First time ordering from China Master and it did not disappoint! The combination plates come with fried rice, an egg roll and choice of wonton or egg drop soup! I love wonton soup so I typically add it on when we get combination plates so I was happy to see it's included. I placed our order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. It's less than 10 minutes away from me and when I arrived, the food was ready and I was able to quickly checkout and head home to enjoy the grub. We went with the General Tsos Chicken and the Sweet and Sour Pork! I had only ever had sweet and sour chicken, but the fried pork was deliciousss. Not a huge sweet & sour gal, but the fried little nuggies were tasty. The General Tsos had a small little kick, but definitely nothing to be afraid of. The fried rice was good, needed a little more soy sauce but we only had 2 packets in our bag. Egg rolls were the bomb and the wonton soup broth was not too salty and the wontons were perfect. We were craving Chinese food so we decided to try this place while we were in the area . We looked up the reviews on Yelp & they all sounded good . We got to the restaurant & realized they were only take out but we decided to order food here anyways . We placed our order & he said it would be ready in 20 minutes . We just ate in our car at a local park since we were far from the place we were staying . This was some of the best Chinese food we have ever eaten . We got egg drop soup . It was delicious & hot it came with fried wontons . We got General Tso chicken which we had made with chicken breast , ham fried rice & house low mein noodles . The General Tso had just the right amount of spice the chicken was crispy & moist . The ham fried rice was really good . The low mein had pork, chicken, beef & shrimp the sauce had a smoky taste . Super friendly owners and staff. This was my first visit. Order was ready when I arrived, hot, fresh and tasty. So tasty in fact that I didn't take pictures. That and the kids were starving. We got the General Tso' Chicken (could really taste the ginger and the chicken was not tough like other places), chicken and eggplant (eggplant was delicious) and chicken lo-mien for the kids. TRY THIS PLACE! Seriously. I've been looking for a good Chinese takeout place in Orlando for years. My go-to place from years ago was where FullSail is now. And no one has even come close to their overall quality... until now. China Master is definitely the best. I've had so many dishes here at this point - Moo Goo Gai Pan, fried rice, orange chicken, pork fried rice, donuts, you name it, it's good! Definitely give it a try. What has happened to this amazing place... I have recommended this place to so many people. My last 2 experiences have changed my mind about eating here. My orange chicken was simply inedible x2.egg roll wax just okay. Nothing special that I couldn't get elsewhere. This establishment used to get high marks. Have the owners or cooks changed? They need to return to what they onve were if they want to keep the business going..I wont be returning Quality of food is down the drain. More like eating hospital food!!! This was pretty good Chinese takeout. I called not long before they were closing and they were nice enough to fit me in, and remind me of closing time. The food was ready very quickly and was still hot when I got home. The steamed dumplings were just ok; they're lacking some flavor, I think seasoning of the meat. They're usually my favorite appetizer but I didn't really enjoy them. The fried rice was good although plainer than most Chinese takeout. The chicken quality doesn't seem awesome. The egg roll was a bit burnt, although that's more likely right before close I think. Overall I thought the food was decent and the owners seemed lovely but if I'm being honest I probably will keep looking to find my go-to Chinese takeout near me. read more

Some of the worst "Chinese" food I've ever eaten. $12 for Cashew "Chicken." First impression is that there was a lot of diced carrots and peas. They probably got that for $1 a pound and the peas were undercooked. Then I ate some of the "Chicken" and I put that in quotes because I'm not sure if it was chicken. The texture was soggy and had a fish smell to it. fish smell??? I actually picked out all of the "Chicken" because it was too gross to eat and I say they put probably 3 ounces of "Chicken." All in all, I spent $12 on some diced carrots, undercooked peas, 99 cent canned water chestnuts, and steamed white rice. it also had too much Ginger. The Cashews were the best thing about the meal. I'd rather make my own Chinese food. This is another restaurant that needs to taste their own cooking. read more
