This is one of my favorite Chick-fil-A's! Why? Well, it is right next to where I live, which is awful convenient, and I am the envy of all of my friends because well, who doesn't want to be close to a Chick-fil-a?!?! The locale of the restaurant is near RDV and the maitland summit area. Extremely convenient is that they share a space with a 7-11 and Wendy's. This particular location runs, unbelievably efficient and doesn't have the eternal lines that wrap all the way around the building like some of the other ones, Aka or Orlando Avenue in Winter Park that one is a nightmare! The crew at this location runs a very tight ship keeps the place rather clean, and it unbelievably efficient drive-through. Should be noted for those who care, personally I don't, but some do alas... There is no play place/playground at this location. read more

As other reviewers have mentioned this chick fil a does not live up to the overall service standards or the standards of any other chick fil a I've personally been to. This is the only chick fil a that gets my orders wrong consistently. I've never had my order wrong at the mount dora location and I've been there way more times than this one. Also, I couldn't care less, but I don't think a server here would say "my pleasure" to save their life. It almost seems like they're instructed not to at this location? Stopped by for lunch while passing through north Orlando last Monday. Placed my order via the app. Found ample parking for my oversized vehicle. The outside of the restaurant was spotlessly clean, as was the lobby, dining room and restroom. I was instantly greeted by the friendly staff. My order was ready in a timely manner. The food was all hot and up to CFA standards. I tried the new hot honey pimento cheese chicken sandwich, which was very good, but not quite as good as the original spicy chicken deluxe (in my humble opinion), although I did really enjoy the hot honey on it. If you haven't tried the chicken noodle soup, do it! Kudos to the management of this location for excellent staffing and serving a quality product! read more

Who doesn't like Chick-fil-A? I enjoy coming to this Chick-fil-A on my way to work. Drive thru line wait isn't too long and friendly staff members. My food is always fresh and never had a wrong order yet. I enjoy getting the Nugget meal either the 8 count meal or the nugget kids meal. The kids meal is a great deal for me since it fills me up and I can also trade the toy in for either a cup ice cream or a cone! Very cool that they are able to do that. Also, if you have not tried their waffle potato chips you should definitely get a bag and try it. I do not enjoy their ice coffee, it taste water down and not good. read more

On our short family trip for a wedding we got up and ready for the raid home. Searching for gas and breakfast on the way out we lucked up on Chik-fil-A and because I never tried their breakfast but Hubby did that was the choice. But while in line the menu changed form breakfast a minute prior. The young man was nice enough to confirm what breakfast items they may have had left and they did have some chicken biscuits. So excited to be able to get this, I also got my spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. I have not had this in awhile, especially at the location where I work as they continue not to have the ingredients for the deluxe. As usual nothing but great customer service from the young man who took our order, to the young lady who took the payment, on to the women who gave us the food after confirming they were making fresh fries. It was 1040a when I went in to get an early lunch meal. There were around five folks inside and a small trickle of cars viabthr drive thru. Went with the 4 count chicken tenders, fries and a lemonade ($11). It took a lot longer than expected because they were waiting on the fries but I saw quite a few getting stuffed into the drive thru bags. I understand that the car line needs to keep moving but it was not busy enough to justify making me wait as long as I did. Just saying. It was not the lunch frenzy time either. read more

Totally agree with the other comments, this is a below average CFA. I pulled up and their sign said we prefer mobile or credit so I completed a mobile order for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. In the "extras" section there was no option to add tomato like there is on the bacon eggs and cheese so I added a comment indicating to add tomato. First person no issue gave my name and moved along through the slowest cfa drive through ever. When I get to the window they said the tomato is .22 cent. I'm like I order this at other cfa on the reg and never charged before. I didn't have .22 cent so I said take it off. I'm more than happy to pay the .22 just make the app so I can. Don't expect me to run a card for .22. I'd give 1 star but the biscuit was consistent with other CFA but the experience is not. read more

This location has really gone down hill. If you want to deal with Wendy's level service, hospitality and wait times, this is your chick fil a location. This place used to be so well run that you were never in line more than a few minutes. Now the line is 20+ minutes and there's nobody to help inside. The whole staff seems to just not care at all. I don't know if this location changed owners or operators, but man it's night and day. My favorite Chick-fil-a! With all of the construction going on in the area and all of the office parks flocking here for lunch, they really do an amazing job at getting you your food quickly. I've never had a wrong order and my food is always fresh to order. Added bonus: no one judges me when I order myself a kid's meal (the other meals are usually too much food for me). Food is always good at Chick-fil-A but this one in particular is the slowest Chick-fil-A you will ever go to guaranteed. Everytime I wait in line for a good 30 mins at least. The drive thru line also is a little confusing for people who don't come to this location regularly so they are constantly cutting you off in line because they don't realize they have to circle the building. Would be nice to have someone out there letting people know which way to go or something. read more
