I simply asked Ana to please add blue cheese & egg to my wrap, rudely whe said we dont do that! I said other locations in Orange County have. Ana said well I can ask and stood their, I said are you goin to ask? Ana then went and asked and came back stating lady said no!! I am so irritated because it's a simple request. I then ordered something I didn want such as Spicy chicken deluxe, just the sandwich..she then said do u want the meal? I said just the sandwich and she rolled her eyes!! The establishment busy or not no excuse for the uninviting and unaccomodating service I recieved!! I will call corporate. I love chick-fil-a and this one is great too. I gave 3 stars not because of food but for service. Chick-Fill-A is known for service, kindness and politeness. This particular Chick-Fill-A DOES NOT have any. I usually come once a week to this one only because we are in the area. They never have anyone on floor to take your trash and refill your beverage. Every time I have ordered I have to repeat it at least 2 more times. They are often rude and you get the vibe they are annoyed when ask for a refill or a bag to take extra food home. They staff is not friendly at all. I know it's important the food is good of course but to have that vibe from the staff it doesn't make the dining experience very nice. 10-1-19 I'm so disappointed with this location. We stop at this location just because we have therapy in the area and it's the closest. Every single time we have come here it's an issue. I decided to use the app this time so avoid the long wait although there is hardly no one there. I ordered on app for dine in at 9:58am got there and scanned table at 9:06 and did not receive food until 9:21am. I went to stand in the line with several people asking where there food was. I just got out of line to see how I could cancel my order than within 3 mins my order FINALLY came out. I asked the server to please send the manager to my table and manager never came out and I was unable to to talk to her before I left because running late since I received the food so late. My husband forgot to ask for ranch at the drive thru, so I went inside to ask. One older worker lady just stood there and looked at me and when I tried to talk to her, she started talking to another co worker. I'm guessing the manager was the one in blue, and she was incredibly rude as well. Didn't greet me or anything just stared. I asked for ranch and she rolled her eyes and asked how many. There drive thru set up and curb pickup is poorly designed. It causes people to accidentally cut in line because it's not clear where the pick up for curbside is. They have half of their pickup parking lot roped off causing even more confusion and backup into the surrounding parking lot. Poorly managed store. read more

Been to this Chik Fil A many times and never had an issue before. I came in on Halloween for a carry out order, I had placed two iced waters on my order, no other drinks. When I went to pick up my order one of the employees doing carry out told me "you can't do two iced waters, you need to have two people present" I was so confused, I tried asking her if this was a new policy being followed because I have ordered the same thing so many times before and never had in issue with the amount of waters I've ordered, which is always just 2. She acted like she didn't hear me and continued on with carry out orders, she was so snarky when she told me as well. I'm still still not even sure if this is some policy they actually follow now. My experience was not the best I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A today. I'm not one to complain but this was necessary. There is never a Chick-fil-A that isn't busy from my experience and that is why everyone goes. I get it. I went there for my daughter. When I pulled up there's a three lane drive thru with cones, chains and people walking all over in the parking lot where you're supposed to park. However we were like cattle in a maze literally being directed by ground traffic controllers. It was 10:52 am. Not quite breakfast not quite lunch. I pulled into the makeshift drive thru. When placing my order the order taker started to walk away when I was ordering. Didn't say a word. I said wait please come back I'm still ordering. She said oh pull up. No I'm not I said please come back I'll order than I'll pull up. She came back. I ordered and then she walked away. A second person came up to repeat my order and I said I that's not right she took it down wrong and proceeded to explain my order. I then paid for my order. A third person came up and asked about sauce. I said what I needed and thanked her. Then my food started to come and the row of cars in front of me starts to pull off. The young man who was walking back and forth between cars carrying food came back as he was handing me part of my order he accidentally messed up my order and spilled the shake; no big deal I'll wait however what happened after was outrageous. I said ok I'll wait right here to the young man delivering food. The lady who gave me sauce said to pull up I said no. She kept telling me to move up. I said no I'll wait right here. I was not yelling I was responding. By the 4th time I said no he f'd up my order I'll stay right here. She left. Another man in a totally different car got out of his car and he yelled at the staff that the same lady who was harassing me was harassing him too. Than a man came out who said to move and I said no "still not yelling" and to stop the confrontation I rolled my window up. He made a fist and used his knuckles to bang on my car window pointing his finger ordering me to move. I said no. My daughter was in the car frightened by his actions and aggressiveness. He said I'll refund your money. At that point I was done and said ok. I was not yelling at anyone I simply stated I wasn't moving. I wasn't pointing or demanding like he was, I simply said no I'll wait where I'm at. Than the young man came back with my food. I was not the aggressor. I held my card and receipt out the window to obtain a refund. The man who was forceful said "no you keep your food, do me a favor never come back" he said 3 times. I will take his advice and not come back. I know my experience was a one off because I've never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A before ever and my single handed experience will not stop the traffic for this Restuarant which is not my intention they have every right to make money like everyone. The way I was harassed and yelled at and my car was banged on by the owner, that was an experience I never thought would happen. Wonder if that would have happened if my husband was with me? Just a thought. Just know if you don't do as they say you too might be asked to not come back. I'm sure there's another side to this story with all parties involved. Stopped in here on the way out of town on our way to Lost Wages, NV. The service was great, the restaurant clean and the food was awesome as it seems all Chick-fil-A restaurants are! Sorry to say, but we will probably NEVER eat at this particular Chick-fil-A again; as we have sworn off ever traveling the I-215 again when going to LV. Every time we have, based upon the I-215 will be quicker (and shorter distance for sure) per the GPS than the I-15, we've gotten screwed with some cluster traffic jamb / accident. Wow! Just wow! The service here for a fastfood place is crazy awesome and the speed they gave me my food was incredible. I've been to a few fastfood places lately that just take soooo long... And when I first got there I almost turned around and left, but I'm glad I didn't. Once I had ordered I barely had enough time to find a table and sit down before they were coming out and handing me my food. With the line inside growing and the drive thru packed I didn't expect my food for a while, but here it came. I almost thought they made a mistake. Honestly if i can do zero stars i would. Yesterday i was treated u fairly at this location. I was accused of cutting in line which they found out after asking the car behind me that was wrong. The drive thru line is a cluster F--k and really unorganized. They need a better system to make this drive thru better. They wasted 10 minutes saying i cut in line because people in front of me said they saw me. In front of me yea you read that correct. I would never do that and then i told them ask the person behind me because i didn't. They made me wait 10 minutes and it was embarrassing. I went to this location this morning to pick up a chicken biscuit breakfast meal for my son. For the second time recently, I got home to find that they had given me the wrong order... It was between bread with pickles instead of a biscuit. My son does not like the regular chicken sandwiches there so this is a problem. I spent my money for something he didn't enjoy (threw away bread/pickles). From now on if I go to this location I guess I need to check the order thoroughly before driving off. This location is going downhill real quick. Last few times I have ordered from here I have been missing items. Usually a fry. They are sick to get me another fry but I shouldn't be the one checking. Yesterday, it got worse. Despite me ordering ahead through the app (and ordering the amount of sauces that I could order) the young lady in the drive thru argued with me about how many I was allowed to have. There is a max amount in the app, so that's what I ordered. She told me that was too many. If it's too many, why am I allowed to order it in the app? Today was the worst experience I've ever had at any Chick fil-A. I had a mobile order. The app notified me it was ready, when I got to the front food was still not ready (no big deal) it was the fact that the host at the front door was soooo RUDE. I asked for extra sauce and she was so irritated to give me the sauce. She asked to see my app again, as if she just didn't helped me. Chick-fil-A is always delicious, but tonight they went above and beyond thanks to their employee, Osaar. The line was long (although they work together so well to move it along quickly) and while I was waiting so that I didn't block a driveway in the parking lot, a rude lady cut in front of me and several other cars. When we got toward the front, Osaar kindly asked if she cut. When myself and another car confirmed, he politely showed her where the line started and made her go back around. He chose to have a difficult conversation to do the right thing. After we order, my four year old told me that she loves Chick-fil-A because they make you wait your turn and do the right thing. I'm giving Chick-fil-A another chance after my experience in Houston. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwhich which was pretty good. Even better was the re-fillable lemondae. My combo came with a side salad which came with charred tomato crispy red bell peppers. Not bad.. The service here is good and very friendly. Unlike most fast food chains, the employees come up to your seat and offer re-fills. They're also kind and gracious.
