I just want to go on record that this location has its $#@+ together. We've never been disappointed and we frequent it quite often. Is it a little expensive? Yes, but you get what you pay for and it is ALWAYS delicious and fresh. While admitting it's expensive, I'll add that I've never felt like it wasn't worth every penny, and the order is always correct. Total quality. The staff is always enjoyable, friendly, and seemingly hard-working. On our latest visit, we watched as LaRissa rushed to place her broom down so she could help an elderly couple with the door. It was over and beyond what you'd expect from most establishments. She is a good representation of what we've come to expect from the smiling faces of this particular 5 Guys. Thank you so much. The food is WAY overpriced. Last time I checked a bacon cheeseburger NO fries NO drink was almost like $20. It is worth it though bc the food is fresh and clean and sooooooo juicy!!! The Cajun fries are amazing. The service is pretty fast. I think I timed it to like 8-10 minutes for everything to be made and it's all freshly made. The establishment I always clean and it's bright but in a good way. 10/10 would recommend!! read more

No for the simple fact that I can go to a steakhouse and get a steak dinner with sides for the same money as eating here. Two burgers, two fries and two drinks set me back 51$. Yeah hard pass on that. Plus it wasn't any better than sonic or whataburger. read more

Burgers are good but overpriced for self service. West Main location in Kalamazoo Michigan has absurdly loud music, confounds trying to speak & hear through masks & partitions. Impossible to converse with friends. Floors were filthy, obviously not swept in a while. Tables had been bussed but not wiped so they were also dirty. read more

OK, I really don't know how Five Guys has so many poor reviews. Great burgers, massive orders of fries, tasty shakes, friendly service... The burgers are pricey, yes, but they're also twice (or more!) the size of a fast-food offering. I wonder if the bad reviews were either meant for some other place -- or done by bots. Consistently great burgers and fries! They stick to what they do well - burgers and fries. Always makes me say "Mmmmm!" And good shakes too. I love the clean white and red diner ambience and community news clippings on the walls from around Oklahoma and the US. I like that they announce where today's potatoes were grown. The staff is always friendly, fun and willing to make your burger exactly how you want it. We come here every time we're in Stillwater which is about once a month and it's always been good. Lemme add my eulogy to the worst $23 ever spent on a tiny burger that cannot go to the rides that even a McDonald's cheese burger can go to . This is also under specifying how small their burger is . The prices are insanely high for a self service , foil wrapped burger which is 930 calories. The fries were burnt and again , $4 for 12 of them. More than that , staff is always kinda rude and uptight as if they are chefs in a Michelin star. They take your order with a disconcerting tone ( which maybe just racism). Just because Obama went to their Washington branch ones, it doesn't give them the license to sell consistently gross food at that high of a price . Obama has made a lot of mistakes , yet getting photographed at a 5 guys is the worst . I bet if he wrote a yelp review , it wouldn't be flattering either ( with all those pauses ) . Two hamburgers, 1 reg. fry and 2 drinks. $28.59! Good hamburger, but the hamburger was smaller than the size of a normal Whataburger. The fries had the skins still on them and some were all skin, no potato. We could have eaten at nice restaurant with a waiter for this and generally less than this. Can any of my Stillwater friends please explain to me the appeal of Five Guys burgers? Bacon Cheeseburger, "little" fries, and a drink cost me over $16. I quit eating halfway through the burger 'coz I just didn't care any more. I quit eating the fries maybe a quarter of the way through, cause my stomach was starting to gripe at me. Best part of the meal was the Orange Coke, which I can get at any other restaurant with a magic Coke mixing machine. This was my second try, with similar experiences both times. What am I missing? (To be clear -- this is not a complaint about the staff. They were cheerful, efficient, and professional. They made the food the way they were supposed to make the food. Likewise, the I have no concerns about the quality of the food itself, which seemed to be fresh and well prepared. My point is that the "recipes" seem boring and the products overpriced. We just have several burger joints with more interesting food for a lot less money.) read more

Burger fries and a water cup, $15.70. How's that sound? The burger tastes and is the exact same size as a Big Mac. Literally McDonalds with the price on steroids but not the food. I've gotta be honest this place is going to go down soon, they rely on first time customers which is why there was only one other group in the restaurant. To be honest you could order something cheap at Olive Garden and leave a small gratuity and be far happier after eating in the Italian beauty than if you forged yourself at Ronald's big brothers place (five guys). The burgers had a good flavor but were small. The fries were supposedly fresh but had a definite frozen texture. The sodas were good with a mix-it-yourself station. The value was very poor. Twenty five dollars for two burgers, two drinks, and one fry is outrageous. Braums is slightly more than half the price and is right across the street. read more

Two small cheeseburgers, one kids burger, regular fries, one regular drink, one small drink and one water. $33.56. Burger was small the size of a Mac Donald's. Happy meal. Fries were plentiful for two adults and a two year old. The tea was just stained water. The burgers were no better than Macdonalds but the price was double. Poor value below average food. Terrible service . Called a order in showed up when it was suppose to be ready but took 10 mins to get it ready. After getting it everything was completely wrong . Out of the 5 veggies they didn't get one and put grilled onions also put a extra sauce on . Said just give me my money bc I'm not waiting for you to fix or just try and wipe sauce off and piece another together. The guy didn't know how to refund so spent another 6 to 7 mins waiting on him to make phone calls and figure it out . Then during the refund he says I'd be happy to remake for free. I said ok that works but by free he meant we will keep your money and remake your original order. If I wanted to spend 20 mins there I wouldn't of called in a order. read more
