Such a wonderful treat after healing up pretty nice. My hubby took me here to get a double butter burger with cheddar cheese basket with fries, cheese curds, and a brownie concrete. I was so estatic and devoured everything without letting the camera eat first. It was a while since I had a appetite. Lol We did go through the drive thru and it was packed. All the waiting spots were full. I really like that they had employee little huts that protected them against any weather conditions. I wish most fast food drive thru had them. My go to whenever I'm in a hurry but still want some quality food is Culver! I ordered the single deluxe with cheese and added ketchup. The burgers at Culver are such high quality beef, cooked perfectly and flavorful and don't need any sauce. They also have delicious ice cream but I didn't get any today. I've never had bad service here, really efficient and prices are reasonable, lots of seating inside if you'd like to eat in, but it's always busy, especially so during peak hours inside and drive thru, it's worth it! read more

Colby Jack pub burger...again I very much Culver's over all. The Pub burger is not to be bragged about. My question is can they put even less onion on the burger and then they already do? If I were to measure the amount of onion strings they put on the bottom it might equal about a teaspoon.. Went through the drive-through today and the comparison I've made in the past they're getting to be more like McDonald's because they forgot part of my order. I, like most carnivores, am a sucker for a good burger. And that's exactly what I today for my first visit to the Sanford Culver's. The Culver's Deluxe ButterBurger hit the dang spot this Friday! You can get a single or double party and make it a meal with fries and a drink. I went with their sweet tea today (not overly sweet but a bit underwhelming as sweet teas go). I'm also a fan of the fish and chips at Culver's. But maybe the best part of Culver's is their service - the staff tend to be lovely and I appreciate the work they do to keep the restaurant clean. Been to Cluvers several times for burgers and ice cream. Usually they are pretty good but I have been noticing they are cutting down on little things like fries and ice cream. Got their ice cream cup last time and when it was delivered there was a half cup of ice cream with a teaspoon of hot fudge in it. That never happened before but the server said that's the way we do it. We'll I'll get my icecream and burger and fries from some place else next time and maybe pay a little more but it will be better. read more

We are regulars here and the food and service are always great. However, tonight we have a new favorite employee! Kizier is super friendly, and really made our experience awesome tonight. After dinner we sent up our young children to order their ice creams. After a lot of frustration (as they couldn't remember their orders up at the register and had to come back and confirm a few times) he came to the table and told them to follow him and he would help them get their choices. It was super sweet and he really went above and beyond. We will be back for sure and we hope we get to see him again! read more

This Culver's was very clean and plenty of space for seating. The service was excellent and they were very helpful in answering my questions about the menu. I got the sour dough burger and it was a little underwhelming. I would have liked some kind of sauce on it. I would try this restaurant again, but maybe something else off the menu. Wow, I had the best experience when stopping here before work. The spicy chicken sandwich was one of the best I've had. It was cooked to perfection and the staff was so friendly. I love Culver's and I cannot believe it took me so long to try them! You need to stop by! And can't forget their ice cream! We've been to Culver's a few times now and it's been overall great. This is a new store, so I highly recommend checking them out now while everything is still looking fresh and new. The staff are super friendly and they do a great job keeping this place clean. I've had the Cod fish dinner platter three times because the fish is really that good. The fries have been fresh and hot each time I've had them, and coleslaw is great too, more sweet than vinegary. They could improve on the roll by serving it warm and keeping the butter packs at room temp instead of in the refrigerator. There is nothing worse than trying to spread hard cold butter on room temp roll. Other than that they are doing good. The burgers are good too, made fresh to order never sandbagged. The ice cream shakes are tasty. You have the option of vanilla or chocolate ice cream and two additional items that can be added such as fruit, nuts, brownies, cake, and candy. The shakes are more on the runny side when compared to a Wendy's frosty but still pretty good. Our favorite so far is vanilla with raspberries and chocolate brownie chunks. If you've never been to a Culver's here's how it works. If your dinning in you can order at the counter or order from your seat of choice by scanning the QR code at the table. Once you place your order you grab your number at the counter, take a seat and shortly after a staff member will deliver your order, usually in 15 minutes or less. I never had to wait long for a meal although they did forget to make our shakes the last time we were here. Be sure to add condiments to your order. They don't skimp on the condiments, they come in a sealed small bowl side portion which makes dipping an ease. Culver's is step up from fast food yet still as affordable as a fast food option. It's better than eating at a McDonalds, Burger King, or Capitan D's and the price is comparable to The food items restaurants offer. If you have never been to this restaurant I highly recommend you check them out. They haven't let me down yet. read more

This is at minimum what a fast food burger should taste like! It was hot & fresh and the crust on the patties was perfect. The toppings were cold & crisp. We finished it off with a butterfinger concrete mixer.. whoa! Love that they have daily flavors to try , so excited to try them all lol Customer service was outstanding ,10/10! Newer location in Sanford off 17-92. Close to the downtown area. Drive thru is quick and easy. You order and then pull off to the side and they'll bring over your food. Everything is made fresh after you order so you know it's gonna be good. This was my first time getting the Cod filet sandwich. read more

We came here last week. What did you get a Culver's? Seafood platter. The mushroom burger and two milkshakes. Everything was really good. The seafood platter came with two pieces of fish, coleslaw, french fries and a roll with butter. The fries were really good hot and fresh. This is a brand new restaurant in Sanford. Very clean and pretty inside. They also have outside seating that is covered. They have a drive-thru and it was packed so things are going good here at the new restaurant. The only issue I had is that we ordered two milkshakes after our meal and it took forever to get them. The young kids behind the counter didn't seem to know what was going on I ordered a raspberry and cheesecake milkshake and what I got was a vanilla milkshake . So another 5 minutes for them to figure out what happened and make me the correct milkshake. Which was very good once I got it. Prices are reasonable but we had coupons So that was an added bonus. I've visited this Culver's multiple times and every visit was as if it were my first. Great customer service every time. The food is always hot and tastes so good. I love the burgers especially with the signature sauce but the fish is really good. I had my first concrete mixer, loved it! There's a lot of inside sitting but they also offer outdoor seating. I'm glad they finally built one closer to my neighborhood! Came on a Monday during lunch and it wasn't too busy. Drive thru took less than 10 mins and my food was piping hot. I'm done. The quality has consistently gone down over the last half of 2025. I generally get delivery but the food is never as good as it should be and once I ordered concretes butterfinger x2 and for some mint concoction. Want a disappointment. Culver's forgot to give me an item I paid for and I didn't realize it until I got all the way home. I immediately called them and spoke to Kyleigh (not sure if she is the manager at the Sanford location). She immediately took responsibility and said I wouldn't have to drive all the way back to the restaurant for their mistake. She sent me a few value meal coupons and made it right. I have been a huge fan of Culvers and when they opened a store in Sanford where i live i was excited, but lately it seems the quality of service and food is declining some which is really sad. i decided to order Culvers for the entire family using the phone app. We arrived, tapped we are "Here" on the app, and then sat in a curbside spot for about 40 minutes waiting on someone to bring the food. I saw 8-9 cars also curbside at the same time. Some people had been waiting even longer than us and angrily left without getting their food. I went inside to find out what was going on or to get a refund. When i got inside i found my order bagged up and just sitting there. No one was bothering to bring it out. Of course the food was cold by then. There was a 17yr old girl frantically trying to put all the orders together and giving instructions to employees. Admittedly the store was busy, but as i stood there and looked around, i asked myself "where the heck are the adults"? Where is the manager? I understand things arent always perfect, and I dont want to be the guy who complains about one bad experience, but i was shocked at what i saw going on. The great service and food quality control are a huge part of what makes Culvers so exceptional. It would be a shame to see Culvers go downhill like Burger King or Mcdonalds. read more

I brought it to their attention the car hop was going to get me some discount or something... I didnt want another one unless they were giving me my money back... We just love Culver's! This is fast food, but also a delicious treat. The burgers are fresh tasting and we always have to get the fried cheese curds. I like that it doesn't have the greasy taste of some other fast food places, and who doesn't love Culver's frozen custard treats. They are a solid brand for a fast meal on a weeknight or to honest outside and have a fantastic custard dessert! read more

I eat at this location quite a bit and the cashiers don't really listen to you when you order. I think kiosks would be more efficient.

Ordered a Bacon Deluxe meal to go, along with some cheese curds. Of course, once I get home, there was no bacon on the burger, and the cheese curds were a salt bomb. Filled out the feedback forms asking for a contact back, got radio silence two weeks later. Such a shame, never had an issues with any of the other Culver's. read more

Our family is soooo happy this location opened up much closer to our home!! The location opened yesterday and I'll admit I was hesitant visiting on day two open for the restaurant. Well I'm glad we stopped in because this location was on their game!!! It was late and crowded for a Tuesday night and I had half expected to wait but no waiting at all! Our food came out so quickly, everything was fresh and hot, fries with just enough salt not too much and with a touch of crispness. We also had onion rings (amazing) crispy outside/ juicy inside chicken tenders and LOTS of cheese sauce!! Had a little chuckle with the staff as I ordered 7 cheese sauces for my son.... he's obsessed with them!! We then even ordered food table side and it came out super quick too! Yes another cheese sauce with that order too!! The staff here is great, everyone positive, smiling, helpful and professional! Thank you everyone for a great dinner!! Ps. May 3rd we had a time sensitive project, so we sent 1 person to get food at Culver's. What a disaster! The food was cold, greasy, and none of the 4 dinners ordered were correct. I called back after lunch rush and spoke to General Mgr who nicely offered to replace the food. I explained the situation and that we couldn't leave at this point to get a replacement. He offered to send us coupons which I accepted. May 15th I called back because I had not received the promised coupons. I spoke to the same Gen Mgr again who claimed he mailed them. He offered to send more coupons, snarkily saying we could keep the 1st set he sent, which I told him I did not appreciate. Today is May 23rd and we *STILL* did not receive anything, even though we are 2 miles from the store. I called back and requested to speak to his boss, a regional mgr, which this "Gen Mgr" person refused. I have been through waaaaaaay too much time wasted on this place. I do not believe for a second there was anything sent to us. Now I have to waste more time to figure out who will help me with this extremely and ongoing poor experience. read more
