I recently moved to this area, so this is now the closest location to me. Unfortunately, this location has been consistently disappointing. I've been here several times, and almost every visit I've had some sort of issue with the portions. I'm not asking for extra meat or anything that would significantly increase the cost of my meal. I'll simply ask for a little more rice or an extra scoop of a side such as corn etc, and 8 out of 10 times I get pushback from the staff. On one visit, I even mentioned that the Rancho location has never made me feel like I'm asking for too much when requesting a little more rice or a side. They provide reasonable portions without making customers feel uncomfortable. Here, the portions are consistently very small, and asking for a little extra often feels like an inconvenience to the employees. I also made the mistake of placing a pickup order once. The portions were even smaller than when ordering in person. Based on that experience, I wouldn't recommend ordering pickup from this location if you expect the same portion sizes you'd receive elsewhere. I still love CAVA as a brand, but this particular location has been consistently inconsistent with portions and customer service. I hope management addresses this because it doesn't reflect the experience I've had at other CAVA locations.

The Hunger Games 2 movie had ended and my stomach was growling like a gang of angry dogs when my girlfriend and I pulled into Chick-fil-A, the second half of our date, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. It had such an effect on me that it caused In-N-Out to drop a notch in the fine-fast-food dining category while the 'Chick' clucked to the top. The first face that catches you when you walk through the door is a smile. Even with the restaurant being as busy as it was, none of the employees seemed to be stresses or frustrated. Instead, each customer was met with a sincere greeting that felt genuine and unscripted. I never imagined how much a friendly, helpful staff could impact a meal. They delivered our tray, picked up our tray, stopped by four or five times to make sure everything was good and even offered to refill our drinks. If you get up to ask for more Chick-fil-A sauce or a refill, they are ready to help you before you even ask. Come in on the hottest day of summer, get five refills and they'll still be asking if they can fill your cup! Typically in reviews, the quality of the food comes before service but what is so unique about the 'fil-A' is that their service is just as good as the food and that's what first caught my eye, right before their chicken hooked my taste buds. My personal favorite? The spicy chicken sandwich combo with provolone cheese. But a taste of my girlfriend's chicken tenders left me wishing I had ordered the whole menu! The only weakness I could musted up agaist 'Chick' is the check, a litte much to be considered fast-food but that still won't stop me from future visits. In my restaurant report card, Chick-fil-A gets an A+. Competitors, please take note. read more
