Food has been sitting in the warmers for too long, floors are filthy and sticky, Customer service is terrible, some staff are rude, especially if they need to leave the counter to assist. You walk up to the registers, they are talking with each other, ignoring the customers, causing the line to back up. When you let them know the coffee needs to be refilled, they roll their eyes, or ignore you until the next customer says the same. Half the pumps don't work. I can only imagine what it looks like behind the counters or bathroom.

As a rewards member, I collect points when purchasing gas and often redeem them for coffer. Occasionally, I have indulged in a snack or refrigerated drink. I don't think that I've ever ordered food from this location so I can't speak on the quality or service. Once inside, someone always gives a "welcome to wawa" or acknowledges you with a good morning. The store is always clean and even when busy, the wait hasn't been terribly long. The restrooms have always been clean. Using the app at the pump makes things convenient and easy to pump and pay for gas without having to explicitly utilize a card or go inside to pay. The location is easy to access with traffic flow at one of the two entrances being managed by a traffic light. Overall, okay for me.

However, the gas here was around 10¢ more per gallon than neighboring stations. Because I was able to use my rewards I only paid 3.86 per gallon which is still incredibly expensive but better than paying over $4 per gallon. I was disappointed the complimentary windshield cleaning stations had murky gross water and no paper towels so I was unable to clean the pollen off my windshield and back window. Be careful, this is one of the stations that charges 2 separate prices for cash and credit. The pump did work well though and it was quick to use my rewards and pay and pump. Overall an ok experience but the place could use work.

But that was a one off experience and hasn't happened again, so just make sure you go at all hours and you shouldn't have too much of a problem The employees are always so nice. I usually have my dog with me when I pick up and everyone has been so friendly with him.
