Two female staff workers working the drive thru were exceptionally rude. We ordered combos and gave us only the food and closed the window in our face not giving us the drink, and when we finally got their attention to give us the drinks they gave us the wrong drink. We had asked for a pink lemonade and they gave us a mango tea and when we tried to tell them they were rude and tried to correct us and said," YOU SAID MANGO TEA, not pink lemonade." How are you to correct the customer? And then she didn't even bother to correct the drink and then closed the window in our face once again and called her coworker to make a simple pink lemonade. I found myself awake this morning at an unpleasantly early hour, mostly due to the fact that neither my cat nor telephone spammers (...it's more of a trapezoid really) understand the definitions of the terms "boundaries", "It's too early for this shit", or "I drank a lot of wine last night". So since I was up before dawn on a Saturday, and I neither hunt, nor go mall walking in a tracksuit, I decided to treat myself (in the absolutely loosest interpretation of that idea) to a sampling of Taco bell's new breakfast menu. Luckily enough for me, there's a Taco bell directly across the street, well within walking distance. Not that I walked there mind you, I was already about to eat Taco Bell for breakfast so I figured why not just go 2-0 for failure and drove the 100 feet. The staff appeared busy, as if the concept of slapping eggs on a tortilla was somehow vastly different of a concept from slapping "beans" on a tortilla. I ordered a standard breakfast burrito; thinking that that would be utterly impossible to foul up, and a Steak A.M. Crunchwrap; thinking I hadn't had a stomach ache in at least a week so I was about due anyway. I opted not to get the coffee, because I have an abundance of terrible coffee at home, and frankly I have a Starbucks card. The burrito was unremarkable at best. The eggs tasted real at least not like the soggy prison eggs you get in a high school cafeteria or Ikea, but it was bland. Fair warning, when I actually looked in the burrito as I was eating it, the sausage reminded me in size, shape, and color of rabbit pellets. The first bite of the Steak A.M. Crunchwrap however, was another experience entirely, that thing was absolutely delicious. There was some type of tangy spicy sauce in there which blended perfectly with what was essentially a Denny's grandslam wedged tightly into a tortilla. Tempting fate, I once again dared to gaze into the depths of the now exposed Crunchwrap: the less that is said about that exposed alien brain the better. Lesson learned: don't look inside taco bell food, it's wrapped up for a reason.Despite its appearances, it was enjoyable down to the last bite. Final Grade? 7/10, I would actually rate the Crunchwrap higher than a Mcgriddle but lower than the Steak Bagel Sandwich at McD's, nicely filling that bizarre craving for spicy food in the morning I get sometimes. read more

I was so surprised when I walked into this Taco Bell... I was greeted, and with a smile! My experiences with Taco Bell is usually mediocre. It's a fast food joint so expect to be in and out. But this certain Taco Bell surprised me... the staff was actually really nice. ALL of the staff, including the girl who brought my food to the front for me. Not a fake nice, but a genuine niceness. The food still is regular TB food. The beef is whatever. It's good when you are in need of quick food. I'm still blown away at the friendliness of the staff. read more

Don't order DoorDash from here, I'm a driver and had 2 orders to pickup, i got there at 9:03am, I waited patiently for the orders but then saw they were only serving drive thru orders and not even one of my orders for pickup was completed, after like 20 mins. Then I saw people in lobby that came in after me getting their orders and still not one of my orders completed. I called customer support with DoorDash to try and cancel the pickup but it was going to penalize me more. I Dont know if they have something against DoorDashers but this is our job. We're providing a service for the restaurant so it affects the driver when they disregard us, I didn't end leaving with the orders until 9:40am, I wasted almost hour of my time for $6, I don't know if people think dashers get paid a lot of money to pickup but we don't, especially from fast food locations. Good customer service means you take care of each customer in order their order comes in, not pick and choose which orders you feel like making. read more

You have to stoop real low to write a review about Taco Bell. I Don't expect a whole lot from a fast food chain but to be able to read an order shouldn't be asking much. I do not eat meat, asked to sub beef to rice on my Gordita, I got home and it was loaded with meat and sauce and no other toppings; completely inedible. My boyfriend also ordered chalupas without tomatoes, everyone single one had tomatoes and about 3 pieces of chicken hardly any other toppings they were almost completely empty. Also ordered a spicy potato taco which was completely open and spilled out in the bag. Spent $20 on food that we couldn't eat. Will never go to this location ever again. Went to this Taco Bell on my way to work one day. You really can't go wrong with Taco Bell. For $2 and change you can get a meal. Ask about a Senior drink. It is free.
