We came here for dinner, it's been years since we've came to a Taco Bell so it was time I guess. The parking outside is decent enough. We were the only customers inside. There is no greeting here, no smiling faces, no one at the register. They have no interaction with the customer at all now. They have about 5 monitors with credit card machines beside each. This is where you order and pay. All the employees were back in the kitchen where you could barely even see them. So if you want to talk to them you have to go through the drive through. We couldn't tell them that we don't want guacamole or that we wanted soft shell instead of hard. Our son said you can edit your order on the machine so we must've just missed it. The food was good, there's just no customer service. I chose to have my receipt printed and they didn't even give it to me, just called our name for the order then disappeared back into the kitchen again. I hope all places aren't going to do this monitor thing. read more

Long waits like everyone else. Nobody works the counter. The guy who acts like the manager is overworked on the food prep line and sporadically checks the front counter to see if anyone needs to pay. Just got 6 regular tacos and everyone of them stuck to the wrapper and was soggy. The bottom fell out and the meat was cold. Horrible! Will never go to TB in Guthrie. Waste of money. Keep driving. read more

Smaller footprint store, with a small parking lot. Inside is well lite, welcoming. Folks are friendly. Cleanliness is 4/5, Service is 5/5, Food Quality is 5/5. Store needed a good sweep up. Before you get your order given to you they confirm what is on the tray versus what you ordered. Nice touch, wonder if they do it for the drive through? Food was hot and tasty. Hit the spot after a long day of working. Hot, quick tasty food. Salsa Verde packets are a plus. Try them! read more

Day 1: Ordered two seven layer burritos. The rice inside the burrito was extremely crunchy, as if they were scraping the bottom of the pot of an over cooked batch. Cleanliness around the place was mediocre; bits of food and trash on the seats/tables. Customer service was rushing us and also assuming payment method. read more

The food was decent as a Taco Bell can get, but the service was top notch! We were on a long trip and I have 5 small children. One had gotten sick in the car without us knowing and we had a big mess to clean up. They helped us with out every request, sometimes before we asked it. The food is a good value as long as you don't value your time as you wait for these idiots to get it out. Drive thru is your best option because you don't want to see these brain dead pot heads move at the speed of dead lice. Hey teenager, would it kill you to smile? A manager has never came into this store after 5:00 or he would clean house. They need to rename the half pound buritto to quarter pounder here. The food was good but the service was terrible. I don't know why fast food workers think customers automatically know what they want when they get to the counter. I assume the menu is up there for a reason! I did not appreciate being rushed to put in my order when the kid standing behind the counter is being paid to stand there and wait! FYI ~ Did you know that if you are ordering for a big family at TACO BELL you have to go inside? Well I didn't know that but tonight after I waited in the line for about 20 minutes behind 3 cars when I got to the window I was told "if you ever order this much food again you need to go inside because it isn't fair for the cars behind you to have to wait." The total time I was in line was 25 minutes so the cars behind me only had to wait on me to get my food for 5 minutes!! I asked what is a drive threw for and I waited in this line longer for other people to get their food than for me to get mine!!!! If I didn't have to leave stars, I wouldn't. I will never be back here. Slow slow slow!! Also, they can NEVER get a simple order correct. It's not hard to read a screen people, I did it for years. The staff doesn't seem to care one bit. Customer service sucks, point blank. I've given this location several chances to correct themselves, and they just can't seem to. Was in the drive-thru 23 minutes stuck between cars without anyone having their order taken or food delivered. There was no communication between the employees and customers. Exceptionally poor service and no communication. I have visited multiple other times of day on other occasions and have never received service within 10 minutes. read more

The worst taco bell i've ever been to, consistently. The food is smaller portion than other stores, shoddily put together, and the service is SLOW! I dont normally write reviews, but i sort of hope someone in charge takes notice of the negative feedback here and elsewhere concerning this store.
