I went through the drive through my first time a little confused because no one was there And had to drive back around I ordered the honey butter chicken sandwich With hand crafted lemonade (why do they even offer two) and 2 cookies. The sandwich was great. I will just add hot sauce to it next time. I tried the pdq sauce and siracha. They were both mayo based and it was too heavy. The sandwich was perfect with no sauce, i just needed a little kick in there somewhere the sandwich was leaning towards the sweet side. I came here today because I had a buy one get one free coupon. I hadn't been here in a long time so I thought I'd try it again. I got five crunchy chicken tenders and five grilled chicken tenders. And they were delicious. I got the zucchini fries They gave you a lot of them but they were heavy breaded and a over seasoned, salty and greasy. The combo meal comes with chicken a side and a drink. I got the side salad with lemon vinaigrette dressing. Nothing special. Bag salad with a few tomatoes cucumbers and cheese. The meal also came with two pieces of garlic toast that were not very good. They do however have a spectacular drink selection. A digital machine with just about every type of drink you can imagine. I stood there for a good 3 minutes tasting everything. One of the workers came over and said did you find what you needed I said there's so much to choose from like a kid in a candy store. So besides the chicken I think the drinks was the greatest thing about this restaurant. So I like me some PDQ, especially on Sundays though I don't actually think I've done them on a Sunday now that I think about it. lol Umn, at first, there was something about the sandwiches I wasn't entirely too fond of, was a faint hit of sage or oregano or mace or something I could never really put my finger on. Anyway, was the only thing keeping me from Loving them, but I do. Super friendly, Love the interesting offerings, and usually enjoy everything I've ever had. First time visiting a PDQ! Great experience. We happened to come on Monday. When ordering the young lady at the register told me it was buy one get one combos! So for less than $10 we both got a meal that consisted of a sandwich, fries and drink. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and honey butter sandwich. Both were very good. The fries remained crispy even after they cooled off! The staff was very friendly and the service was great! We also tried their peanut butter milkshake (bc we had only spent $10) that was sooo good! My mom and I came to this location around 8:30 on a Friday night. I understand that a place can get busy between mobile orders, drive thru, and the dine in crowd. I used to work at a PDQ in high school myself as a trainer. However, what is inexcusable is it taking 30 minutes for them to cook grilled nuggets. What is inexcusable is letting a sandwich sit at the station for 15 minutes before giving it to the customer. And what is especially inexcusable is when my mom went to return her sandwich because it was cold, no apology from either girls working the counter. The staff is always on their A game and the drive thru is pretty efficient by ordering and paying at one window with a person and then getting food at another corner around the building. My go to is the honey butter chicken sandwich with fries and a cheer wine, but if you wanna splurge on a milkshake, these are the best fast food shakes in my opinion! read more

During lunchtime, the drive thru can get backed up but they have some magical system and are able to get through the line swiftly and super efficiently!! If there was a chain of fast food I wish we had up in Maine or even just somewhat closer I would pick PDQ. In my opinion this places blows all of the other chicken focused chains out of the water in quality. The waffle fries are crispier and stay better tasting longer than other places. I also believe that the quality of chicken and taste is better than any of the other chains near me in the North. This has become a must stop anytime I come down here. I usually go with the tenders meal but tried a sandwich and with how good that was, my future choices here will be tough. I only ordered a spicy classic and a small fries, total was $12, kinda surprised me, but it was very good and the amount of fries was more than I expected.
