I went inside the restaurant to order some breakfast today. I wanted to pay with cash, so I did not order via the kiosk. I waited at the register for five minutes! I heard someone say that someone was "up front" but no one came to help me. I waited a couple more minutes and no one ever showed up to take my order. I left. I guess they don't need customers at this location!! read more

Food is typical McDonald's. Not too terrible but not amazing. Service is rarely any good. When ordering inside be prepared to have several employees ignore you before you finally have someone take your order. Orders are also frequently incorrect. Staff, especially younger staff, have poor attitudes being mostly passive aggressive when asked to fix a mistake. Mobile app rarely works correctly but that's a corporate issue. Ok I honestly really hate making bad reviews but I felt like in this case people should be warned, I don't normally eat at McDonald's but took my niece there for her birthday and also got something to eat. The burger was good until I tasted something slimy and opened my burger to find nearly raw bacon. I'm actually a little nauseous even now thinking about it. I didn't say anything at the time because I didn't want to make my niece think I was upset or that there was anything wrong with my food and regret not bringing it to their attention at the time. Ok, it takes a lot for me to rate a fast food restaurant this high, but this location was superb with its food and customer service. First of all, the manager was working the register and it was not busy. She was very friendly and personable. She took my order and I was short by a few cents and she was generous enough to allow me to keep the order I requested without taking off an item. Secondly, she was instructing the employees to get fresh food (i.e. fries) in the basket and focused on cleanliness. The facility was clean, well staffed, and well stocked with condiments. Needless to say, I had fresh hot fries and a sense of appreciation of the time she took to ensure that the customer was the focus. This is a rare occasion where customers are valued and I applaud this particular location for their emphasis on customer satisfaction. read more

Went through the drive through this weekend. One car ahead of me. Looked like he was either having issues paying, or he was friends with the cashier and having a conversation. Seven minutes to wait to pay after ordering. Then the wait started for my food. Guy ahead of me had one small bag when he finally DID get his order, which took another fifteen minutes. When I got to the window, I looked inside and two employees were at the front talking with some other kids, another was walking around aimlessly at the speed of snail. When the girl came to give me my drink, I asked her what the problem was that was causing the long wait. She ignored me and closed the window. Four minutes later I got my food, and I asked again why things took so long. Again, she shut the window and walked away. Never saw any adult with manager wear on while I was at the window. I expected an answer to my question, or some kind of apology for the nearly thirty minute wait. Got nothing at all but rudeness. Sadly this is getting to be the case at a lot of fast food places. Was craving Mac Donald's this morning but was reminded of every other time I've went to this location over the past year. The wait time is not worth the quality of food. The food here is like all other McDonald's. The service is awesome. Disa who took my order was amazing. She looked at several different ways I could order the same thing to save money. If you are into visiting the circles of Hell, then you will love the drive-thru of this McDonald's. I should have known by the number of cars fleeing the line in frustration that there might be a problem, but the call of an Oreo McFlurry was too strong. Thirty minutes later, I had finally reached the window and was ready to receive my much anticipated treat, to find it not ready. The staff was in no hurry to get my order and we're having fun talking to each other while ten cars behind me were growing ever more impatient. After five more minutes, my McFlurry arrived, far below the accepted level it should have been. The employee knew it as too little, because the first thing she said was, "Is this not enough, because I can get you more." Yeah, that would be a good idea. The manager asks me to pull ahead and brings out my McFlurry literally one minute later with just ice cream in it. Guess what? Ice cream is not an Oreo McFlurry. My food was hot that's about the only thing good. A girl named Megan took my order and was completely rude and had an attitude problem so I asked to speak with a manager, the managers were reluctant to even talk to me. By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and that's a pathetic thing to be in the realm of fast food. I haven't been able to stomach their burgers for about three years now (I don't know if they've changed meat vendors or what but the meat just doesn't taste right anymore), so I go there for breakfast. Well, let me just warn anyone out there who might want to stop for breakfast (especially on the weekend), be prepared for your order to be completely screwed up, even if it's something simple. I don't like my McMuffins toasted because they burn them like they're at a crematorium (seriously, I can't understand who would want to eat blackened McMuffins, but I guess there's a market out there), so I always say microwave instead of toasted. 9 times out 10, I get them and they're toasted so I have to go back around get them redone. One Saturday I had to go back THREE TIMES and the order still wasn't right. I don't know what the issue is between the person who takes the order and the people in the kitchen, but they need to get it together. Don't go here. Drive to Edmond. It will take the same amount of time to drive into Edmond and get food at the 2nd and Bryant St location. Across multiple visits and experiences across over 5 years, this is the slowest and worst McDonalds my family and I have ever seen across multiple states. Tonight was the last straw. Tonight, they lost half their patrons waiting in the drive through line, whom we watched drive off because of their lack of talking to you. They do not have to be busy to slack and be slow. They will still make you wait. And they won't apologize and tell you why. If you observe them inside, many employees walk slow without any customer service urgency. There is no friendliness. The only good thing about this location is the manager. He was very sincere and understood why I was so upset when I saw the cashier/employee NOT WEARING A MASK!!!!!! After I paid for my meal I went to the second window to get my food & there were two ladies. One wearing hers & the other had her whole face revealed. When the lady with the mask gave us our drink I made a remark and said "She's not wearing her mask". That lady then and told the lady that wasn't wearing the mask what I said and looked at us. I made sure I was watching because I know how frustrating it can be working at a fast food restaurant. She grabbed our food and opened the window to give to us. I was so upset because at that point I knew she intentionally wanted to make us mad. She started arguing with me, which was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. not that I would expect professionalism, but I would at least expect some common sense. This pandemic IS NOT A JOKE. The weekday staff are usually somewhat friendly and get our order correct. The weekend staff on the other hand are absolutely atrocious! They are rude, hateful, not helpful and should be fired, and I am referring to the staff behind the counter. The drive thru staff are not has bad. If there was an option for 0 stars that's what this McDonald's would receive, their fries are always stale and hard, just the other day ordered and got a mcchicken with no mayo and it was dry and not at all good. Overall I would say that managers need to either pull their crew together and fix their issues with getting food out on time or at least be better then what they are currently serving! read more
