An awesome Wawa that I usually go to before heading home from Orlando! The staff here is always friendly and whenever I have ordered food from this location, it is always hot, fresh and made exactly how I ordered it from their screens! I usually get a meatball sub and the meatballs here are always the perfect texture, heat and overall amazing! Their bread is also always soft and has a nice crunch when I ask for it toasted! The bathrooms here could be a little bit cleaner because whenever I come, there is usually toilet paper or towels on the floor that I have to step around. The gas is wonderful and usually on the cheaper end. I always feel like the gas from this location lasts longer in my tank then when I've filled up in other places in the area. This one Wawa is right on E Colonial and Bennett Rd. The store is always clean and the staff is great. I stop here once in a while on my way to work to get a matcha drink. Today I stopped because I had blood work and needed breakfast. I placed an online order as soon as I got out of my bloodwork appointment that was supposed to be ready by 7:35am and to my surprise, it wasn't. I waited and finally decided to ask. A pretty good Wawa that I have never had problems at! From the couple times I have come here to get gas or grab some food, I have never had any issues thankfully! The gas is always amazing and a full tank seems to last me forever here and with the prices that gas are right now, it definitely is a savior for me! The pumps are always working and I have never had trouble finding one, even when it is super busy! Being able to clean my windows with the squeegees they have while my gas is being pumped is also great and the water is always clean. When it comes to the food, I have only ever had breakfast orders here because I am usually driving back home. The most recent visit I had a breakfast wrap and let me say that it honestly was one of the best ones that I have had from a Wawa before. The egg was hot and the turkey sausage that I had in it was very flavorful. It wasn't overcooked and it was super juicy. The price tag at roughly $4 is honestly really good and I can't say anything bad about this thankfully! This is not about a store, its about their corporate office. Like McDonalds they could not care less about customers. You don't mean anything to them. Sending in a complaint is futile a total waste of time. They will listen, say how sorry they are, and after you hang up. You are nothing. They will put you in a file and forget you exist. Why because you complained, your just another number. Do not ever expect your complaint to be addressed. The supervisor won't call you or even bother to address the person at fault, if a corporate person speaks to you and you ask for a supervisor, expect nothing. The customer service person will refuse to give you a supervisor. G-d forbid. You lose your points, those will be gone, and you are allowed a onetime curtesy for life. The only way to stop Wawa from their disgusting customer service is to protest with mass amounts of hard complaints by the thousands . Everyone who had a bad experience at any wawa , send in your complaint , send them again and again , swamp them with complaints . Tell them what miserable failure of a customer service business they are. Be honest , stand up for your rights, Then stop going until they improve their customer service dept. I'm a daily customer of this WA WA and find it to be clean and I always receive excellent service from the associates in this location. Heather and Donovan especially provide splendid assistance and always greet their customers with a smile and a nice greeting. it's a pleasure to see them when I come into the store. One bad thing about this WAWA is that you very often have to pass through a gauntlet of BUMS looking for handouts. Some of them are agressive and obnoxious Management needs to be more active in keeping these gatekeepers off the property. The BUMS cost you 2 Stars on this rating! read more

I cut myself trying to swing from the railings in the bathroom. You could say I gave myself a Wawa. Late night I needed some stuff when I was in Orlando, and this was pretty handy - although it's kind of in a sketchy area but the service is really nice and plus I can hang from the bars in the bathroom which is good, um, ok. And the funny thing is when I tried to come back here to hang out later there was a huge police incident, and about 10 police cars, and they had shut the whole thing down. I hope nobody got killed. But yeah like I said it's not the best area, and the bathrooms can be a little ew-y sometimes, but I like Wawa a lot better than most of the other local gas stations, and I love that I can actually hang out here. I recently moved and am so excited that Wawa is my closest gas station. My oldest son and I love Wawa and I'm sure my youngest will love it too once he checks it out. We love going through the touch screen and being able to customize with our own options. My son gets all the little extras he wants and I get all those that I want. Our sandwiches end up vastly different and we are both happy. Both of us got a panini, the bread is great! We also got a chocolate chip cookie to share for dessert. Don't forget the cookie! Wawa does them right. I hate to admit it but I have gone to Wawa just for a cookie before. For the love of god we are in harsh times it's a rest stop we should have someone around the clock cleaning restrooms in any establishment. I went in with my 3 1/2 year old to use the restroom. And thank god I always carry with personal sanitizing items to wipe done the pee off the toilet seat and gloves also anti septic hand wash because there was no soap. An absolute horrible location with horrible Staff. I don't think I've ever experienced such a discrepancy. I paid on the app which said I was saving $.15 and I picked regular, and it said it was pumping regular at the price of 3.22 . After my receipt printed it said that there was super put into my car and charge me almost 4 dollars a gallon and the manager first called me a liar refuse to bring up the cameras to check and refused to fix the problem. I'm going to be reaching out to the higher ups at Wawa to have this Manager looked at along with this gas station. This is not only misleading but extremely unethical. read more

I have to admit, when they first had Wawa was coming to the state I was skeptical. Everybody made a big deal about it, and I thought it was silly because it was "just another gas station.". Needless to say, I was proved wrong. I've been to this Wawa location several times now, because it's very convenient to where I used to live, but also because it still convenient to some of the local businesses we frequent. This location is always well kept. It's a large, clean, lots of pumps, and reasonably priced. Inside, they have a great selection of food and beverages, as well as custom order foods that you can order. There's always plenty of staff, so wait times are never too long despite how busy they are. read more

This location seems to be a bit higher volume, last time I was here they were running low on the Low-cal drink options in one of the machines. My favorite Wawa location by far. The employees here are super nice so make sure you get a survey card at the register and compliment your cashier. You get a free coffee for your completed survey and from what I understand the employee gets a free breakfast option.
