Not really decorated or anything kinda similar to a subway just different color scheme. I got a mini club sub. It was ok. I should've asked for it to be toasted at least I know for next time. I have ordered and eaten at this establishment many times. For the most part, service seems to be speedy. If I've had any wait at all when ordering, it has only been a few minutes. I like that they freshly slice the meat for each sandwich ordered. The toppings seem fairly fresh. I like the option of also getting a "sub in a tub" making any sandwich a salad. The customer service is great, and someone always greets you. I recommend signing up for the rewards program. For my birthday, I received enough points to redeem a free regular size sub. Today, I placed an online order for a regular size club sub. It was ready by the time the app said. I was able to walk right in and grab my sub from the cart. The sub was really good. "The store is closed,will open in 15 , said the man stocking the the fresh baked loaves to be used for the day. Can I sit here and wait? Ok. i specifically requested for the large ham and cheese sandwich to be wrapped separately. I also purchased a soda and chips. I asked for a cup to put ice to go, he replied "did you pay for a soda?" Yes, I said. So he reluctantly gave me a cup which does not have a cover to take the ice back to the chemo center. We were the first ones through the door when they opened on a Sunday morning and what they produced seems like something that would come at the end of the long day not the beginning of a new day. We have been to the Altamonte location and had a much different experience from the staff being more personable and the food being far superior....a four-star review in Altamonte versus this experience and Winter Park. read more

Got there around 1030am and ordered a regular sized chicken bacon ranch on rosemary bread sandwich to go ($9). The bread was soft and tasty, the meats were good with some really awesome pieces of chicken in there but it tasty like if they had added on salt or something because it was just a bit too much for me. Stopped going here after I made a mobile order. When I arrived on time, they hadn't made my sandwich yet. He told me he'd need a minute as there were walk-ins in line. As people walked in well after I had arrived, he continued making their subs despite the fact that mine was now 20 minutes overdue and I had already paid for my sub. If you're not smart enough or rude enough to think that a guy who ordered, paid and tipped for his sub already shouldn't come before people who just arrived after I did, then you're not getting any more of my business! I really like their sandwiches (hence the four stars) and the employees here seem to be on their game. But man, $7.50 to $8.50 for a regular sandwich that runs about 7 inches? It's hard to justify when my old standby (Publix deli) serves big, densely packed 12-inch subs for $6.50. My girlfriend and I have been regulars at this location for almost two years now. We would come in at least once a week. Lately they have been getting our subs wrong with adding ingredients or not putting the right ones on there. This last time I ordered online and I got the right sub, but it was the service that was bad. I was waiting to pick up my sub as the cashier was seeming to be having some issues with the computer which is no problem at all. I then hear a woman yelling "sir! Let me tell you, if I could give 100 stars I would. We placed an online order during the chaos of COVID-19. When I got to the store, about 5 minutes before my pickup time, I could tell they were frantically trying to fill the orders. Ryan and Arthur apologized NUMEROUS times for the wait, gave free beverages to those waiting and gave chips and other items for the wait. These two poor guys were left alone despite all of the orders they had. They ran out of supplies, such as the main bread people order, white, and had to take time to reach out to customers to make sure another kind was okay and did everything they could to make it up to them.
