Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Burger King on 436 in Casselberry Dear Burger King Management, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service my daughter and I received at your Burger King location on 436 in Casselberry. Our experience was nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to bring this to your attention. We went through the drive-thru and placed two separate orders. From the very beginning, the gentleman at the window was incredibly rude. We waited for over 15 minutes for our food without any explanation for the delay. When we finally received our order, the employee's behavior was shockingly unprofessional. As I was reviewing my receipt, the employee came to the window and rudely told me to move. When I explained that I was reviewing my receipt and taking a picture of it, he called me a "bitch" and said my order was complicated and he didn't have time for my "bullsh*t." He continued to cuss me out and even threatened to call the police. I have been in customer service for the last 25 years, and I have never experienced or witnessed such disrespectful behavior towards customers. The lack of respect and professionalism displayed by your staff, particularly by David, who claimed to be a manager, is unacceptable. If this is the standard of behavior you allow from your managers, it is clear that your establishment is in desperate need of customer service training. How are they still open? I have tried them over and over again praying each time is just a mishap. I have received the wrong order, they don't let you add onto your order once you are through the order speaker, terrible tasting food, etc...but I love Burger King so I keep trying. Tonight I had to drive back around for ketchup which isn't a huge deal. However, after leaving I checked my bag once more and realized they gave me buffalo sauce instead of marinara for my cheese sticks. I turned back around and went through the drive through for a 3rd time and explain what happened. The "stink eye" I received and not one verbal word whatsoever but rather just handing me the marinara with an attitude was unbelievable. I try this place probably once a week hoping for just one decent experience but this was the last straw for me. read more

Worst BK ever. Cold cheeseburger and didn't have any coffee so I had to order an awful tasting coke. Caucasian kid with ring in his nose kept my receipt which was good for a free whopper once you take the survey online. Management should look into this cheating behavior.
