The main register clerk was in the back and the other workers seemed to be standing around and did not acknowledge my presence. The odd thing about the whole experience was one of the male workers was walking around between the register area and where the guests would wait in line (where I was standing) with his arm in a makeshift sling. He was using a cotton web style Dickies belt to keep his arm in a sling-like-position but was wandering around doing nothing. How hard would it be to say "someone will be right with you"? I ordered two 6-piece McNugget's and two McDouble's from the 2 for $3 menu. The order total was $6.42, which is not a bad deal at all. However, the register clerk neglected to add the BBQ sauce to my order, so then I waited again for someone to acknowledge my presence. It's a shame, the manager was the one who dropped off my order but couldn't take the time to verify I was happy before, blurting out my order number then quickly walking away. Finally, the young gal working the fryer stopped what she was doing to assist. All in all, I was at McDonalds and I can't expect the best of the best, but I can expect more cohesive interaction from leaders and team members working at this store. Almost another half hour later to get warm "iced" coffee which is baffling, was it just left sitting on the counter long enough for any ice inside to melt?
