never ever coming here again! i'm pregnant and have been craving wendy's. i ordered the buy one get one spicy chicken sandwich, a crispy chicken sandwich meal, and a 6 piece nugget. when i get my food i ask for extra cause and the lady at the window (older hispanic lady) acted like she didn't want to talk to us and said "it's extra for sauce" and then proceeds to close the window in our face ( mind you there was a car behind us so they had to open the window again) we pull off and i notice i only have one of my 2 sauces for ALL that food. i also notice that my 6 piece is a 4 piece. i turn around and i tell them that i just need 2 more chicken nuggets and the correct sauce. the lady that was at the window let the older hispanic lady know and she says "everything is in the bag i checked it off" i tell her that there's only 4 nuggets and im trying to show her the nuggets and she proceeds to tell me that she wants to see my receipt. i ask why she needs the receipt when i have the missing food in my hand. long story short she kept denying that the food was missing and complained the whole time she fixed the order. read more

I should have known to check Yelp before coming here! I figured it was a fast food spot so it wasn't important for me to check. I can definitely see why it has 1 star. I was told I can't come into the restaurant after I parked to avoid the drive thru with my 2 kids. We got out of the car and we're walking to the door when we were given that info. We watched other people walk in so we decided to as well. Everybody is standing there talking and taking their time while the number of people coming in kept getting larger and the wait was crazy! This Wendy's is clean and looks new. It is next to a bus stop in the Walmart parking lot and has signs forbidding loitering, solicitation and eating your meal in the dining room more than 30 minutes. A purchase is required to get the passcode to enter the restrooms. That was the reason we had stopped, so we got a small Frosty for $2.45. read more

Yesterday, I waited in line, I watched Arby's line next door ZIP through 3 lines of cars while I hadn't even budged, so I left like many others & went to ARBYS. Today, I decided to try it again, and a LONG line. I waited patiently, watching as 3, then 4, then 5 cars left & went into Arby's line. Arbys, again, ZIPPED through 5 lines & I still hadn't reached the microphone. As I got closer after 30 minutes in line, I watched as each car was told "I'll be with you in a minute"....then they waited, and waited....then gave their order. It happened to the next person...told to "hold please"....and waited again. What the hell system is this? I finally got to the microphone after 40 min. & was told, "I'll be with you in a minute"???? Seriously? I waited, and waited....after 5 minutes, I shouted, "what's going on, are you going to take my order"? A voice said, "are you going to calm down"? I was furious. I asked for a manager....she said she was the Manager. I shouted my order "2 Lg. Chilis". The so-called Mgr. said, "I'm not taking the order until you calm down"....I'm hearing LAUGHTER in the background. NOW, I'm really pissed. So, I said as I'm getting ready to leave under my breath, "f--k you".....the Mgr. replied for her staff and cars to hear "F--k You too". I WON'T BE BACK. With the new management the service has improved but still leaves alot of room for improvement. The food however not very good. It's a gamble if you get food that hasn't been sitting around for hours. They will assemble wilted lettuce, dried out buns and what tastes like yesterday's cold meat warmed up in a microwave. Your homemade leftover chicken is 100 percent better than any of their chicken door stops they serve No wonder Wendy's has to have so many offers to make you think it's a good deal. Worst Wendy's ever! I doordashed myself and my son some food. 2 damn items! A Parmesan Caesar Salad and a Small Fry! These people forgot my damn Caesar dressing and my baby's barbecue sauce. They messed up my salad. I wanted just the Parmesan cheese, the lettuce and the dressing. My salad came with tomatoes, mixed cheeses, and eggs! Mind you, these aren't even the right ingredients for this salad. I'm highly upset. And when I tried to call back, they didn't answer. These people are so damn lazy and ignorant. I'll come back when they stop putting stickers over the straw hole of my soda cups. What kind of idiot decides to put a sticker over the spot you put a straw through? You have two options: stick the straw right through it and end up with sticky bits in your soda, or take the sticker off before you put the straw in and still deal with sticky bits in your soda. I would give negative stars if i could, out of all the reviews ive ever ledt thats the first time I have ever said anything like that. I just moved somewhat close to this one, so it was my first time going inside here. I actually like the kiosks. A lot of the booths were completely filled with people, maybe homeless people, all the chargers and phones were plugged in, sleeping bags and bags everywhere, the tables that were empty were dirty..so once i ordered i did get my food fast, however..ordered a cookie with the food, after I paid for it they let me know they didnt have the chocolate chip that I ordered so I settled for a sugar cookie, get it and see that someone had taken a bite out of it, brought it back up to the counter..turns out all of the cookies had bites. I got the 1.99 refunded, but I was floored with how awful the experience was. It gives me no co fidemce in the quality of the rest of my food, it had to have been an employee, so what did that employee do to the rest of the food?? I can't say I have a desire to go back to this location ever again. I'll drive out of my way to the mall one for my frosty craving. read more

I hate to do this but this location has gone to sh*t. Spoke to the GM tonight about why there was only one person on register and a line of 8 people waiting to order and a crowd waiting for food. Drive through was wrapped around the building. Going in I understood there would obviously be a line. But the line didn't move for 10 minutes then come to find out the new guy working the register was waiting for the gm to help him with something. Then he helps one customer and the gm tells him He needs to make frostys. I asked for the gm and he tells me that it's not his fault and that he doesn't need help running his store. Yes sir, indeed you do. The wait time continue to increase at this location as does the food quality. I'm guessing it's pretty hard to hire and retain good staff to work for a GM that obviously doesn't understand what he's doing wrong and or doesn't care to make changes. read more
