I used the mobile code "magicwin" on Saturday to get 50% off regular priced items. I ordered a large supreme pizza with the garlic butter on the side. The app was easy to navigate. My food arrived quickly, and the delivery driver was THE NICEST. I live in a complex where no delivery person can ever find me, and this pizza delivery driver brought the pizza right to me with no issues. My pizza was hot, and my order was correct. Well tonight we bought custom pizza it was just ok. Haven't ordered from them in probably a year. Also bought the Oreo stuffed dessert. Don't bother even on special it wasn't worth $4.99. That was a fricking joke - knots burnt on bottom and barely any Oreo stuffing inside. Used to be our go-to neighborhood spot for pizza delivery. Over the last 3 months their arrival times have gotten to be double and then triple what they tell you. The last time, pizza wasn't even cut , was very cold as were the breadsticks. Notified Papa John's corporate and received a code for a free order, so you would think they would want to be on top of their game but no, upon using the code the order is now over an hour past the original provided arrival time. And when you call the store its just an automated message, no way to talk to an employee. Probably because they know they will get chewed out if they answer. read more

What a terrible excuse for a pizza place. Been ordering from this location for years as they are the default delivery spot for the last 2 places we have lived. 90% of the time the order is completely wrong. Call the location to have it fixed and the manager (changes monthly) claims to give us a credit for next time, yet it's just wrong next time as well. This time, the driver messed up the order, and the manager decides to send the same driver to us. He gives us an attitude, claims that we are wrong, asks for the old pizza back"it's a policy" (verified with manager that it is NOT) and then laughs as we are frustrated with the situation. This Papa J's is clean and has never messed up my order. It's decently priced as long as you have an account with them because they will send you discount codes once or twice weekly. When I order online and arrive for pickup (usually 15 min), the food is always ready. The waiting room is very small though, so I definitely recommend not ordering there and waiting cuz there is only one bench. read more

Little did we know, the one thing we asked of them would not be followed. You see, people within our household were trying to get a good nights rest. We had previously asked, "Would you be so kind as to not ring the doorbell due to sleeping persons?" and received a response of "of course, no problem at all. What a joke! My fiance and I order pizza from time to time and prefer Papa Johns pizza to its competitors. Thanks to this location, we will never give them our business again. We ordered one large pizza with an extra garlic butter sauce. Over an hour later we got a knock on the door from a young pizza delivery lady who did not have our extra sauce. Instead of asking us if we'd like her to return again with the sauce we had already payed for, she offered us a $5 credit toward our next order. It was late in her shift, so I accepted the offer. Tonight, we ordered another pizza and extra garlic butter sauce and reminded them of our $5 credit. The very pleasant young Raymond responded by offering us a free extra garlic butter sauce, but spoke to his boss, Christine, and she said that they do not give credits in a dollar amount. Annoyed that I had been lied to before, I accepted the free sauce instead. Once the pizza arrived we found that, YET AGAIN, we did not receive our sauce. Immediately, we called back to speak to the manager, Christine, who remembered us from our first call and promptly blamed her employee for the mistake. She assured us they would bring one by. ......35 minutes later, we called back, YET AGAIN, to speak to Christine about our now very cold pizza and still no sauce. She apologized and took responsability for the situation by offering us a Credit for next time....thought they didn't do credits? YET AGAIN, we accepted but wanted the sauce we were promised. Ding Dong..... they're back.... With a BOX of garlic butter sauces! How ridiculous!!! And I DO NOT appreciate the sarcastic attitude.
