The service here is excellent, the workers are really friendly and the store and bathroom are really clean.

Every time I stop at this Wawa, there always seems to be an issue--whether it's the gas pumps, the cold drinks, or the rewards card scanner not working properly. It's become more of a hassle than a convenience. At this point, I'd recommend skipping this location and going to another one down the road. read more

Always super friendly cashiers. Great selection of ready made food as well as being able to customize. I was in for a quick trip for sandwich gas chips and whoever was on as cashier #11 he was super friendly fast and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this store. read more

Paid too much for tiny sandwiches, one shake (delivery) - the meatball sub had NO sauce, dry as a bone, too much parmesan. Second sandwich was okay, small. Shake was weird. $21 plus tip for 2 small sandwiches. Restaurants and fast food have gone downhill in Orlando as prices have gone up. read more

The store at 1201 South Semoron Blvd Orlando 32807. I have been going to this Wawa from the first day it opened. I was watching as it was being built. For many years under the leadership of a General Manager named Thomas, this store was well run. However under the leadership of a new General Manager this store has become a total nightmare that is so bad that, it would have to get a lot better to be bad. Starting with mislabeled products. The prices of some cookies were wrong for almost two weeks, after the manager was told that they were wrong, and the cashier had to correct the price. Some cashiers are not well trained; they need to improve their interaction skills. Words like (Good mourning, How can I help you , Thanks for coming in ,and have a good or nice day are rarely said. Some food pre people , don't even open their mouths to say anything. One cashier or food pre person is a total insult to older customers who would appreciate proper behavior. . She dances around, sings out loud and displays an act like she was a five-year-old in her own house. Wawa is a place of Business and when working, people have the right to expect business behavior, not night club behavior. The worst insult is one of failing to keep the store properly stocked. recently finding Mayonnaise, ketchup or even napkins has been difficult or near impossible. The other night they were out of all Three. My food which should be placed in a container was wrapped in paper like trash. I felt like I was ready to throw the food away rather than start eating. These failures are the fault of bad Management. This pattern which begun only after the departure of Thomas , has never improved, and in my opinion is time to replace this General Manager with a far more confident General Manager with a person of proven skill for efficiency and professionalism. .Skills the people there don't have with few accept ions. What a remarkable new gas station! It's not all that often that I get excited about gas stations but this one is fantastic. They have this food thing very similar to the dailies food area where you order yourself off a little screen and then they prepare it for you. Right now they have all their handmade drinks for $1.99 which means I got a chai tea for $1.99 size large and I also got a large mint chocolate chip milkshake for $1.99 which is great. They have a small beer cave with a decent selection, the bathrooms are clean, the entire store is clean as are the rest of the premises I seem to be ready to get very busy because they have four checkout registers at least although they all weren't open when I was there. All the staff was very nice and friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working there which really makes a difference. I was not familiar with this chain too much because I mainly see them up north when I'm traveling however they are putting one in near my office in Jacksonville now and I will be sure to start going there, by the way the gas prices were great also. read more

The milkshakes are fabulous. You know what they say, that whenever there is a crowd of people, there's a good reason why they are all there. If you have never tried a Wawa...I'm sorry! Recently opened near my neighborhood, I avoided the first few weeks visiting here till the dust settled. Typical WaWa, although I feel a little less staffed. I've never has to wait in line at other locations, the other day 5-6 people deep. I also noticed outside patio area on a couple visits is very dirty. Trash on the ground both times, for such a new location was a little dissapointed to see their standards drop so quickly. I will say the few times I ordered food it was quick and friendly. Great addition to the neighborhood, but might need to step up their game a tad. read more

I'm so excited this location finally opened this past week. It's located on South Semoran Blvd between Curry Ford Road and 408. Given it's busy location, I thought this Wawa would be huge, but it's just a regular size WAWA. WAWA comes with good food quickly, good fresh coffee, specialty coffee beverages, a beer cooler and a no fee ATM. This location has small motor fuel for boats. My husband likes this fuel for our lawn equipment. If you haven't downloaded the WAWA app already, go do that now. I'll wait....go ahead. Awesome, now put some $$$ on that app, go in and get a good hoagie....or cappuccino, or Mac n cheese ( the buffalo is good), or some coffee..... You'll start earning rewards with the app also! Yesterday I pulled up to get gas in my company car. I need a receipt for every fill up, but the pump was out of paper (happens very often). So like always, I went in to grab it at the register. The manager (a man with dark hair) asked what happened, then proceeded to offer me a free beverage for the inconvenience. This wawa had literally just grossed me out. They claim to keep their bathroom clean but do the opposite by allowing them to get to this stage. Bathrooms are the most visible things in restaurants and seeing it in this condition, concerns me. I can't imagine the kind of things that may go around in places that are not as visible. I would not recommend this location! Wawa is a great company but this location, lacks hygiene, cleanliness and professionalism as well. read more

What can I say about Wawa? It has revolutionized the way that we buy our coffees and subs and sandwiches and snacks. The coffee selection is wonderful. The frozen drinks and iced drinks that are handmade to order are better and cheaper than any other ones we can get from the higher-priced stores. The hoagies and the food they prepare behind the counter is absolutely delicious. The old-fashioned donuts that they have there are habit-forming. I would almost call them addictive. We tried them one night after my son suggested it and I couldn't believe how delicious they really were. Make sure you download their rewards app so that you can get free coffee and hoagies during the year. Their hoagiefest and siptopia are such a deal on such delicious food that you wouldn't want to go anywhere else. When I tell people about Wawa they shake their head and snicker. I went to buy flu medication and it was placed in the wrong place where it showed a lower price, when I asked the correct price the person at the cash register (Monica) seemed upset because I was speaking Portuguese to my partner, and asked me if I wanted my money back, I said no I was asking because the price was different she walked to where the medicines are and changed the position of the medications and I explained that that's what got me confused, she yelled at me if I wanted my money back. I responded no and she asked me to leave, I asked for my receipt and she gave it to me and raised her voice again. I said you don't need to be a jerk, I walked to my car and she saw me getting in my car and flicked a finger at me, UNBELEIVABLE! I went back to talk to the manager Nigel, and she continued yelling.
