for our order. Instead she walked right past us and gave a guy a temperature check - must have been an employee, but he wasn't dressed in work attire. One of the line cooks came out and slammed a frozen coffee at a table while complaining to customers how bad 'this place sucks.' I've actually never seen a business function more than an hour like this, and from what I could tell, this one wasn't going to survive much longer. read more

I try to give the benefit of the doubt but there isn't anyway to justify a full 30 minutes wait for an online order at a fast food joint. I also didn't get the sauce I payed extra for so there's that as well. On the bright side, The employees were nice and The food was good! read more

Awesome franchise, but this isn't the best-run example of it. My Whataburger with bacon and cheese was delicious, as expected (after I went back and got the cheese they forgot). The floors were dirty; you could "skate" everywhere you needed to go (it was that greasy). Nothing that can't be fixed, and I hope they fix it ASAP. read more

We have been to Whataburger several times and they always seem to mess our order up in some way. Today, the owner, Glen, confronted my husband about how much sugar he was about to use in his coffee and told him if he was going to use that much sugar he didn't want our business anymore. He is always extremely rude to people who look different in any way. He's extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Sugar is supposed to be complimentary when you purchase coffee. If his business is struggling bad enough, that he is now monitoring the amount of sugar packets someone is using, then he should consider finding a new occupation because he will continue to lose good customers like us. We have never once complained about missing items, burnt food, half filled fries, or old lettuce on our burgers. Let alone how disgusting the coffee was so more than three packets of sugar were needed. read more

This is the only fastfood really open late late, don't get me wrong I love my whataburger but the drive through line at this location gets really long after 10pm omg. But still really good whataburger! I always order a #7with cheese and no tomato's cause the tomato's sog up the bun, & a chocolate milkshake is always a must order too when visiting whataburger. Food here is fine and they are the only place open when I'm working, but they claim to have delivery 24 hours and I can NEVER get food delivered to my work. I have placed 4 different orders now and cancelled them 3 to 6 hours later because they never showed up. If they are unable to deliver during certain hours, they should have the delivery hours posted or get a different delivery service. I am unable to leave and every time I plan on getting food here, it never gets delivered. And I waste hours waiting on food that says it will be delivered at a certain time and it never shows up. read more

Thought I'd try the new BBQ bacon burger. Bad idea. The grilled onion mixture has so much liquid that the bun and whole burger was a soggy mess. Couldn't find a trace of BBQ sauce on the thing all you could even taste was the 3 tablespoons of mustard the bottom bun was slathered with. After half of it I couldn't stomach it anymore and threw it and the 2-3 tablespoons of LIQUID that had collected in the wrapper as I held to eat it away. Horrible absolutely disgusting. read more

They closed down the inside way to early. I saw people eating inside at a regular time for people to come in and it was closed. No worker came to me to tell me why they were closed early I had to call. I would like better costumer service here as any other Whataburgers I have been to have never had this problem. I also had to wait afterwards in the drive thru line for 30+ minutes. This wait could have been easily avoided with more staff and the inside being open. At 1:13am I asked an employee if we could use the restroom because my friend really needed to and they grabbed their manager. The manager opened the door, while we were wearing masks, and then she closed the door in our face. I'm from Texas where I look at Texas as a safe haven, I wouldn't have chosen OkSt if they didn't have a whataburger. Paid over $14 for just the two sandwiches and waited at the drive thru forever to get them. Wasn't given any napkins. Customer service was okay. Drove an hour to get there. Was a little disappointed but my husband said it was the highlight of his day when I gave them to him so I guess they did something right. read more

Whataburger is definitely top 5 in my favorite fast food restaurants. However, this specific location might have the worst management I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. If you want food from here and choose the drive thru, be prepared to sit in your car for 30 + minutes. The line late at night is especially long, considering college students get hungry and there are only a couple of options for food past midnight. You would think a 24 hour fast food restaurant would love having the attention they get, but people turn away because it takes too long to get your food. Not to mention, food can be cold. read more

I love this place, in Texas, here is stillwater the staff is always distracted and on their phones. They first forgot my toast in my chicken dinner, not a huge deal. Then they ran out of buns one night! What pathetic burger place runs out of BUNS...they put a small bun on my bigger burger and when i got home i realized that they forgot to put cheese on my bacon CHEESE burger. I have ate at several Whataburgers in Texas and a few in Oklahoma. All were good but this one is not. Very slow service, got my order wrong even though my wife and I were the only ones dining in there, and this place is soooo filthy!!!! Very very gross eating environment. Food was good even though it wasn't what I ordered but I couldn't finish it because there were crumbs everywhere on the floor and the floor was sticky everywhere from spilIed drinks. Very very dirty environment. Also the whole restaurant was empty but two people came to interview for jobs and the interviewer chose the booth right behind us to do the interview. I do not recommend to anyone. Reminded me of the condition of the Long John Silvers Stillwater used to have and there's a reason it's closed down. read more

Ok. I've only used the Drive Thru, so I don't know what it's like on the inside. Parking is ok, but it can be difficult to get into the lot sometimes. It's right by the high school, so you know, student drivers. This is a very typical What a burger chain restaurant. From the fancy katchup to the flattened Texas toast it is 100% what a burger. If you like this chain restaurant you're in luck, because this is another link in that chain! read more

I am a HUGE Whataburger fan, however I was comepletely disssapointed by the service I received from a worker named Braxton. It really seemed as if her needs were above the customers. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. I also noticed that a lot of workers were slacking off and goofing around versus preparing food or keep the prep areas clean. They kicked me out for having outside food. My 15+ friends on a road trip stopped here and I have food allergies that don't allow me to eat certain places, and I had to eat outside in the cold!
