The absolute nicest burger king I've ever been to.. the staff and window workers went above and beyond to be kind and courteous. The food was fresh and hot and the order correct. We even heard him add a free fry and he asked if we'd like a drink on the house. It just made our day. 10/10. And that drive thru worker deserves a raise. read more

Terrible customer service. Cashier was cold and unwelcoming. I got double attitude from the manager for asking for sauce she threw them in my bag aggressively for no reason. I purchased 4 meals you'd think I was begging for handouts. I suspect it has something to do with the color of my skin. Skip this spot and go to the McDonalds instead. read more

I came through the drive through and asked for no bread on my whoopers. But I specified for it to have everything else including cheese, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions. I guess something was so funny after they closed the window the female assisting me with the short boy cut was laughing with the other workers. When I got home we received a burger with only cheese. I called to complain and her excuse was that there was a new sandwich maker. POOR excuse!! This location used to have great employees and I do not know what happened?! Not going to Burger King again in this location. They just opened a McDonald's right across and should be treating their customers better because of the competition. Just opened!!! Yuppers it's brand new. I ordered the Angry Whopper which seems to have lacked the Angry!!! Bun wasn't soft and fresh. The burger was blah not Hot almost like it was precooked and set aside till needed. The thing that upset me was when an employee with a beard walked by me to deliver food to a waiting car. He was wearing the food prep gloves required by the Board of Health when handing food. I watched as he used the door handle going in and out. I then watched in Horror as he picked up some trash from the floor where everything's made. He then jumped back on the line and started making food. As I was writing this he again walked by me to deliver food to a waiting vehicle again returning to handling food with the same Dirty Gloves. I have been here several times, as my doctor's office is near here, and I go home this way! This location has not been here too long! Every time, that I have been here, the restaurant is always very clean, so is the parking lot! When you order food, it is served quickly, fresh and hot! Tastes really great too! The cashier and any of the staff has always been very attentive and courteous too! I have not had any bad situations here at all, just good ones! When they made a mistake one day, they actually took my word for it, my receipt was at my table! Usually they like to bust your chops at other restaurants, you have to bring the receipt up, and they don't like to give you refunds! The manager here was very nice too! As soon As people left, after eating, they came out and cleaned the table right away, and put the crown hats on the table for the kids! This place is good, right off of I-4, near Halifax Hospital in Deltona, the emergency room in Deltona, etc...so it's close to many things and very convenient too! At one time, they had free WiFi with a strong signal. No more. I guess they don't give a hoot for their customers. I use it for business while eating lunch. No more. Best Burger King I've had in YEARS. For $3 I got a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and coke. First the burger is delicious and bacon fresh. The fries were hot and salted well. And finally the Coca-Cola was from a traditional machine not the new ones that taste like crap. I can't forget to mentioned the drive thru person for being kind and energetic. Burger King near Publix in Deltona. It was ok, the service was very friendly and fast. I used the drive-through and ordered a double whopper no cheese, no onions, a cheese whopper no onions, and a cheese whopper with everything. The order was correct. My hubby liked the double whopper, my sister liked the cheese with everything whopper ok, and for me, my cheese whopper with no onions was ok. The smoke taste or grill taste (whatever they use to make them different from other fast food burgers) was strong. I just think Burger King changed during covid. The whoppers are not as big as they used to be. (Honest, at least that's the case in Hawaii where I live.) Here in Florida, I'm not sure whether they are smaller or not but the sandwich was adequate, filling. Did not have fries. But I miss the days of delicious sloppy messy whoppers! First and last visit with the service I just received. Order a basic whopper jr. value meal. Order was correct on screen before pulling up in drive thru. 8-10 min later I finally get to the window, get food and just sandwich, no fries no drink that comes with a value meal. I asked where missing items were and they said I didn't order value meal just sandwich (even though it was correct on screen and they even asked what size value meal when ordering). So I asked if the fries and drink be added? Instead of fixing the mistake they said I needed pull around and re-order. I get there's always kinks being worked out when first opening, but telling a customer they're wrong and taking a lazy approach by not fixing the issue is beyond comprehending. I have absolutely no reason to return if they can't complete a simple order and resolve a simple mistake. read more

So I filed a complaint against this store almost two weeks ago and got no response from the management. The original complaint was assigned a case number of sort which I tried to follow up on to no avail. Only response was we will contact them again to contact you. Bull crap response. I had to put it in writing because if you call on the phone they only talk to you for 5 minutes then hang up due to high volume of complaints. So that says it all. It should not take 20 minutes for a very small meal and the employees are standing around doing nothing. read more
