Tales of a Slate of Stale gyros for a Steal of a deal, at Least the insides were fresh and the meats from various animals (no Teals, though) as the photos lit with fluorescent lights invented by Nikola Tesla would indicate. That's 7 anagrams using the letters in STALE. Anyway, Arby's gyros are pretty good and I had a BOGO special in their telephone application so I redeemed it for two gyros (not Batman and Superman, those are heroes). If you're looking for an authentic Gyro, then Arby's is not the place by any means. BUT, they are good in their own fast food way. Think of a JITB Egg Roll, which crushes any egg roll in any Asian restaurant. Everything was delicious except the pita itself. It was a little dry so it kinda broke as I was eating it and it was quite messy. I ended up just kinda knife and forking it without a knife and fork, so a trip to the restroom to clean up afterwards was needed. The staff was friendly and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean. I'd stop in again as Arby's is one of the better fast food places out there and it was a small miss on the freshness of the pita. read more

I've been a fan of Arby's for a long time. I haven't eaten there in a while so I decided to give their Meat and 3 meal a try. The presentation was great as I liked how neatly the meal was assembled. It was a plus that the price was only $7.99. The meal was good but I wish the fish sandwich was warmer. Although the meal had a lot of items, I was hungry again not too long after which is par for the course with fast food. Arby's will always be my guilty pleasure. read more

My partner and I had an issue at this Arby's ordering through the app late night, and the drive-through attendant refused to take our coupon and was extremely rude. The manager Daren reached out to me and fixed the problem immediately. I would suggest this Arby's over any other one in this area. Top notch customer service, and very much appreciated. read more

Way too much ice in my drink cup. I paid for a medium drink and I was filled with ice. I will not be going back to this location. read more

Great food at a decent price. Starting to enjoy this location more than the local BK and Mickey-D's. Drive thru service was courteous and quick, though they forgot my son's apple juice and I didn't notice until I got back home - not a big deal. Employees are friendly and full of energy, appreciated the vibe even though I just did the drive thru window. read more

Just wanted to say Jazzy is amazing!! Went through the drive-thru last night, with a line & nobody else working behind the window, but he still kept a cool demeanor, super friendly & very attentive. read more

so my partner and I, recently had a poor experience at this location. Upon filing a complaint, we were contacted by the locations manager. The manager's name is Darren. He contacted me via phone call, which I missed. And he proceeded to reach out multiple times. When I finally answered the phone for him, I was surprised to learn that he was just reaching out to me to apologize for the service that I got on my previous visit and offered to replace the meal for free. so my partner and I drove out there and surprised to find Darren personally taking my order, and walking it out to my vehicle himself. He is what a manager should be and because of his service, I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone. read more

Pros: this place has a very diverse menu for a fast food restaurant. The service is usually fast fun and friendly. Cons: Its troubling that the classic Roast Beef Sandwich got bumped from number one to number five on the menu. Also, Arby's roast beef isn't exactly real toast beef anymore. I received a page of coupons in the mail so I drove to this location to use one of them. The first thing I ordered I was told they didn't accept that particular coupon at this time. So I ordered something else with another coupon. Then I was told that coupon wasn't ringing up correctly. So I asked about another one, the employee went to ask and then came back and said they were not actually accepting coupons at all at this time. I have used coupons at this location before. The employee was nice about it, but Arbys shouldn't send coupons in the mail if they are not going to be honored at nearby locations. read more

SUPER EXPENSIVE for 2 Meals and a side of mozzarella stick $37 I don't Recommend!!! Spend that $$ somewhere else

Can't be mad about Arby's. Almost 60 years old, this company still cranks out quality sammiches. New revamped menu, the classics are all still there: beef n cheddar, potato cakes, jamocha shakes, and of course - the roast beef. Keeping up with the Jones', they have added chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks, along with roast turkey and other deli selections. Popped in for lunch because, you know, I haven't had Arby's in like, three whole hours. Just kidding, it's probably been at least 7-8 months, so I was definitely surprised to see the changes on the menu. This particular location was a little difficult to access (have to make a U-turn to get to, then avoid a right-lane-ending debacle) but when I arrived, the lot was clean, albeit empty. Clean interior, however, my dining companion remarked about a particular aroma wafting through the air - and not one of freshly sliced Grade A roast beef. I, however, was 2 Claritin deep due to allergies, and could not support this. My first trip, as always, is the bathroom. If a company's bathroom is poorly kept, there's a good chance it echoes throughout the business. It wasn't the cleanest I have ever seen, but it was up to par. All supplies filled to expectation, and there were no errant spills or stains or smells to be partaken. Good on 'ya, Arby's. We were the only patrons in the establishment, save for a car salesman ordering two dozen Jr. Roast Beefs. We were greeted by a friendly employee, order taken quickly and accurately, and was informative. We sat down and waited a few minutes, maybe 5-7 for our food. I have no problem with waiting, especially if it means my food is cooked to order, hot, fresh and tasty. Just because it's "fast" food, doesn't mean I have to shove cold curly fries and soggy roast beef sandwiches down my throat. The food was excellent. Flavorful roast beef and crispy curly fries, paired with newcomers mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers. The only complaint was the cheese on the beef-n-cheddar. Just didn't have the same zip it used to. All-in-all, an on par fast food encounter, with an upgrade in the food quality. I'm not in this area too often, but I would definitely come back again. Don't forget to ring the bell! read more

I have no clue why I have fallen in love so bad with this chain, probably it because of their brisket or the chicken sandwich w bacon? , their fries absolutely and etc! Personnel at Casselberry Restaurant are very cordial! read more

I ordered and paid for a roast beef double meal. I received a regular sized sandwich. So i went back to the counter & Mara or Maria? threw my sandwich in the trash & the manager verbally told the sandwich maker to make a double "off the screen". I would have been happy for them to just add the extra meat to my sandwich, i hate to see food go to waste. So it looks like you really have to check your order at this Arby's b4 you leave... read more

Stumbled upon this Arby's while running errands a few months ago, and I love coming back every time I'm near by. Always very clean and smells pleasant. Nice facility all around, even the parking lot. Staff is always great and friendly, and food comes out fast and hot. Always tastes great. They have a great 'happy hour' where there are several items for $1. Beats any other fast food joint! read more

Alright before I start my review I want to say that I will continue to order from Arby's because I love their turkey and pastrami!!! For a fast food restaurant it's great!!! But besides that let me tell you about one specific employee at the Semoran Blvd location. I've come across her a few times and I don't enjoy her very much. She sounds fine at the order box but at the window it's a different story. Just grabs and hands back your card, throws a ton of napkins in the back, and slides the window . My last receipt stated her name as "Alexxus"but she's more like "A damn Pontiac" with those hips but anyway I love the food . read more

The food is always made about the same, service is pretty quick, but the employees are hit or miss. The females seem friendly, make small talks or jokes. The males radiant the feeling of wanting to be anywhere but here. Either way the food is good and comes out quickly haha. read more

I went to the drive thru during my last visit. Although the drive thru lane is usually painfully slow, it wasn't too bad this time. The drive thru employee wasn't too friendly, but she was respectful and my order was correct. I ordered chicken sliders and fried mozzarella sticks - all of which tasted as though they spend too much time in the freezer before being heated in the microwave. I suppose I shouldn't have high expectations for fast food, but with Arby's having higher prices when compared to other fast food joints, I expected better. read more

I normally love Arby's but this location is terrible. Highly recommend not just checking that you have the items your ordered, but opening every sandwich up and making sure it's made the way ordered. I've been here 3 times and always order a Beef N' Cheddar. Twice now they've just given me a roast beef sandwich - no cheddar. This time not only did they forget the cheese they didn't even give me the Arby's sauce I asked for so now I just have a roast beef sandwich plain and dry. Awesome read more

Its Arby's..I had brown sugar bacon turkey sandwich...good stuff. French fries were soggy and cold..

I was returning from Vet with my puppy. Swung into this Arby's for 2 sandwiches one for today and one for tomorrow as well as 2 cherry turnovers. I did not want to try to eat with puppy in car so, I closed the bag up and drove approx. 30 min home. Once home had to tend to puppy, finally opened Arby's sack only to find I did not receive the 2 cherry turnovers. I called the 800 number on package only to hear robo call. I looked up the restaurant # on line, called. Was told they were aware I did not get Cherry turnovers. Told them I could not come back. They said they would credit my card..I did not pay by card..paid cash. They said, sorry nothing they could do. I suggested coupons..nope nothing they can do. I was Ripped Off. Will not be back and CAUTION anyone ELSE using this Arby's location..Check your order carefully before you leave the parking lot... read more
