Granted, it wasn't his hand - it was his elbow crease, it definitely gave me the heeby geebys about contamination to my food. Nonetheless, I stayed (because I was starving). There was a small misunderstanding with my order -- I thought the hot honey rub came with actual honey, but that was my mistake. Since it's a dry rub, my wings were a little dry to me. When I went back in and explained, the guy at the front was extremely kind. He told me that if I was unhappy, he could remake my wings and let me keep the original ones instead of throwing them away. That alone meant a lot to me. He remade my wings, didn't make me wait long at all, and even asked if I needed anything else -- all while answering phones and helping other customers. I asked for his name because I honestly don't usually get this level of service at Wingstop. His name is Tim, and he's the Assistant General Manager.
