I had never tried the chili hotdogs here, they were plentiful and even if it's not great chili or great cheese, they were still good. The fries, on the other hand, were amazing. NEVER WILL I EVER COME BACK to ANY Burger FI!!! We ordered DINEIN as stated on the receipt at 3:34 and at 4:01 we got a take out bag of our food. The service was so awful. I ordered the 3-piece chicken basket and didn't get the garlic toast or the sauce. And my husband ordered the rodeo burger and it was good. The Szechuan fries are new but they give a container of dry rub to dump on the fries in a bag! What is that?! The fries were awful. The food was the only thing that was good and even that has gone down in quality and proportion through out the years but that is most restaurants these days. We had an incredibly rude cashier when I said hi she just looked right past me , the only thing she said to me during our entire order is "here or to go". Unbelievable, that she could not even look at us , say hi , or say thank you at the end . This location is probably one of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever been to. The floor is slippery and my daughter has fallen at least twice. Liability waiting to happen. There is dust and grease EVERYWHERE. Walls, floor, ceiling, tables, chairs. I'd be scared to see what kitchen looks like honestly. Always have great food, although it is a bit pricey. They are friendly and parking is easy. Ordered 2 combos at its about $36. Fries are absolutely amazing with all the toppings. Love the freestyle soda machine and got Coke Zero vanilla. read more

This is a high quality burger, made to order, always delicious and juicy with a good selection of toppings. I haven't been to BurgerFi in many years so a lot has changed, they don't carry cheese sauce any more which is heartbreaking as it was one of my favorite burger enhancers. Their sauce station overall was lacking. No mayonnaise or plain ranch was available when we went. Cry + Fry is great for people who want a little bit of both onion rings and fries. Counter service is standard, all the staff were friendly. Ambiance is very casual, we sat outside on a nice day. Overall the food is great, but some of the add ons/sauces were lacking. Burger Fi experience has gone downhill. In general their prices have been jacked up for a while, so I almost never go there. I decided to go today just because it's been a long time and I wanted something different. Props to them for introducing the $9.99 lunch box with two sliders and junior fries. However, the ordering kiosk (which I despise everywhere) doesn't let you customize toppings on the sliders like for regular burgers, so I couldn't remove cheese. I politely asked the woman behind the counter how to remove cheese from sliders because it doesn't give that functionality, and she tells me the sliders don't have cheese, while I'm literally looking at the picture that shows them with cheese. She didn't seem to know what to do, and as much as I hate to sound like an oldie, if I could just give my order to a person instead of a machine, we could probably get past this. So I decided to just avoid the frustration and risk of wrong order, and order something else. I go to order a regular Burger Fi burger, but I couldn't see a way to make it a single instead of a double. Again, where is a human being to process this? Even if there is a way to do it that I missed, a BF trained human could do this much faster. I left. Should have walked out as soon as I saw the dang kiosk, which I've done at other places (and it probably asks for a tip after *I* go to through the mess of ordering it myself). The food is freshly prepared for you. The #1 cheese burger is a a good size. They give a generous portion of fries. You pump your own condiments fresh. The soda selection is big. You get plenty of napkins at your table. The chairs are not that comfortable. It is pricey. read more

Love the app experience - being able to order pickup while on the road, come in, grab the bag, and go. Yes, many places have an app, and you can add this place to the ones where the app is super smooth and easy to use. The CEO burger is amazing, but they have enough range on their menu that I am sure I will be trying others as well. The menu had changed since our last visit. We were a little disappointed they got rid of the cheese sauce. They updated the vegifi burger to have crispy onion strings and the bun was no longer a multigrain bun. The regular bun was also missing the burgerfi stamp. I like that they had the freestyle machine. The staff that took our order was friendly. The condiment area was lacking and run down. Only 1 pump for ketchup and 1 pump for mustard. No mayo which was odd. They do not have regular ranch. Only Cajun ranch which turned out to be ok. One highlight was the cry fry. The onion rings are huge and delicious. Fries aren't crispy but still good. The seating is nice with variety of inside and outside. It did take us 16 minutes to get our order and they forgot our beer. There was also a sign that advertised BOGO beer everyday but ours was not. It wasn't clear it must have been a specific kind. The food is delicious and made to order, nothing sitting for hours and days under a heat lamp. It's not a fancy restaurant, but makes up for it in food quality and service. But realistically the food is extremely expensive, but also sold as healthy beef. read more

We just left this location. May 7, 2026. The place is filthy, the cook/manager working the grill area was constantly clueless as to what was happening. We waited for over 30 minutes for our order. It was wrong, my burger had lettuce and tomato and was to be plain. The French fries were black. The burgers were way over cooked as well. It was an absolute mess. We have not been here in about a year and we will NOT be back there are too many burger places to choose from. BurgerFi you need to do better. read more

This location has lots of seating with an attached parking lot with lots of spots! The inside was clean and spacious. When we arrived we were greeted and opted to use the touchscreen to order. It worked well but there was no numbers or cups nearby and it took a bit to find those items. Once we were seated they brought our food to us and overall I was pretty happy with the quality. The burgers are definitely better quality than McDonald's and my boyfriend and I kind of agreed they are on a similar level to Five Guys, just less greasy than Five Guys. The cheeseburger was my favorite and it tasted really good! I got The CEO and was a bit disappointed. I don't know if it was just who made it, but there was very little truffle aioli, garlic aioli and tomato jam on it. I could taste the cheese and burger, and occasionally would taste a small bit of aioli, but I was expecting much more flavor from the combination. The fries and onion rings were also tasty! They tasted very fresh and were crispy. There are a couple of options for added seasoning that sounded good. I had the best chicken fingers today and I am in love with them now. Chicken was juicy and tender and the breading was absolutely amazing.

Wow, it's been about 6 months but this place has really become run down- doors not working, old soda machine in place of nice one that use to be there, dirty doors, service was seriously struggling, food didn't come out until 25 minutes past time said would be ready and was barely warm after short drive. Not what it used to be and will not be back. I don't see any standards be enforced by the top and expect it to continue its decline. So sad read more

This place is a bit of a drive for us so we're always super excited to make the trip to find one of these spots. This one in particular was out of ice cream was out of any teas was out of Coca-Cola products... it was actually insane to go to a popular burger joint that also advertises signature shakes, and they were completely out.. not bashing burger fried because their burgers are always amazing and as the food was amazing this time just this store in particular seems like they're going down hill. I came in with high expectations, this burger joint seemed like it would be the best of both worlds- a shake shack combined with wingstop? Boy was I disappointed. We got the wings to try- very very dry and overcooked. They forgot to put our tomato and lettuce in the cheeseburger so we had to go back and ask for it. They forgot our ranch so we had to go back again. The tables were all dirty and the floors were dirty. Here right now. I come here because obviously I like the burgers. HOWEVER, today when I ordered and was paying on the card reader I clearly pushed the 10% tip on a 25$ bill which if I'm not mistaken is 2.50. What I ended up paying was $5.00 for a tip. It auto bumped it up to 20%. I only noticed after getting my receipt. Watch your totals here before paying and after this I'll come for food but never tip again. Friendly customer service. These teens get it. I got their single cheeseburger during their $3 burger special on National Cheeseburger Day the other week. I am not a burger person, but I will say that these burgers put all the fast food burgers to shame and I can see why they are typically $10. Additionally, the single burgers are kind of big for me so it's all I need with no fries, but that's probably just my appetite. The fries taste really good so if you are on the fence, totally get them for an additional $3 Unless someone wants to improve otherwise that there's another spot that taste better than BurgerFi, this will probably be my only spot to eat a burger when a craving hits every blue moon. read more
