I really like this Panda Express Location. Everyone is friendly and the service is quick. We like to order on line and then pick up to eat inside. The interior is so clean as the location is new and we love that. My son always gets the orange chicken kids meal with noodles and rice. It comes with a bottled water and a side of apple crisps. I like you get all that food and they still give you a fruit selection. This is definitely our favorite location read more

The inconsistencies drive me bonkers. When it's good it's good, when it's bad it's awful. You have to time coming to this location otherwise you risk having to wait for food to get cooked. Sometimes that doesn't bother me because I prefer my food hot and fresh versus something that's been sitting no non the warmer for a while. However, when you have to wait for food and the portions are slim that's when it really gets bad. You can't expect people to drop $10 or $8 dollars whatever the amount is and not feel satisfied with the portion that they're getting. I know it's not authentic Chinese food but I love Panda Express! This new location opened up near my job so I stopped by during lunch. Place looks nice and clean since it just opened up. I got the 2 Entree Plate. I had to order Beijing Beef, this is my favorite entree they have! It's so good! I also got the Mushroom Chicken which I like but for some reason the Chicken was breaded and in large chunks. It's usually sliced chicken. I did not enjoy it, they also gave me just one big chunk of a weird texture chicken. They were skimpy with the entree portions at this location, usually they give a lot more at other locations I've been to. The Chow Mein was good and how it always taste. I like Panda Express and am willing to try this location again. However if they continue to give tiny portions of the entrees I won't return. read more

After doing some Holiday shopping with my Mami, she finally decided what we would have for our late lunch. I treated her to the Chinese food she wanted but she did not realize Panda Express was slightly different to the other places she and my Pop normally order their food from. She delighted in the large portion of Chow Mein noodles with the chili crisp shrimp ($1.5 extra) and orange chicken. The noodles were tasty and will Mami wound up taking some of the chicken home, she went to town with the two sides as well. My meal was similar to hers but I chose the mushroom chicken instead which was tasty. The shrimp has a bit of a taste kick which is delicious but not overwhelming. Service was friendly and professional and I loved how clean and well maintained the inside of this small restaurant was. read more

Sharing my same review from google: Every time we give this location a try, it's absolutely AWFUL. Don't give this location the benefit of the doubt because it will never get better. Every time I order from here through the drive thru, I always end up coming home to open my food to ridiculously tiny portions. This last time, I brought the food back to show them just how unacceptable the food was, and was told it's the normal portions for a $10 plate. And apparently the manager AMY does not care what customers think, this is the portion she wants her employees to give out. Customers do not matter to her, so do not give this store your business. Always out of everything. Not niche items - I mean basic staples of the menu like fried rice and orange chicken. My last trip they didn't have chow mein OR fried rice. Who is running this place? If ya'll don't have any food, why not just close the place down? It's terrible to make folks take a trip here and wait in line to find out there's no food. The food at this panda is always consistent, but today I had a very unprofessional experience to the point that this location deserves a bad review. The last time I had went I had got an ask for a cup of water, the water did not taste filtered at all it tasted like tap water , so I had put some lemonade. The shift lead Amelia approached me and asked if I was going to pay for that , I honesty had no problem doing that , but when she ask me she was very snarky about it without letting me explain myself. So when I went today I decide to explain myself , and she continued to be very sarcastic, and said " well when you get a water cup you get tap water , if you want filtered water you can pay for it " , she then continued to say that I had done that multiple times. But that is not true I've only gone to the location 2 times prior and always got a kids cup that comes with the kids meal. That is when I got very upset and ask for the GM , he was very understanding of the entire situation , but while I was speaking to him she kept making snarky comments and even after I sat down continued to talk about me and smiling at me in taunting way. Regardless of the situation the way she continued to antagonize the situation was very unprofessional and not way a lead should be acting. read more
