This 7-Eleven is conveniently located on Colonial and Magnolia. It has a large gas station area with several pumps. The store itself is pretty spacious and has everything you typically find in a 7-Eleven. I purchased a few snacks and drinks, and a few of the items were on sale. I bought two 20-ounce Gatorlytes in different flavors, and they were both on sale. I saw the sale tag, but I really appreciated the employee asking me if I had a 7-Eleven membership. I did not, so she went ahead and helped me out so I could get the discount on the Gatorlytes I purchased. The service was very friendly and efficient. It has a traditional convenience store setup, but I really like that they have several gas pumps so you can fill up easily. There is an entrance off Magnolia as well as an entrance off Colonial, which is perfect depending on which way you are traveling. read more

Horrible owner manager lady! Tag says franchise. Kept repeating that she wasn't responsible for points when I tried to use my points for a $2.00 ice cup. Then my husband grabbed the wrong drinks accidentally for which she didn't provide the receipt for. When he went immediately back to get the correct ones she blew a fit and began to get loud and aggressive about him not having a receipt and shook the money and continued to lecture loudly. Her son/manager had to stop her and just process the refund. At which time she refused to process the correct drinks and stated we were not welcome back, as if anyone would go to her store willingly after that experience - if she hates her job so much maybe finding another one might be best? The 7-Eleven is one of the craziest layouts I've ever seen still to this day. It's on a very busy area of downtown Orlando and there's a decorative wall that encloses all of the gas pumps so you can't see the pumps very well from the street. There's also a tarp like cover over the gas pumps which is very nice and also covers the entire parking lot. Getting in and out of the store is actually pretty nerve-racking. You have to drive in between a wall that you're very close to coming off of a busy road or merging onto a busy road. Every time I go to the store I always feel like I'm going to wreck into the wall but never do. The design is unique and it's a very busy location which means just that it's crazy busy. Just being inside of the store there's a line to open the cooler that has mountain dew in it. There's a line to get a bag of ice out of the ice machine. It's a very busy store. They do have all the newest offerings, for example they have different coffees almost looks like a beer tap where you can fill up your cups. I like this gas station because it has convenient access from Magnolia and Colonial. It is quite a large station which is helpful. This area is quite busy which means it still gets backed up, and watch the drivers they like to whip around the corners. My out of town visitors recently asked why it was covered. Another thing I love about this station because I don't have to worry about getting soaked or electrocuted in the Florida storms. For the record, the cashier gentleman we dealt with was absolutelt wonderdul and peofessional. Now the story: Before we even pumped a cent worth of gas we received notification of a $175.00. Immediately we spoke with the gentleman inside, he was unsure of what was happening, apologized, gave us a copy of the receipt. Called franchise and they apologized, stated they have no idea and would check on it. When speaking with our credit card co they are correcting it and warned us they are seeing this more and more. Popped in for a Big Gulp on my way to a business meeting! Access to this location is easy from Colonial or from Magnolia. The parking lot, almost near capacity, was difficult to maneuver; but, I lucked into a parking space. As with prior visits, I got a delicious SoBe LifeWater, in a styrofoam cup, which is nice when attending a business meeting. The cashier was quick and friendly, despite the crush of patrons; and, some difficulty with a debit card in particular. I still had plenty of time to make it to my meeting on time; and, picked up some points on the 7-Eleven app. read more

I only stopped in because I was returning a rental car down the street and needed to fill up before returning. The printer on the pump wasn't working so I had to go in to get my receipt. None of the employees were wearing masks despite multiple signs on the entry doors stating that masks are required. One employee had the mask loops around his ears but with the mask down under his chin. The others weren't wearing masks at all. The absolute rudest staff I've ever encountered. Was overcharged for an item TWICE. First time I let it go but the second time I tried to tell them the price listed for the item (alani energy drink) was less than it was ringing up for the girl straight up walked away from the register and never came back??? Second girl that finished my transaction was just as rude and unhelpful. Ended up being charged double the price again. While there are many 7-Elevens in Orlando, this is one of my favorites. There are probably 3-4 7-Elevens within a 2 or 3 mile radius of me in Sodo, but I would rather drive to this location on the corner of Colonial and Magnolia. It has a unique setup in that the entire gas pump area is covered by a roof and surrounded by walls. The other unique aspect about this place is that they offer the Muscle Monster energy drink. I've looked in other 7-Elevens around Orlando, and this is the 7-Eleven that offers gas and this particular drink. In fact, the entire grocery area in this 7-Eleven, while maybe not as clean as some others, is fairly extensive and sells a wider variety of items. Overall, this one of the better 7-Elevens in Orlando because of its unique structure and greater assortment of grocery offerings. read more

This is just like any other 7-11 around Central Florida Except they have a huge roof over the gas pumps in case it rains or snows..haha I'm kidding about the snow part. They offer everything you can find at other locations , this location can get pretty busy on the weekends specially at night due to its close proximity to the clubs near by and also this location can be unsafe at times with a lot of crime near by. Good place during the day not so much at night , I just don't feel safe in any gas station near down town Orlando. Hey it's a 7-11. What do you expect? The people who work here are very nice. And the recognize me now, I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. It is in a very convenient location, especially if you're coming from downtown and have to hit up I-4. I remember when I first moved to Orlando I thought that the fact that the entire property was covered under a roof was the coolest thing ever. The only downside is that more often than not I have to be at work at 5 or 6 am on the weekends, so therefor I find myself there very early in the morning (or very late at night depending on how you look at it) and there are obnoxious drunks coming from Orange Ave, some of them are downright frightening. Large, well-lit 7-11, located on the corner of Colonial and Magnolia makes this the perfect location to fill up my tank before heading in either direction on I-4. There are a bunch of gas pumps, so even though this location is busy, I never have to wait to fill up. The store is well staffed and the morning shift employees are friendly. Judging on your average 7-Eleven, this is probably one of the better ones. Huge covered gas station area. Practically located at a main intersection near to our hotel. Although there always seemed to be at least 2 or 3 vagrants/indigent persons outside of the store, the inside of the store itself was clean and had all the basics we needed. I don't mind giving some loose change to someone who asks, but it's just an inconvenience to be asked while I'm trying to fill my car with gas. What am I supposed to do, stop what I'm doing? Just kind of inconvenient. This location is very close to downtown, so I understand why people would go here to look for change. If you have to stop here for gas, though, be ready to be approached by someone looking for money. It's happened to me at night, on weekend mornings ... you name it. Having said all of that, there's nothing else wrong with this location (that I know of). This place is a total dump. Gas pumps always out of service especially if you're using credit card. Panhandlers and shady crowds always around too especially at night.
