We are here on the way back from a soccer game. Ordered two Zac snacks, they come with beverages. Also got a house salad. And then asked for some water cups as well. Not really sure why they swapped out the drinks for water cups. Was too tired to argue about it. The meal was good but the error in drinks lower my score. This is an older store but still good. Would go again. read more

Having never been there before I decided I wanted to give myself and my husband a surprise. I ordered the sensation salad and the Philly chicken sandwich.Sadly for the very expensive price you get an example of the photo below. Really sad. I told them when I ordered this was our ffirst time there. Sadly if this is how new customers get their food I pity the repeat customers. Please stay away. Not worth the money read more

Zaxbys - Philly chicken sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Orange City, Florida

Zaxby's chicken is great. The salad was wonderful. Their french fries or Ida crinkle cut french fries are the greatest in the world better than Wendy's better than McDonald's better than any other place. Well, Sonny's has pretty good french fries but they're the same french fries so anyway I am a french fry connoisseur. Oh yeah, somebody reminded me in the background about Chick-fil-A. They are waffle cut fries are pretty good but Zaxby's chicken is better than Chick-fil-A's chicken that says something but I have Zaxby's Chick-fil-A and sonic all within a couple blocks so my hot rod always says to go to sonic's, but I recommend Zaxby's so go get your big salad at Zaxby's and your ice cream at sonics read more

Zaxbys - a plastic cup with the words order ahead on it - Fast Food Near Me - Orange City, Florida

I don't know how this restaurant is still in business. Nothing tastes good here bad chicken strips? bad fries? Bad toast? How is that possible? The must be using old oil all the time, how do you screw up toast is just bread and butter. This is an overpriced restaurant stay away. As much as I hate KFC taste you are better off. read more

America has apparently gone cuckoo for chicken sandwiches these days and if you've tried Zaxby's signature (go spicy) you'll know at least one reason why. read more

If i could give it a zero star i would i recently was just at this zaxbys and this has to be this worst zaxbys i ever went to in my life the ceiling had black mold it had oil stains inside the kitchen roof which is unbelievable and unacceptable the ceiling must leak into the customers food and the food was very overcooked the oil tasted and smelled disgusting and infected and "SADIE" a worker in zaxbys is the rudest person to speak to and she's very disrespectful and very unprofessional working in a zaxbys. This whole zaxbys should be closed down and FDA should be onto this business and shut it down read more

I love Zaxby's chicken finger plate! Their Zax souce makes it even better. The grilled chicken sandwich is also very good. This location always has very friendly employees. Tip: 10% discount on Sunday if you show them a bulletin from your local church. 10% discount for nearby AdventHealth hospital employees. read more

I had a bad experience here my first time and was very unhappy. But today I ordered online and everything was on point, tastes great, and came out to me pretty much as soon as I got there. The lady who gave me my food in the window was very pleasant and I am very happy with my experience! read more

Kudos to James the manager tonight! Not only did he come in to help his staff out but he was very considerate with my order tonight and Blessed me with an unexpected discount. There are still nice people in this world!! TY James. Because of you I'm going to look for someone to pay it forward to tomorrow read more

This place is awesome. I decided to do the healthy thing and get a salad, even though salads are usually the worst things on the menu. Not here! It was amazing - they make everything to order, so the salad was super fresh and yummy. Perfect warm chicken, with fresh veggies, cheese and Texas toast. I'll definitely be coming back :) read more

Still best quick service chicken around. Love the Zaxby sauce. Love the FREE birthday meals every year. During Covid only drive thru. Well worth the stop. read more

This was the nastiest food I've ever consumed in my years of living. The best part of the meal was spitting it out!!! I wasted 30 minutes of my life waiting for that disgusting food. 10 out of 10 will never try again. Lastly the boneless wimpy wings tasted of vinegar and ketchup, also the fries could've killed you with one swallow. read more

After reading all of the bad reviews I'm surprised... we frequent this location a lot and we have never had a bad experience. The drive through people aren't always the most friendly... but our food is always good! The orders are always correct. And we are huge fans of Zaxby's and the Zax Sauce! read more

Decided to try the funnel cake today. It was all broken up, very greasy and had no caramel sauce. Whenever I go there and have something with french fries I always have to ask for ketchup. You would think they would automatically put it in the bag?? The food used to be much better. It's just ok now. Miss how they used to run the place. read more

Easy and tasty spread for the Super Bowl! Impressed by the efficient pick-up process and service! Thanks!

I used to really love Zaxby's but man they have gone totally downhill lately. Fries so salty you can't even eat them. Toast half cooked and smell like dirty oil. My chicken didn't even have enough sauce on it to eat I basically choked on it and the pieces are very hard could only eat two out of my five pieces this meal is not worth almost $11 what a robbery sorry Zaxby's but I won't be back your food is not good !! Food was not fresh at all if you're going to serve chicken fingers at least to make them fresh guys come on!!! I'm so upset that I wasted my hard earned money on this they will never get another dollar from me to leave a place paying $11 for lunch and getting more food 10 minutes later to be satisfied that's how you know your restaurant totally sucks read more

A friend raved about Zaxby's so four of us went here on the way to the airport. Two of us ordered the grilled chicken meal and the others chicken fingers. Instead of grilled chicken, we got chicken salad sandwiches on dry, stale toast. Ok; so we were in a bit of a hurry, so we ate them. The chicken tasted more like a salt lick than chicken salad. The fries, however, were good but they're a frozen crinkle fry available almost everywhere. As we were leaving I asked the clerk at the counter if I could have five singles for a five-dollar bill. He turned and asked his "manager" if he could do that and he said, "No, this is not a bank." After spending nearly $40.00 in this location, one would expect a common courtesy. Based on this experience, I don't think I'll be returning to Zaxby's any time soon. read more

I super appreciate my food being served hot and fresh. The food is definitely tasty don't get me wrong. My reason for 1 star is I took away 4 stars for each car that got their food before me, when they were after me. My husband and I went and ordered for our family of 4. We were asked to move ahead as "they made our food fresh". Cool, no problem. But the car behind me (2 minutes after I pulled up in the drive thru) got their food before me. Then the car after that pulled up and got their food.. before me. Repeat 2 more times and finally our food came out. No one said sorry about your wait, or anything actually. The young man walked out to our car, handed us our food, and walked away. Food is amazing, service needs a lot of improvement. read more

I drive a lot for work and when I'm on the road I'll often stop at different Zaxby's for lunch, because they have the best chicken tenders out there. Well, this location in Orange City I think happens to be the best Zaxby's out there on several fronts. First, it is always clean. Second, the team that works there is always pleasant, friendly, and efficient. Third, the chicken this last time I was here was amazingly good with ample breading on it. read more

The boneless chicken was hard the bacon chicken ranch fries was not good over priced no much chicken or bacon peach tea too sweet. Don't waste your money not even worth a star read more

This Zaxby's is clean, their food is always freshly prepared and tasty. I love their salads and often order the Fried House Salad, with mediterranean sauce and no complimentary bread or cold slaw. This salad is under $8.00 and is very filling. The few times that I've been here, I've never experienced any issues with my order, employees are friendly and helpful. The surroundings of this restaurant are alway clean and have fresh flowers. The restrooms could use a bit more maintenance though. read more

They are horrible. Every time I have gone there they have messed up the order. The 1st time I got a chicken club sandwich meal and it was completely plain.... No bacon cheese or anything. The 2nd time I ordered the same thing and some boneless wings... they gave me the wrong wings, wrong size combo and completely forgot the sandwich! By the time I realized they were already closed. read more

So...my wife did an online order for a zalad and fries and it was said to be ready for pickup at 8.50 pm. I pulled into a curbside spot and called the store to let them know what parking spot I was in. It is now 9.09 pm and I just got my wife's SALAD!! It's a salad, people!! So they took 25 minutes to make a salad. Wow. This particular store has always been slow, but this is beyond ridiculous. My guess is poor management. read more

Update: just went in today- decent $35 order, get home unpack car, unload kids, get everyone settled. We are missing an item, call them to let them know before I come back and the girl on the phone acted surprised "oh you want to come back" - ummm yes because thats what we paid for... I drive back up and go in with my receipt, the girl looks at me like she doesnt know what to do when I show her the receipt and tell them the forgot an item. The woman in the corner tells her to grab another from the back. They hand it to her she hands it to me. (Silence) She didnt say anything. Im like okay l, thank you, is there anything you need to check on my receipt. "Nope, youre good". Actually, I'm not. All she had to say was here you go. Have a nice day. Sorry for the trouble. Anything. I am more accomodating to them driving all the way back from my house to get the item they forgot than they were to acknowledge and correct our misplaced item. Its not the end of the world, but I guess I just expect more when we are paying $35 at a "fast food" joint. #lasttime #husbandwillbedisappoint #doesntmatterwifedecides read more

Zaxby's what did you do!? No more onion rings. Stupid decision and on top of that you change your chicken? I usually order the grilled chicken sandwich combo. The chicken breast USED to be delicious. Thick and juicy. This time the chicken was thin, tasted frozen and dry. It was way overcooked. Why mess up a good thing. Whoever in corporate decided that this was a smart way to save money was WRONG. Never sacrifice freshness and flavor to save money or you will lose customers. read more

Sucks, go to Popeyes instead. Greasy fast food joint sub-par at best. Drink machine doesn't work, sweet tea was a day old, went on Sunday with a Saturday morning sticker on the jug gross. Toast was soaked in butter, and no more milkshakes. read more

I pulled up saw that this place was busy as any zaxsbys would be. Seeing the cars were lined up and not getting there food fast I began to worry that I would have to have a extrude wait to receive my food. sure enough while waiting at the window for 5 minutes they told me to pull up to the front and they would bring my meal out to me. After waiting for maybe more then 10 minutes they brought out my food and sincerely apologized and gave me extra fries. I began to thank them and not home them as I work in the food industry and know that people who take orders can't control how long the food will be. But what they can control is getting me what I asked for and making sure that I got the extra sauces and the actual sauces I paid for! I will not be coming back to this location, all love for zaxsbys as their food is still amazing !! read more

Unfortunately, to top off of one of the crappiest days I have had, I just got the wrong food delivered to me. I was on door dash placing a delivery. I had two orders of boneless wings, one with honey mustard on them & a side of ranch and the other was bbq sauce with ranch on the side. I also ordered a side of buffalo chicken dip, and I asked for extra chips. When DoorDash got to my hotel, I realized I had two orders of bbq wings with own side of ranch and the other honey mustard. The buffalo dip I got was also chilled!!!! I called Zaxby's to explain that my order was wrong and the manager told me "I had to return the food that was made wrong to have the food I wanted to begin with, made" I told her I didn't have transportation and asked if doordash would deliver new food free of charge, she told me she didn't know because she is not affiliated with doordash. So I called doordash and explained my situation, doordash is now paying for the food that I had ordered in the first place and are sending out another delivery guy for me! Yay doordash!! But then I noticed on the receipt that the buffalo dip that was $3.99 on doordash's menu, was not what I paid for on my receipt. When I completed my order my total was $34 with tip for my driver, tax from food, etc. I was up charged $6 for extra chips with my cold buffalo dip:( I was also charged for a service fee that was not included in the order that I had confirmed. I ended up spending $41 with all of the extra fees that I DID NOT ACCEPT. this has been a terrible experience and to top it off the manager wanted to argue about the food being cooked "correctly." this whole situation is just not right, I am not a happy customer. Doordash and zaxbys overcharged me..this shouldn't be legal! read more
