At 6:30 AM on Sunday, October 5th, I stopped by this 7-Eleven to grab a coffee while visiting the area. While there, I witnessed the only employee on duty being verbally abused by a very aggressive and belligerent customer. Despite the customer's behavior, this employee remained completely professional, calm, and respectful the entire time. It went on for several minutes, and not once did he lose his cool. I was so impressed that I decided to stay until the incident was over -- especially after noticing that the rude customer was filming him. I wanted to make sure that if anything happened, there would be a witness to the truth of what I saw. Even while handling that stressful situation, the employee continued serving other customers, refilling coffee, and managing the counter efficiently. Whoever owns or manages this store should know they have an outstanding employee -- someone who truly represents 7-Eleven's brand with integrity, patience, and professionalism. This location is the worse location I have ever been to. I was yelled at and embarrassed in the store for filling my cup of noodles up with hot water like I do every single day. I walked past one of the Hispanic employees like u do everyday and went to the hot water. Another guy( white) yells at me from across the store telling me I need to let someone know what I am doing. I explain to him that I walked past the employees and they said nothing to me. His retort was that the water was not free. I just got hot water from this Location the previous day before. He did not have to confront me in that way and embarrass me over some hot water. ( I had my own cup.) The Hispanic ladies in their are giving away free donuts. I was in line buying a product and I watched as she offered the (white) guy in front of me a free donut. I then asked her why I couldn't get a free donut? Her started to stutter and told me that the donuts were a dollar. That's completely unfair to give away free food right in front of me and tell me I can't have anything for free. I shope there every single day. They know my name but has never giving me free anything! I don't know why Spanish people play favoritism so much but that 7 eleven sucks read more

Normally most 7-Elevens are great, the one downtown is terrible! No warm buns for the hotdogs, no condiments, how can you serve hotdogs and hamburgers and not have catchup?! They never have Apple fritters! They were doing something with the selves by the register so there were selves on the floor people standing around and no way to get into the store. No common sense to people flow in and out of the store, no people skills/customer service either, "pardon the mess, sorry for the inconvenience, watch your step" absolutely terrible. I've been a 7-Eleven rewards member for a very long time and I've been to 7-Elevens all over the country and this by wis the worst. Never again!! read more

Honestly, I try to avoid this one whenever possible. However, I had a doctor's appointment in the area and this gas station was on my way. This particular visit wasn't that bad and I was in and out really quickly. The gas prices are definitely comporable to different stations in the area. However, it's always a difficult task to get in and out of this station without being bothered by someone. They're in a location that offers it up to a less-than-desirable crowd always around. It's really just because of the location that they're in not because this particular store does anyting. It's always a very busy location with lots of locals using this station. It is convenient to a lot of people that live in the area, or work in the area. They definitely have a lot of pumps and their pricing is reasonable. I can see why a lot of people stop off here to get their gas. The inside is large and offers up a lot of different products that you would expect to see here. It's a good stop for the store. Overall: D Definitely not my go to gas station because it's always a little bit sketchy. However, if you're in a pinch it works. read more

This location is awesome! I had been in the Orange County Courthouse all-day and I really needed a Diet Dew to get me through lunch and the rest of the day. I so wish I could remember the name of the check-out young lady, because she made my long day happy! Not only did she recommend that buying 2 Diet Mt Dews would actually cost me only 50 cents more, she also introduced me to a 7/11 frequent buyers club! I joined it right that minute. Wow. Never have I ever experienced worst customer service. The "employee" without a name tag or work shirt was running around the store, obviously under the influence of something, was on his phone cussing and yelling on some personal call. Made us wait at the register, refused to let us use a card, didn't know if there was an ATM and then claimed both restrooms were out of order after he had just let his friend into one. He was obviously annoyed we had even tried to patronize his store. This was close to abusive especially after asking his name he tried to film us, for whatever reason. read more
