I've gone here at least 3 times and each time the experience gets worse. They don't listen to the order, they give you coffee without a stirrer, and make you wait at a parking space for 15 mins. Service and portions are horrible. Multiple times we have used the drive thru and multiple times we were charged for food not in the bags. The only way they get all of the items is if you hold everyone up in the drive through and have them verify what is in the bag. The portions are no where near what they used to be. Chick-fil-a across the board is pretty standard. Delicious chicken and overly friendly service are staples of this company. The one thing that does vary is speed of service. This location is definitely not the speediest. I went around 10:30 and the line was pretty wrapped but there were no people outside to take the orders or speed up the process. I also love their chicken sandwiches and the grilled cool wrap is also very good. This location is great, friendly staff, fast service, and clean restaurant. This is a popular location, so sometimes it might be very crowded. But then again, have you ever seen a Chick-fil-A that was not crowded with happy customers? maybe i'm bias, but my fur babies are my whole heart and so i order myself chickfila and take my dog with me. he's always known when we go to a chick-fil-a he gets a pup cup so he was superrr excited. i previously worked at a chickfila so i know how excited the whole team used to get seeing dogs come in. however coming here the line takes forever and the parking lot is so hectic, that when u finally get in the line ur food will be sitting at the window and cold. they rarely ever run it out to ur vehicle like they normally do at other locations. in the line at ipos i was told we could get a pup cup for my dog, then i get to the window and the girl tells me "oh we don't do that here." and completely dismissed my comments. a super important part of chickfila that makes it stand out is hospitality, this just seemed like get in and get out for mediocre food and bad service. read more

Ya'll, there is nothing better than the Lord's chicken. Chik-fil-a has got it going on, but I don't need to tell you all that. I also don't need to tell you about the décor inside since they are all the same pretty much, or that the drive thru line is the fastest (usually) out of all the fast food restaurants. And also that the place is manned to the max so that you don't stay waiting, so that the bathrooms are clean and all the condiments are stocked all the time. You do need to know that their spicy chicken sandwich dipped in some ranch is off the chain tho :) This location is one of the best. I have had to wait in lines at other locations due to the massive amount of people who desire this deliciousness, but this location, I don't wait very long, inside or outside. And the training that they do for the teenagers that work here, must be top notch. When I get fries they usually have no crunch to them, the fries were soft and crunchy which are the best kind of fries! I get to the store in time for breakfast but since they are so busy that by the time it was my turn they informed me that they've stopped serving breakfast I explained to Hanna the manager that I was there before the cut off time and now the excuse was that they ran out of breakfast. I explained to her that it's not fair that I was here before the cut off that they should've had one or perhaps both of these two standing around employees go around the premises following the line asking customers who got there before 10:30 if they're here for breakfast instead of standing around doing nothing. Very bad for business, you should send them two home since they're not doing anything productive.
