Past couple of times I came to this location the staff acts like someone just pottied in their cereal. They always mess up little things, that I really dont mind waiting to be fixed but for someone reason they do. And i know how busy it can be, so I always ask for my stuff fixed with an extra sweet voice and they always take advantage if that to argue me over the dumbest things. They gave me the wrong drink, i gave it back and asked for it to be fixed. Argued about what i ordered, then finally fixed it. They gave me the wrong sand which, i gave it back and they argued about what i ordered and finally gave it to me. I asked about who to get sauce from via driveway, they kept passing me to the next person. I finally received my food but never ordered for sauce. I went back to ask for sauce at the beginning of drive through, got greeted with an eye roll and "what do you want?". I let it go, asked for the sauce, and got told to walk down to the driveway station and "get it myself next time" as he walked away. If you want to talk to someone with that big of an attitude, at least say it with your chest upfront instead if running away. Especially when you are telling a customer to do YOUR job. I LOVE CHICK-fil-a !! All my housemates love it as well! The staff is really friendly and attentive to your needs. Last time I asked for A LOT of chick-fil-a sauce, unlike other fast food chains 3-4 is considered.."ALOT" , i was surprised to find about 8-9 little packets of sauce PLUS ketchup. The sandwiches is SO GOOD. Hands down the BEST chicken sandwich I've had in my life. The spicy chicken sandwich is soooo DELICIOUS. The chicken nuggets are a hit or miss sometimes. One time I got good sized crispy juicy nuggets. Another time it was over fried and small. It is crazy for me to give 5 stars to a "Fast Food" place with a drive thru but I am going to keep it 100% honest, The food was great. My wife and I were on our way to big bear lake and needed to stop for gas at the costco there next door. We wanted food too but didn't want to go to the Miguel's? burrito shop next door due to bad reviews. I recommended we try Chick-fil-a to my wife and she said absolutely not. See, we support gay marriage and equal rights and Chick fil a is strongly anti gay and anti equal rights. When I first got to the drive thru the worker taking my order didn't know how to remove the cheese from my sandwich showing a great lack of training. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee with no ice, something I have gotten in the past in the same location, and when I got to the window, they tried to give me a half filled ice coffee. They said they had to measure it with the ice added and a half filled cup was what they could give me. They couldn't figure out the measurement of my drink because I asked for no ice. Absurd. When I asked to speak to the manager the employee was rude and said she had already talked to the manager. The manager refused to give me a refund on my drink even though I paid with card and blamed it on the corona virus. How does a e-refund have anything to do with the corona virus? They ended up giving me a regular sized frozen lemonade in a rush even though I paid for a large drink upgrade. The frozen lemonade wasn't even full. While all of this was happening at the drive through window, another worker had the audacity to come up and ask if we were "still waiting for anything" in a condescending tone. At this point we had not received any food in the 5-7min that we were waiting at the window for the drink. I even reached out to corporate to explain myself and they said they couldn't do anything and to understand their struggles due to the corona virus. Before I start my review I want to ask people to try to be nice to fast food workers. Try to shut your urges to treat them bad for a piece of chicken and smile because they go through alot for so little compensation. I'm not a regular visitor to Chick-fil-A. I been there a total of 5 times and everytime they have smiled, received my order and done their best to give me a good service. I don't remember the name of every person here but they all have been nice. Last time I visited Ariana helped me with my order and she was awesome and very helpful. People here are working really hard and they go through their day being yelled at and worse but they still work hard so we can have our food. This is somewhat of a typical Chick-fil-A however custom orders on the mobile app are never completed correctly this is already the third time I've visited and each and every time custom orders like simply adding bacon on a sandwich is too complicated. I made the mistake of not taking the first time I made it all the way home before I noticed the order was incorrect, check your order at the location to verify its not missing anything . I always have to remind them and they just hand it to me in a box on the side. I went to the drive thru this morning only to receive cold stale fries and the wrong drink. And I mean these fries tasted old and inedible. I promptly went back to the drive-thru with the receipt and food and asked if they could redo the fries and drink. I also requested if they could add some nuggets for the trouble and the lady taking my order nodded her head. I'm thinking perfect no problem then. I make it to the window only to be told a different story. They give me the nuggets but say they are unable to redo the fries and drink and the nuggets are an exchange because I asked for them. The manager told me that I was to call ahead if my order was wrong even though I came back with the food and receipt and I was there just minutes ago. Calling seems redundant as I was there just minutes ago and came straight back. Since all I wanted was fresh fries and the correct drink I was told to return the nuggets they just gave me to get my order corrected. I hope they didn't give the nuggets to some other poor customer who will now have cold nuggets like I received cold stale fries. Customer service could be better in handling complaints and the fries never should have been so horrible and cold to begin with. I wonder if a customer before me had a similar experience and returned their fries only for me to receive those fries at the drive-thru later. Let me start by saying I love chick-fil-A. But at this location I always have problems, but today was just unreal. I was in line for over 30 minutes. And when I finally get to the window I hand over my card and she tells me that the system is down and going to be a bit. So I just decided to skip out. Now, I understand things happen that are out everyone's control. But it's the way that you handle them that make the difference. Knowing that the system was down when I went to order they could have told me what was going on so I'm not just a sitting duck getting mad that I'm going to be late for work. There was no apology or anything about how long the wait was and that was a big issue. When you are aware or become aware of the problem and know it is causing a delay let people know. This was at 830 in the morning and I'm sure me and other people that were in line had to get to work and would have benefited from knowing the system was down. There were multiple opportunities to let us know the system was down. I ordered through the drive thru before people were sent out to take orders. And even then with the person behind me I did hear them say that the system was down or apologize for the wait. This location typically has a longer line and the service is slow. This experience just made this location a no go for me and I won't be coming to this one anymore. read more

So instead of studying for finals, I went here with a friend. This is just a typical fast food joint, but their speciality is their chicken. I got the original #1 and it is simply delicious. The best thing about this place would be their juicy chicken. Additionally, there are PLENTY of sauces to drown your sandwich to death with no extra charge. It's like eating a different sandwich every time! And on top of that, there is no charge for their sauce. Oh, and the fries are similar to Carl's Jr., which is BOMB if you like Carl Jr.'s fries. Despite the fact that it's a fast food joint; I'd prefer these chicken sandwiches over McDonald's chicken sandwiches any day. Overall, it I had a good time getting stuffed here. No gay rights protesters here. It's too hot. I was a bit skeptical to go here. I don't know if restaurants should have opinions on controversial topics. However, my coworkers were grabbing lunch and said I needed to try it. The chicken tastes pretty good, and there are a lot of healthy options. The chicken isn't dry or super fried like most places. It is slightly more pricey on average compared to most fast food. Service is awesome for a fast food place. They get your name, and someone you never met before delivers your tray to your table, even without a number system. It makes it feel a bit more personal, although they tell me sometimes they get it wrong (Tim instead of Tom, or too many people with white shirts). They had this delicious looking cheese cake tray ad on the paper covering the tray. Lady who works there said they discontinued it though =( Nooooo. At least she is honest, and at least they don't waste perfectly good tray liners, just because the ad is a little outdated. read more

Lots of staff outside taking orders. It was pretty impressive. I went inside. The staff was very friendly and really chill. I ordered a spicy deluxe meal. I took my little cone thing and sat down. I was waiting for quite some time and people that came after me were getting their food. I inquired. The manager was at the counter. Super friendly guy. Really nice. He was really apologetic. Somehow my order was missed or lost. He offered me an ice cream or anything I wanted. I chose nuggets. My spicy sandwich was really good. The nuggets were meh. Very KFCish. Not good at all. The waffle fries were soggy. The seats in the lobby move very easily. So, when I moved I felt really bad because I kept moving the lady behind me. Overall, super friendly staff. Well I happened to be in such line when a woman drives from the opposite end and goes right into the drive thru cutting in front of at least 6 other cars. I was pretty upset because I was on my lunch hour already pressed for time and had been waiting in line along with the rest of the people. This lady just cuts all of us. Luckily the employee working the drive thru **politely** made the lady get out of the line and go to the end. Chickfila is amazing and this location is no exception. The food always tastes great and the service is SO FAST. Sometimes the food gets to me before I even find a seat, and it is always fresh and crispy. Spicy deluxe chicken sandwich is my go to, but the Cobb salad and spicy chicken salad are also amazing as well. This is the only place where I would go out of my way to just grab a salad. The chicken is very generous (sometimes too generous, I just bought a salad where there was more chicken than lettuce). The service is AMAZING. The manager always walks around the restaurant asking if we need refills or trash taken away, so friendly so attentive and really makes you feel welcome. The drive thru is the most efficient drive thru I have ever seen. They have employees standing outside to take your order on busy days, and on especially busy ones you can even pay outside and just pick up your food at the window.
