Definitely not as good as it used to be, but it was exactly what the body and soul needed when wanting Chinese takeout. Cons: The food was late getting made, which was hard to believe, because the inside of that restaurant was empty. And the food is good, but definitely overpriced. this is in reference to the experience I had on July 9, 2026 during happy hour: To be honest, my girls and I had a great time at P.F. Chang's - Nor is a GREAT bartender and there every Thursday happy hour from my understanding. My main issue is with the Asian lady manager that was rude af to me and my friends. My friend was in the bathroom sick, and she made us seem like such an inconvenience. Yes, we were in the bathroom for 30+ minutes but literally only two guest entered the bathroom in that time and my friend was only in one stall. We even thanked her on our way out and she straight up ignored us and made it seem like we were poisonous or the worst inconveniences ever. Last night, I had the pleasure to dine at P.F. Chang's. I haven't been since I was little, but my fiancé had the craving for the advertise sushi boat on social media. I planned a reservation for 8 PM on a Wednesday evening. It was pretty quiet, which was very nice and we got seated right away. The host was very accommodating when I asked if we could have a booth and she was happy to change our seating arrangements. Once we sat, we immediately got our server and ordered our drinks. They have a collective cocktail collection going on where the lychee martini was $8.99 which is my absolute favorite martini so of course I got that. The drink was very refreshing and I'll probably go just for this another time. They have a special going on for the sushi boat where you can get for sushi rolls and edamame for the price of $49. We love to eat sushi so after we realize the two sushi were basic rolls. It wasn't really worth it for us. We kindly ask the server if we could just have the two specialty rolls and edamame still on a boat and she was very accommodating and actually did it for us. It took a little while before We actually got our main entrée. About an hour to be exact. Thankfully, we weren't in a rush. The ambience was very intimate. Which aside from the drink was the best part. For being Sushi people. I honestly didn't think the sushi was all that great for it being the specialties on the menu. I really wish I wasn't the case, but this is probably something I wouldn't highly recommend on the menu. But I'm happy to go and try again something else. Also the pad Thai noodles weren't the best I've had but it was ok. I tried one of the new items the spicy tuna crispy rice and the gluten free Singapore noodles. The total price for my food was $36.00 and it didn't take too long to prepare my order. Walking into P.F. Chang's for Easter dinner I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't as packed as other holidays. The lighting was a little too dark for my liking but we managed. For our seating area they only had one server and he did great. For appetizers we ordered a Margarita, Pork Egg Rolls and Lettuce Wraps. Everything came out in a timely manner and tasted great. For dinner we ordered Shrimp Lo Mein, Fried Rice, Mongolian Beef, and Chicken & Broccoli. It was six of us at our table and there was plenty of food to feed everyone. We came to celebrate my wife's birthday and also to try their spring menu. Abby was our server. It was not busy. The manager was checking something on the POS right next to us. This was the perfect place to eat after helping my mom move. I had not been here in a while so it was nice to not only come back but also introduce others to it. The Mongolian beef and the chicken lettuce wraps are some of my favorite things on the menu. I like that they have lunch portions for most of the plates. The restaurant has a decent sized outdoor seating area and that is where we sat. The service was great and the food was really tasty. What a lovely experience! I haven't been here in years, but their chocolate cake popped in my head one day, and I've been wanting it ever since. We started off with lettuce wraps, cucumbers, green beans, and my mom got the ahi tuna roll. Everything was so fresh, and so delicious! It's hard to find a place we all agree on, but we all agreed everything was *top tier*. I ordered the Mongolian tofu, it was so crispy and delicious. I decided to treat my parents to an early Father's day meal and we made our way to PF Changs at 5pm this Saturday. Being the stubborn person I am, I left them at the front, telling them to get us a table while I made a few runs around the parking looking for a spot. Yes, there was complimentary valet but I prefer to not let someone else drive my car so I did find a spot. My parents were seated in a large padded C-shaped section which was quite comfortable. They ordered a tea and root bear soda before I walked in. We were all starved so they got two plates, an orange chicken with white rice and a shrimp lo mein which they shared and still had a good portion to take home and I had the shrimp pad thai. I normally do not like orange chicken but I stole two little pieces from them and to tell you that it changed my opinion is no joke. Would I eat an entire plate of it? I'm not sure but it is tasty. The citrus does not come across fake. My pad thai was savory with lots of green onions, bean sprouts and the noodles and meat tasting spectacular. I used to love P.F. Chang's but something changed with their recipe. I opted for Egg Drop Soup and didn't sit well with me. There was a grayish substance at the bottom of my soup. When I told my server, she checked with the chef and said couldve been a bad egg. I began to lose my appetite until the sesame chicken came in seeing if that would turn things around but unfortunately no. The entire dish contained more vegetables than chicken and is overly doused with sesame sauce anf also tasted watered down. It has been many years since visiting a P.F. Chang's location. It was good to be back again for the food. Chang's Lettuce Wraps are worth coming here alone. The Oolong Chilean Sea Bass from a "special" menu was a nice detour, and I really enjoyed the Pad Thai that was at the table, too. The place looks and feels like a chain, and that's not necessarily bad. The valet parking is great for the location since the open parking lot can be challenging. So why the two stars? Service: Our waiter was doing a decent job, but why there are three different people servicing three tables on a small patio I don't know. When calling and asking if one could bring a small dog out on the patio, and having checked with a manager, the answer was, "It should be fine." Apparently § 38-1402. Dog-friendly restaurants doesn't apply here. (Which really means they need to go through a permitting process) At least that SEEMS to be the case, since onsite management only said they would be fined. Well, someone should figure this out and let everyone employed there know exactly what is going on. No matter where you go for Chang's most can't get past three stars when it should be easy for them to do so. Training? Systemic corporate issues? After our experience last night: not anymore. Service was still good, Josh did a fine job for us. But aside from that, terrible experience. Food was very slow, especially considering there were 16 total people dining in the restaurant. Quality has dropped to subpar, serving size has definitely diminished, and prices have gone through the roof. The music was way too loud where my wife and I couldn't even hear each other in conversation, and as my wife noticed, the back of every single chair and booth in the restaurant was covered in what I can only imagine is thousands of layers of fingerprints and grease without a clean place to put your hands in site. Gone are the days where you can get quality food for a reasonable price in a nice atmosphere and clean environment. I went to P.F. Chang's for the very first time Saturday night and didn't know what to expect as far as what my experience may be. Immediately, the restaurant was buzzing with guests, (this made me thankful we'd made a reservation). We were helped within 5 minutes of our arrival and our server, Sampson, got us started with drinks. Not pictured are the martinis we ordered that came out timely and tastily! We ordered the Flaming Red Wontons and Calamari to start and I genuinely was surprised with how much I enjoyed the calamari. The mustard-like sauce pairing was a very delicious combination and the wontons were yummy and classic. I then ordered the firecracker shrimp with white rice which was also delicious! It was a hefty serving so I had plenty to take home as well. Sampson assisted us with getting our table signed up for the rewards program and he was happy to help us with any questions we had about the menu. It's Valentines weekend and you can say that all winter park was packed! Not a last minute reservation to be found. Even the take out time frame is 2 hours. We orders the dinner for two. Two salads, Mongolian Beef, Changs Spicy Chicken and the chicken lettuce wraps. Everything was amazing! Very fresh and exactly what this pregnant lady needed. My husband has been recently with his mom and wanted to enjoy it with me. We ordered the Hot & Sour soup, Mongolian Beef and Chicken Lettuce Wraps. I also had a fantastic Peach Boba Lemonade (not sure if this is the actual name) this was the best part of my meal. Explained the drink and food menu and gave me helpful recommendations. The food was 10/10. The soup was so yummy since it was 58 degrees outside(we had just came from the theme parks at Universal Orlando) so it was perfect little appetizer to enjoy. Server agreed but entree still came out with vegetables that were asked to be removed. They also thought their meal was greasy tasting. I got the spicy chicken lunch option. I think the flavor was pretty good but I was bummed to see it was just chicken and rice. I was hoping for broccoli or green beans but I guess I didn't read the menu well. My son got chicken teriyaki. Let me start by saying PF Chang's is normally one of my top chain choices for date night. I love the atmosphere and the food. Today, however, I was pretty disappointed in my local spot. I ran to the bathroom when we first got there to wash my hands and I instantly thought I was in a gas station bathroom. It was filthy, the floors were wet, and it smelled awful. I don't even think a normal cleaning would be enough to bring that place back. Then we sat down in a booth and were looking out at all the tables and chairs and I was shocked to see how filthy they were. The restaurant was pretty empty for 7pm on a Monday but they still had the music blaring so everyone was yelling at their table to be heard. It then took 15-20 minutes to get are side salads before dinner. Did I mention there was hardly anyone there? The food came shortly after and it was delicious as always. I had never been to PF Chang's before, so we were excited to give it a try. Our goal was to enjoy happy hour, but we didn't realize it was only available at the bar (that's on us). I had made a reservation for a regular table inside for our group. After being seated by the staff, about 10 minutes in, one of the hostesses came over and told us, "You can't sit here," in a very accusatory and awkward manner. It was uncomfortable, and honestly, there's a better way to address that situation. We were moved to another table, but there was no apology for the mix-up. We didn't mind moving, it was just the way it was presented that was off-putting. The food itself was just okay. The Lo Mein had a bone in it, and many of the dishes, even those that should've been savory, tasted overwhelmingly sweet. My husband and I came here for dinner recently and had Sophia as our server. She was very sweet and great at balancing her tables and making sure the food runners placed everything properly. We opted for the special they had going- $20.99 per person for a party of 2 or more. It was a great deal- an appetizer for the table, soup or salad and an entree. The hot and sour soup was yummy but it was pretty sour and my husband wasn't a fan, but he liked the egg drop soup which I thought was way too eggy. The smell alone overwhelmed me. The chicken lettuce wraps were delicious, maybe a slight burnt taste but still yummy. We got the teriyaki chicken and beef lo mein for entrees and they were both very good! I consistently get the Changs Spicy Chicken with rice, but the lettuce wraps are also phenomenal. You really can't go wrong here. The ambiance can go either way - many people dress up a bit more than your daily street wear, more like what you would wear to a date night dinner. 5$3 service is always friendly and I've never had to wait too long for anything when I've came. All my life I was told to avoid P.F. Chang's and I didn't listen and gave in and boy was I disappointed. The orange chicken is a staple dish as in I get it at every Asian American restaurant to test the food quality and I'm confident to say how terrible this orange chicken was. Aesthetically it is nice to look at, but the batter that coats the 9-10 pieces of chicken (wild for $18) was mushy and not crunchy at all. A good orange chicken IMO should have a nice crunchy outside layer followed by a tender chicken meat. The flavor was not too bad but there was zero "wok-hei". The fried rice was actually not that bad. The lack of short rib meat was one thing but this dish was supposed to be spicy and it wasn't at all. We had to ask for chili oil on the side to even bring the heat up from a very low mild to a low-medium. The service is amazing and our hostess and waitress did a great job attending to us and our requests. They are super polite and professional. The ambiance is dim, moody, and overall pleasant and adds an "upscale" vibe to the restaurant despite the very mediocre food. *BONUS: the alcoholic beverage was really tasty, definitely give it a try read more

Went with my daughter yesterday. I was craving a Mongolian beef for a nice warm meal. For some weird reason, everything tasted really dirty. The soup was really gross. The salad dressing was just subpar. My daughter loves spring rolls and we couldn't even finish it. We had to send it back in the Mongolian beef was so chewy that I couldn't swallow it and when I did, I almost choked. My daughter got the fried rice and I don't know how you could screw up fried rice but for some weird reason, I had a weird flavor. The only thing that we really liked was the lettuce wraps and I think the cheesecake factory does it better. The server was really nice and she refunded our spring rolls.
