Even on a busy day like Cinco de Mayo, the staff really held their own and remained friendly and attentive. The overall vibe is usually a bit more chill but on holidays it does get lively. In fact, Cinco de Mayo was one of the busiest and most lively I've seen the restaurant. Even with all the extra foot traffic, quality service was still upheld. I finally ventured out and tried their hard shell tacos (with beef). They were a little on the plain side but for $9.00, 3 hard shell beef tacos did what they needed to do. With some cilantro, queso and salsa, the tacos were brought to life. As always, the margaritas were great! I usually only need one - so that's always a good sign. Price points are incredible. I really cannot rave more about how affordable this local spot is. I'll continue to visit and try more of their menu. They got a long term fan out of me!

They do have some very colorful decor around as well. Staff was friendly throughout. I opted for the burrito and it was ginormous and I definitely couldn't finish all of it. Definitely well worth the price point for the amount of food that you're given. Everybody was very happy with their meals and drinks and I'll definitely be returning to this location. Overall: A+ Easy to see why this is a local favorite. Definitely will be back for more off of the menu!

It is always busy after work because the place is that good. On our recent visit we ordered a beef dip to have with the chips and salsa. They also have a tasty guacamole on the menu. For drinks we've gotten the pitcher of margaritas our last two visits and it really is the perfect amount for 2 or 3 people. Each person gets at least 2 glasses full which is a great value for the price. Things we like: Pastor Tacos, Nortenos Tacos, Tacos Gringos, queso dip, and the rice and beans with the main dish. Service is always wonderful, the staff is attentive and helpful if you want recommendations. If the dining room looks full, try sitting at the bar and you'll be right at home.

Chips were great, cooked perfectly. I had the enchiladas, which I order at every Mexican restaurant I go to. There do only offer 2 sauce options the mole and a jalapeño cream. So they don't really have a spicy one, as I love a nice green chili sauce! I felt these were a bit dry and lacking enough sauce on top. The rice was clumped as well. Overall though, I did still enjoy it just not necessarily my favorite. I asked for the sour cream to come with but the server did not bring it out until basically after I was done eating and she still charged me :( I would still be down to come back and try it again! Service is excellent, super friendly and welcoming. The spot is always very clean and inviting. Traditional Mexican music videos playing on a few tv screens, nothing too distracting...adds to the ambiance. We've tried quite a few dishes here and have never been disappointed: chicken enchiladas with house "special sauce", shrimp and mushroom enchiladas, the chicken tortilla soup is really flavorful and LARGE, grande burrito, chimichanga, and we always order guacamole. They never have a lot of customers (I would assume because of the set back location), I hate sharing one of my local favs but, I definitely want them to stay in business!
