It's been a tic since I've been to Arby's. I still remember when this one was new and we used to come here all the time back in the day. Can anyone say Jamocha shake and double Montana yo! While everyone was very friendly and nice, this experience was meh. Beef and cheddar was old and cold. Potato cakes were crispy on the outside, cold and uncooked on the inside. I tried the cheesesteak sandwich and I was so happy when I took my first bite and the yumminess was the experienced I wanted to taste. My server was Kenzie in the drive-thru area. My small dog always takes the ride with us, as she knows we always order her a two piece tenders. This afternoon I asked the young lady if they had a pup cup to hold her off until we get home. Arby's food is what it is. You shouldn't expect more. I generally think most of it is pretty good for the price. Some of what I like are the cheapest things on the menu, like the buffalo chicken sliders. Anyway, today I'd like give a real shout out to Rebecca at the orange city, fl location. She helped us at the drive through window, and was super friendly, and helpful, even taking the time to help me sign up for coupon texts. Great service that you don't run across much anymore. I never get restaurant food, but I had a late meeting, so I picked something up on the way home. I ordered #12 combo and asked for the club wraps. I had my gall bladder removed and I can not eat spicy food. I got the order and drove home which is 15 minutes away. I found the buffalo wrap in my bag. I can't eat that. Went to the Arby's in Orange City last night. They ask my name, spelled it, easy name, ask if it was for here or to go, it was for here. Got my food, spelled name wrong, in a bag, even though we said eating in. The french fries, took them back to be replaced, as they were cold, got warm fries. Both sandwiches were luke warm, one we only ate half due to not being too cold. Apple pie was cold. Never write a bad review, but a do go here often and not only was the food not good, when I went up to replace the fries, the person could care less. This Arby's is clean, offers great service and the food is always fresh. Ate in for a change tonight and I was surprised at how nice it was for a fast food joint. We usually take out and the food tastes just as good. Best Fast Food beats out McDonald, Steak n Shake and unlike Chick-Fil-A, you can get into the parking lot. Honestly, if I could give a zero star review, I definitely would. I used to think that this place wasn't so bad. I mean it wasn't great but the food was alright if you wanted something fast and didn't want to get something like McDonalds. Well not anymore! Went there today and got something through the drive through since I had work to do at home. I got two sandwiches, one to eat now and one to save for later in the evening. Upon reaching my home I opened one of my sandwiches, a Chicken Cordon Bleu that I've had and enjoyed in the past, and found a large house fly perched on the top of the bun! I instantly lost my appetite. I thought that it could have been the fly that has been trapped inside my house but considered it unlikely since it would have to make it through the perforated hole on the top of the box. It wasn't until I shooed the fly away and flipped the sandwich over that I had finalized my decision never to eat at Arby's again. A pile of fly eggs. Right on top of the meat sticking out from under the bun. I was really shocked when I saw that. I tried to get a clear picture but my phone wouldn't focus any better than this. I don't entirely expect fast food restaurants to have perfectly clean areas but a slip up like this is horrendous. I definitely don't recommend going here. read more

Came here for lunch with my family before going shopping. It is in a great area next to many places to shop. I ordered the Classic Roast Beef Sandwich with a Small Potato Cake and a Large Jamocha Shake. All of my food tasted great, was ready very quickly, and there was no line when I arrived. read more

I haven't been to Arby's in ages. They're mini chicken slider sandwiches are awesome. They tasted really damn good. The curly fries are good as well. I did share some mozzarella sticks. Flat out delicious. The staff was exceptional and polite. Good place to eat. read more
