The manager on duty at 6:09 p.m. on Monday, July 7th--a fair-skinned man around 5'6"-5'7"--did nothing to de-escalate the situation. In fact, his attitude made it worse. He didn't offer any explanation, empathy, or apology. I understand places get busy, but it takes no effort to communicate respectfully. As the name says it's Krispy and Crunchy and very fresh and tender, I was told they don't prepare a large volume ahead of time and set the chicken under heat lamps for an extended amount of time so depending on when you show up you may have a short wait to ensure you are served fried chicken that is hot and moist.
