There is no greeting here, no smiling faces, no one at the register. They have no interaction with the customer at all now. They have about 5 monitors with credit card machines beside each. This is where you order and pay. All the employees were back in the kitchen where you could barely even see them. So if you want to talk to them you have to go through the drive through. We couldn't tell them that we don't want guacamole or that we wanted soft shell instead of hard. Our son said you can edit your order on the machine so we must've just missed it.
