This location is a mixed bag of service and stock. It's been here as long as I can remember and is not known for speed. So give yourself some time if you are picking up here ... yes even in the drive thru. You will be asked to park. However! This location is always clean and the food is at Burger along standards. We ran to try to the SpongeBob SquarePants collab and were not disappointed. The pineapple frosty is SO GOOD. It's like a pineapple slushie with a cold foam top. SO GOOD. The crabby patty was funny as a square light yellow bun but the taste is classic whopper. We also tried the bacon cheesy bites in the cute little treasure chest and they were not bad at all. They tasted like little loaded baked potatoes. Nummy. I love a collab. They were super busy tonight but the staff was so nice. I hadn't been to this BK for awhile, it seemed like every time I went they were out of something. So I decided to give it another try. I ordered a fish sandwich only to find out they were out of tartar sauce. So I ordered something else. Went to fill up my drink cup and a large number of their selection were empty. I had to go with my 4th choice. The staff was very nice and friendly, hence the 2 stars. I probably never will return. read more

If I could give this slow ass restaurant negative stars, I would! We ordered a sourdough bacon burger and a spicy chicken sandwich sans pickles. We received a bbq bacon cheeseburger and a regular chicken sandwich literally covered in pickles. The fries were stale and dry. The person kept yelling over the intercom in the restaurant in Spanish to ask if they had what we wanted, it was the worst experience ever. And of course the damn phone number to this "restaurant" is disconnected. Came back to advise them if the discrepancies with the entire order, and the woman at the drive thru stated "we always make fries fresh". I understand Spanish and when the lady told the cook to make fresh fries he responded "there are fries here, just heat them up" Read the other reviews here and on Google, it's a common complaint. They did offer to remake the meal, but I threw mine away and declined the offer, and they remade my boyfriends since I felt bad for him not eating. While I waited, another guy came through the drive thru complaining about his order as well and ended up arguing with the woman at the window. They did remake his food- fresh fries and a triple sourdough burger, and they were polite about it. read more

I was driving to a work location and my stomach seemed stuck to the back of my body. Starving! So I made a quick detour into the drive thru , ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a value sized soda ($3.62). Threw it all back and got to the location to complete my day's work without thinking constantly of gnawing on my forearm. It was a good burger, bacon was super crispy and the bread was soft, meat was thin but it all filled me enough for the next hour till I get home. What is going on with Burger King? This is the second location that I've experienced recently that has shocked me with the customer service. I drove by around 9pm and the drive thru was closed off and so I got out of my car and started to approach the building. I saw an employee mopping and when he saw me he motioned his hand across his neck, I guess to communicate "we are dead" and that I wouldn't be getting any food. I've worked in fast food, and I know what he was doing; trying to get all the closing tasks done before they officially close so he can leave right when they are supposed to finish serving food. The problem is, BK is supposed to be serving food until 12am. I guess Hardee's is now my favorite burger joint. read more

I was hoping the reviews were wrong because I love my impossible whopper. When I went to the window the lady did not know how to work the mic for the drive theu. She was talking to me and then would all of the sudden start talking to the person at the window in the middle of my order. Then I asked for the 2/6 impossible whopper deal (which is a $1 uncharge per burger - I'm such a BK regular I know this!). She told me they couldn't do that. I told her yes she could and it was a dollar up charge and that was doable because I've done it a number of times at other locations. She put me on old and on and off her mic went as she talked with her shift supervisor. Then she came back on the mic and asked me if I knew the code for the deal. I said no. She said well then I can't ring you up for it because I can't remember the code. Needless to say, what an awful experience. I drove out of my way to another location because I did not want to give this location any business. I was not impressed with the service at all. It was very unprofessional - I understand it's a fast food restaurant so I'm not expecting HIGH level of care, but this was awful even for fast food standards, really low!!! I went through the drive thru during this visit, so I don't know about the cleanliness of the inside of the restaurant,etc. However, it took a while (I was asked to park) to get my order as I was told, "We're making it fresh." But when I started munching on my meal moments later (yes, I am aware of the dangers of eating and driving and learned my lesson since I dropped a fry into the abyss that is between my car seats), it was lukewarm.
