These points accrue like any rewards based program and you can redeem for different things (free gas, free drinks, free food, etc). My wife and I use the same account so we build the same account up. No other gas station had these type of rewards AND have the cheapest gas prices around. The pumps are usually always functioning so the station can accommodate a user at every station. The pumps are easy to operate and makes filling up easy. The convenient store is stocked with a wide array of goods (food, drink, lottery, etc) and prices are very fair. The counter help is average to above average from what you would expect.

I am a paying BJ's member and pay for my membership every year with the expectation of receiving reliable service and customer support. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been the exact opposite. My package was supposed to be delivered, but the first delivery attempt failed. UPS claimed that my apartment number was missing from the address. However, my apartment number has always been correctly listed in my BJ's account and on the order information. UPS blamed BJ's, and when I contacted BJ's, they blamed UPS. As a customer, I should not be caught in the middle while two companies pass responsibility back and forth. In an effort to resolve the issue, I personally contacted UPS and confirmed my complete address, including my apartment number. I also contacted BJ's and confirmed the exact same information again last Friday. I was assured that the issue had been fixed and that my package would be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. Today, I learned that the delivery failed yet again for the same alleged address issue. This is completely unacceptable. My address was correct from the very beginning. There is no excuse for repeated delivery failures after the address was verified multiple times with both companies. What is even more frustrating is that nobody is offering a real solution. I continue to receive apologies, but apologies do not solve the problem. Instead of immediately reshipping the item I already paid for, I am being told to place a new order and wait for a refund. Expecting customers to spend additional money while waiting for a refund is unreasonable and unfair. I have also received conflicting information regarding the refund timeline. Customer service representatives told me the refund would take 3 to 5 business days, while the BJ's website states that refunds can take up to 10 business days. The lack of consistency and transparency only adds to my frustration. Most importantly, I was previously assured that the problem had been resolved and that the package would definitely be delivered. That assurance proved to be false. The package was still not delivered, and I am left without my order despite doing everything I was asked to do. As a loyal paying member, I expect far better service, accountability, and customer care from BJ's. This experience has wasted my time, caused unnecessary frustration, and demonstrated a serious lack of coordination between BJ's and its delivery partner. Because of the way this matter has been handled, I will be sharing my experience through public reviews and consumer complaint channels, including the Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection resources. Customers deserve honest communication, effective problem-solving, and respect for the money they spend and the memberships they pay for. I hope BJ's takes this complaint seriously and works to improve its customer service and delivery processes so that other customers do not have to experience the same issues.

Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. Why on earth do you say am I so excited? It's more than the fact that their bathroom did it pass by rigorous clean bathroom test... Thank you very much Walmart. Now here's the real reason that they're getting the kudos for me that they are: a nice variety of food and drinks available in a relatively small store. A very unique yet surprisingly obvious selection of traveling items more car related then personal but those available as well. But wait there's more... Yes boys and girls take a gander at this. The lovely and fantastic department manager was at the helm of the register when I visited for the first time inside the store. She asked me if I had a Sam's membership, which I do however my wife carries the card. She said let me give you the lowdown on how we can save you some serious money and if anyone knows me you know that's the way to get my attention. This amazing Walmart manager says here's what we're gonna do I'm gonna take your $20 and we're gonna load it onto a Walmart gift card that's going to get you a three cent per gallon discount I'm like sweet! She says now borrow Mike's Sam's Club card since I know you have your own scan this before you put in your payment and you'll get another five cents per gallon off. Are you kidding me? The lady at Walmart just told me how to save eight cents a gallon at Walmart by using cash in my Sam's card? Seriously my life is just changed. Yeah that's a little extreme ordinarily overzealous But are use a lot of gas and if you extrapolate that based on the amount of gas and Uber or Lyft driver uses that's going to turn into some serious coin.
