At 6:30 AM on Sunday, October 5th, I stopped by this 7-Eleven to grab a coffee while visiting the…read morearea. While there, I witnessed the only employee on duty being verbally abused by a very aggressive and belligerent customer. Despite the customer's behavior, this employee remained completely professional, calm, and respectful the entire time. It went on for several minutes, and not once did he lose his cool. I was so impressed that I decided to stay until the incident was over -- especially after noticing that the rude customer was filming him. I wanted to make sure that if anything happened, there would be a witness to the truth of what I saw. Even while handling that stressful situation, the employee continued serving other customers, refilling coffee, and managing the counter efficiently. Whoever owns or manages this store should know they have an outstanding employee -- someone who truly represents 7-Eleven's brand with integrity, patience, and professionalism. I wish I had caught his name, because people like him deserve to be recognized and appreciated.

It is across the street from Graffiti Junktion and does not allow for gas, however oh, they have the full range of convenience store items inside this particular store. I have seen a few review state that the people are rude here, I have been in here multiple times and I have never noticed that. I also seen a negative review about cars being towed when people park there and go to other businesses. Yes, I could see that really upsetting you. However, this has been a long enforced policy and I guess I can understand it because people would park here and spend the whole night going from here to there. Again, I have never had an issue here and I would definitely recommend here.

I was not impressed with their food/snack selection based on the one main shelf of items to choose from. I was surprised though at the amount of liquor and wine on sale. I didn't realize they sold that type of last minute must haves. So if you do reside downtown and realize you need just one more bottle of wine, you can check out their selection. If nothing else, it's good to know it's there if you're going to be on Orange and might need a pack of gum, a Gatorade, or a bag of Fritos.
