That's 7 anagrams using the letters in STALE. Anyway, Arby's gyros are pretty good and I had a BOGO special in their telephone application so I redeemed it for two gyros (not Batman and Superman, those are heroes). If you're looking for an authentic Gyro, then Arby's is not the place by any means. BUT, they are good in their own fast food way. Think of a JITB Egg Roll, which crushes any egg roll in any Asian restaurant. Everything was delicious except the pita itself. It was a little dry so it kinda broke as I was eating it and it was quite messy. I ended up just kinda knife and forking it without a knife and fork, so a trip to the restroom to clean up afterwards was needed. The staff was friendly and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean. I'd stop in again as Arby's is one of the better fast food places out there and it was a small miss on the freshness of the pita.

The presentation was great as I liked how neatly the meal was assembled. It was a plus that the price was only $7.99. The meal was good but I wish the fish sandwich was warmer. Although the meal had a lot of items, I was hungry again not too long after which is par for the course with fast food. Arby's will always be my guilty pleasure.

This is coming…read morefrom a person that grew up picking her own food right from the ground: unlike other chain sub shops, I appreciate their fresh ingredients! Their bread is always decently fresh as well, no nutritional value from the whitest of white breads, but yummy none the less. Def a great option for a healthy yet hearty meal on the go.

There's been a manager issue at this location for years and after my last couple of visits the same…read moreproblems and more persist. I decided to give this Firehouse location another try since they're so close. In fact I've been there 4 times in the past 3 months, and here's what happened. The 1st revisit I ordered 2 regular sized subs and both were small and cold. By small I mean I ordered "regular size" subs which they claim on their website are 7-8" long instead received 6" subs. The 2nd revisit was good, no issues. The 3rd revisit I ordered two subs with WHEAT bread and they were both made with WHITE bread. When I got home and realized this and returned to the store and asked for them to be remade, in which the employee stated they were out of wheat bread and they meant to mention that to me when I picked up my order. 4th and most recent revisit both regular subs were small and one had barely any meat on 1/2 of the sub and they looked completely nasty and not fresh. What's more I ended up getting sick almost immediately after eating it and so did my partner. So now I'm done with them for good. This location is impacting my feeling on the actual Firehouse brand including those who run a tight ship and a proper business with great food. The people responding to these reviews clearly do not really care because the same comments come up over and over again. They also never offer up any compensation for the hard earned money I've wasted on poorly made items at this location. So now I'm done for good. I would also like to point out this location never has any business and it's typical to walk in and the employees are in the back goofing around. It seems like they're cutting corners with generic bags instead of Firehouse branded ones, they're out of pickles regularly, and no white bread in addition to serving sandwiches that are 20% smaller than what the website states are "regular size" subs. Do yourself a favor and choose a different Firehouse location. You'll thank me later!

Supposed to be a "regular sized" sub but has clearly been cut down smaller on purpose not to mention it looks terrible!

I asked to speak with a manager and was told that they had clocked out and one would not be available for 4 hours. No one would give their name. This location is off of 436 not far from Full Sail. The parking lot is easily accessible to get into, but a bit more of a challenge to get back out if you want to head back towards Aloma side after you leave. The roof had several very noticeable water spots (one of the ceiling tiles was water logged and ballooning), which did not lend itself to a 'clean' feeling. The primary food orders appeared to be going through food delivery service orders like GrubHub or Uber Eats. There was only one seated table of patrons at lunch hour during the quick stop in I made. Staff was limited to one server and back kitchen staff of about three. They were checking on customers regularly and did seem to be moving orders quickly. It has the newest marketing campaign jazz showcased throughout - the beef tallow. You can order to go at the register, or opt to sit and eat. Overall: C I miss the days of old for this chain; it hasn't been able to reclaim its spot in our staple rotation of food locations.
