For an employee at the counter to input our order. He never touched our credit card - we swiped it ourselves. Our interaction was barely 30 seconds as we verbally gave him our order. A tip? Really? After 15 loonngg minutes, we walked up to the counter to his left to retrieve our bag of food. We knew it was our order when a 2nd employee shouted out our ticket#. Very impersonal. And that's ok. But why would we tip at Five Guys? We decided this meal, as tasty as a burger & fries can be, would be our last visit.
