The chicken is advertised as "Cajun Style" although very flavorful it is relatively mild and I wouldn't think anyone will challenge the level of spice. As the name says it's Krispy and Crunchy and very fresh and tender, I was told they don't prepare a large volume ahead of time and set the chicken under heat lamps for an extended amount of time so depending on when you show up you may have a short wait to ensure you are served fried chicken that is hot and moist. Besides the chicken we also got a side of potato wedges and the honey biscuits, absolutely no complaints from any of us that participated in this work place lunch - I love finding new food options so I definitely plan to visit this location in the future...

Well, that was a week ago and Joseph isn't responding to follow up emails. I sent him a screenshot of the charge and lack of refund and requested a check instead since their first attempt didn't work and I don't want to keep giving card info over the phone. He did not respond. I would have preferred to handle this privately and move on. Running out of ingredients is normal, but ignoring a customer who you've taken money from and not served, that's unacceptable. So I'm out $40 for something I never received. I'll have to dispute it with my bank. Poor customer service from the GM and they don't use secure practices with the way they handle credit cards.
