It has been awhile since I've been to Craft & Common, but it's just as delicious as I remember! I stopped in the other day for coffee & breakfast. I tried their seasonal iced coquito latte and the cannoli waffles which were both fantastic! My husband and I also split the sausage breakfast sandwich which we always love. The pretzel bun is perfection. The staff is always super friendly and personable. Parking can be tricky, but they do have a limited number of free parking spots in the lot behind the building. I'm a big fan of Craft & Common. Even after all this time, I still enjoy the eclectic vibe and the uniquely crafted, delicious drinks. Sometimes, it can take a while to place and receive your order when ordering inside at the counter, depending on the time of day. It was quite busy and I waited 20 minutes for my beverage, but I was not in a rush. If you're in a hurry, I would recommend making a mobile order or ensuring that it's not a peak time. The only thing that gives me heart pain is the lack of easy parking. There are a handful of free parking spots behind the building, but they are like unicorns. Good luck finding one. There is also paid parking a distance away. Sometimes, it's even tricky to find a paid (metered) spot. Luckily, the hubs dropped me off and circled the block a few times, picking me up after I exited. But please don't think that any of this will discourage me from returning.... I was in town for the weekend and my friend who works downtown took me here for breakfast since it is one of her favorite spots. I normally don't eat much in the mornings but I couldn't turn down this spot. This cozy little shop in the middle of a busy downtown is a nice break from the big chain coffee spots. I ended up getting a homemade strawberry poptart and one of their lemonades. It was hot that day and I wanted a little something in my stomach but didn't want to be too full. My friend got herself a breakfast sandwich that looked HUGE and very good. My poptart was a perfect morning snack. I am a big fan of most pastries and this is no exception. I've heard many good things about this place so it made my experience all the more disappointing. The shop itself is so cute- it's modern but kind of an upbeat feel. Definitely great vibes for sitting and hanging out. The staff was nice and worked very hard to be efficient. However, the part where it went downhill was both the food and coffee I tried. I got a croissant sandwich that had bacon, avocado and egg on it. For some reason it was all so salty and just a poor balance of ingredients that I couldn't even finish it. I am not picky at all but the sandwich was simply not good. I also tried one of their fall coffees, which maybe was my other mistake. It was some sort of pumpkin one that was way too sweet. I could tell it just had a bunch of sugared syrup in it so the coffee tasted more like pumpkin syrup than anything else, and it was really unpleasant. Between this and the sandwich my tummy was not feeling good. Maybe I need to try a regular menu coffee if I ever go back. Such a bummer. read more

I love this place; I've been coming since they opened, and they are always solid! One thing I really appreciate about Craft &n Common is the consistency in the drink flavors--while I will always ride for the local coffee shops, some of them seem to struggle with consistency but that's not an issue here! The seasonal flavors are usually delightful, and the cookies and cream is an all time favorite. I freaking LOVE the breakfast sandwich on the pretzel bun, and I even prefer it with double egg instead of sausage sometimes. My most recent trip, I split a Monte Cristo with a friend and I would give it a 15/10... the sandwich wasn't too heavy or greasy and having the compote on the side was clutch. The service is always quick and friendly. During mid-day it's not ideal to sit outside as they don't have a good cover to block the sun, but otherwise it's just fine! The staff is super friendly and move lines quickly when they happen. The Creme Brûlée latte was the newest drink of the month, my friend ordered that. I ordered the French Toast latte. Both were delicious to us and honestly very affordable! We received a decent size drink (I think 16 oz) for less than $6. The French Toast latte was my favorite, it reminded me of the cereal waffle crisp! For food, I ordered the Bacon, Egg & Cheese croissant. The garlic aioli was some of the best I've ever had, I highly recommend! My friend order a scone, which we weren't a huge fan of. This place has been on my bucket list of Orlando coffee locations for a while and I am so happy o to report how delicious it was. I got one of their specialized coffee, which was recommended by the barista, it was a cookies and cream latte, which I got iced. You could really taste not only the cookies and cream flavoring, but it allowed for the coffee to shine through as well while ordering, I noticed they had a menu of breakfast items and I got a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant. This just melted in my mouth with a aïoli and the crispy bacon I ended up staying for a couple hours and working on my computer. I one of their tables. It is definitely a place. I love that there's some space to hang outside... not sure what to do with that putting green but maybe there will be golf clubs one day? As I have raved about before... their Iced Banana Chai Latte (get it dirty) is something I dream of often. It's now a permanent staple of the menu and I can't seem to draw myself away from it. Also make sure you try the food because it's also top notch. The Fig and Hummus toast is my absolute favorite and filled with flavor. SO. GOOD. This turned out to be my favorite brunch spot in Orlando. I saw the cool coffee jars on social media and wanted to check it out. We were staying right near Lake Eola so it was only a short walk away. The cafe was filled with college kids hanging out and doing homework. We were able to get in line and place our orders for pick up. I ordered the bacon croissant sandwich and the Dune Latte. The Dunes came with espresso, condensed milk, and orange cinnamon. I never tried a coffee beverage with orange cinnamon but it worked out perfectly. All of their seasonal drinks looked amazing. Last month, I decided to stop by for a quick bite while on lunch break from jury duty -- all to say, it's a short walk from the courthouse. To drink, I ordered the Pacific Fog. This is my go-to option because it combines espresso, lavender, honey, and pink sea salt; the salt amplifies the flavors and makes for a more interesting experience when compared to a typical latte. I usually don't ask for recommendations, but this time around I did ask the cashier for a suggestion. Sometimes I think it's valuable/telling how the staff describe the food and their preferences (if they don't eat the food, I take that as a sign). This time around, the cashier halfheartedly offered a seasonal item or the vegan sandwich. Fair enough. I ordered the vegan sandwich and took a table number. In the meantime, they would prepare my drink and call my name out when ready. My drink was ready in no time. However, the space can get very noisy. Since the music was loud, patrons had to raise their volume to have conversations. This is not necessarily a problem, but if you're trying to have a conversation or don't have the best hearing, then it can be stressful. It was busy, so I expected a wait. I did notice that the patrons who ordered after me were getting their food fairly quickly. After waiting for about 25 to 30 minutes, I decided to ask the cashier how long I should wait. At this point, it became clear that they forgot my order. I was assured the food would come out. I sat down and waited. The sandwich arrived soon after, hot out the microwave. The sandwich was extremely salty, bland, and had an excessive amount of vegan cheese. I took two bites and tossed it. I got some tacos on my way back to the courthouse. I'd recommend the drink, but not the vegan sandwich. If you're a vegan, you deserve better. read more
