Bento is quick fix for a great meal ! I love their volcano rolls and bento box and come to this location often as it's close to my office and my favorite shopping center. I stopped in on a Saturday late afternoon and was the only one in line so that was Great. I ordered pork egg rolls, volcano roll and a bento box with shrimp to go before my nail appt for me and mini. I have just discovered the family meal deal! It is not on the menu but it is on the app. You can order it without the app if you need to if you know about it! Four entrees, four sides for $44. All the entrees start at about $11 so you are already saving a few bucks before you even add up the additional sides. We ate in and love the vibes inside. The staff will bring your food to your table as you chillax. Our favorites are the teriaki chicken, orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken. But the mongolian BBQ is also amazing. Always a great choice for a quick bite. Ordering was easy, I used the kiosk but staff was nearby if I had any questions. This was my first time trying Bento at their Winter Park location. The staff was very sweet and the service was fairly quick. You have the option of ordering with a staff member or ordering on the touchscreen. I ordered on the touch screen and then asked for a water cup from the staff member. The photo ended up being blurry, but I essentially ordered a build your own poke bowl with two proteins. I got the soy marinated tuna and the salmon and I topped it with mango, scallions, cucumber, carrot, masago, and sesame seeds. I paired it with the sweet Thai chili and the yum yum sauce. I also got a miso soup on the side and it was very delicious. I took a bite of the green beans and they were very garlicky and flavorful, but a little too oily for my liking. Stopped in for lunch and was surprised to learn they didn't have a lunch menu. The cashier said they have happy hour specials from 2-5. I opted for the steak and chicken hibachi bowl. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The dish was good and flavorful. Portion size was ample although the steak straps were kind of small. It would have been enough to take home but I chose to eat all the protein and veggies and leave the remaining lo mein. Service was good. I saw the same employee who took my order bussing tables and taking food to tables. She was doing it all! For those who don't like human interaction, there are two "skip the line" kiosks for ordering. The dining room was clean with a decent amount of seating. Outside seating is also available. read more

I finally tried this fast casual restaurant after 5 years of working out at the LA Fitness next door and not trying it. I was pleasantly surprised by amount of choices and the cleanliness of this restaurant. I greatly enjoyed the flavor and texture of the tofu in the sesame noodle bowl I ordered. I was able to add on a soup for only $1, and the overall prices are reasonable. I felt like the cooks were working hard and served the dishes hot as soon as they were ready. My main complaint is the computer ordering. Since it was my first time, I had lots of trouble figuring out how to order the items using the computer. The girl at the counter saw that I was having trouble, but wasn't very helpful. I was very frustrated with the ordering part of the experience, but enjoyed the food and plan to go again. read more

It has been at five years since I've stopped into Bento. The area tends to be crammed with cars visiting the variety of stores and the gym in this area so parking can be hideous. I happened to be in the area because I also wanted to walk through the nearby Homegoods, if I could find parking. Walked in and there were only four people eating, I was going to use the kiosk but the gal behind the counter took my order, I went with the hot lava ($16.5), the mex ($9), and got it made into a combo for $4, which includes the pork egg roll and a cup for soda. The two shrimp tempuraed rolls were decent and not bursting in flavors. The topping for the hot lava had enough to spread a bit over the mex, so that added a small bit of taste but aside from that it was rather bland. The pork egg roll, which I left for last, was crisp and finished off my meal well with the flavors of the meat and the veggies inside finally filling my palette with some taste. Tuesday night dinner w the ladies- last minute decision to come here as our first choice was closed on Tuesdays. The parking lot was full. I had to go around a few areas. The restaurant has a few seated customers and quite a few pick up orders. The menu has changed. I was looking forward to yellow curry and a zombie roll. Those don't exist anymore. I had seen them on fellow yelper pics/reviews. This place is cashless fyi. I chose the sushi bento box which is your choice of two 4-piece rolls from the classic menu and 8 California pieces w a salad for $16. I went with four pieces of rainbow roll and four pieces of Florida roll. I was shocked to find out they only have the green soy sauce. Where's the red one???? The green one doesn't taste good. So I opted for no soy sauce. What a joke for an Asian place. Weekdays there is a happy hour (see my pic) sp I had a beer. I asked to keep my free beer in the cooler til I was ready for it. The cashier changed while we were eating but when I grabbed it and said it was my bogo beer; hr just nodded and opened it for me. I was glad I didn't have to get my receipt etc. The sushi was ok. Small pieces of fish. I was still hungry after but whatever. We went to the bakery next door afterward. The ladies had bento boxes and did not finish them. That's probably the best deal at the place but they said the rice was plain and the noodles didn't have a lot of flavor. Service was friendly, but I won't be back. No red soy sauce is a deal breaker. I've been coming to Bento for a long time in multiple cities and have typically had a positive experience. The aesthetic and area of this Bento in particular is good with many things around it. I usually get the pow pow bowl and it is always consistent! The green beans that accompany are always a nice refreshing bite and the cream and spice of the bowl is always good. Came back to Bento for lunch and had a nice experience! I got the TNT roll and also tried the new hot and crispy bao bun. Both were awesome. The sushi was fresh and flavorful. The bao was a great size for the price. The chicken was perfectly fried and the sauce had great flavor. We also shared an order of the crab wontons, which are always good. To drink, I got a Thai tea with brown sugar boba. The tea was sweet and refreshing and the boba were well cooked. Service was good and the restaurant was clean and nice. read more

The food is good. It is served in a reasonable time. I usually order a Bento Box because I like the variety. The grilled chicken is wonderful whether you order General Tso's or Teriyaki. The rice & noodles are fine. Bentos is good for a quick meal. Of course, prices have increased & it is not a cheap meal when you add a drink. My main complaint is the napkins. The napkins are too small to be effective. Most of the entrees have sauce. I bought 100 disposal bids from Amazon for $20. I take in a bib because their napkins are below inferior. read more

I come to this Bento often, and am almost always left satisfied. The food is consistent and quality, and yummy for a chain restaurant. The poke bowls are great and easily customizable, and my absolute favorite thing is the Krab wontons. We also got the taro cookie slush which was delicious, along with a taro milk tea with boba.
