So I had to take advantage with my friend and ordered a build your own pizza. Since you can build your own, I did chicken, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, garlic with toppings and presto sauce. The veggies and meats looked very fresh and it's amazing that you can see the people prepare the pizza. I also ordered a chocolate cookie (about 2.50). After paying, we sat in a table. The pizzas were delivered to us after a couple minutes. It came gorgeous and piping hot. The pizza was so delicious with the fresh veggies and tender chicken. The sauce was just right by adding the right amount of flavor. It was filling too as I was feeling filled with two pieces left. But I managed to eat the whole thing because I loved it so much. I took a bite of the cookie today, and it reminds me of the DoubleTree hotel cookies. It's that good! The service matched the quality of the food. Even though you order at the counter, they still deliver your food quickly, and even bus the table for you. If you order a drink, you still have to go to the drink counter and fill your drink there. The dining area is pretty ample and we had no problems finding a table. It's very casual and mostly college students or locals enjoying the place. It's located off campus, and parking can sometimes be full at the plaza. But it is free and you can park at the garage as well. Blaze is still my favorite chain for pizzas. The dough is great, veggies and meats are fresh, toppings look great, and the service is wonderful. Even for 12 dollars for an 11 inch personal size pizza, it's a great deal. And being able to watch your pizza being made is amazing. It's like the Subway of pizzas, but much better than eating at Subways. Overall: A+

For example a regular sandwich usually runs from 6-7 dollars. Hey, when you can save a dollar... you save a dollar. The waiting time is fast and they have a TV screen near the dining area displaying what and how long you are expected to wait. It's actually been pretty on point. The pizza's are okay like normal chain pizza. The Philly Steak sandwich was piping hot when it came out. Unfortunately, the bottom of the sandwich was soggy. If the top and bottom was toasty it would have been a lot better. The actually cheese and steak inside was melty and not bad. The chicken pineapple with jalapeño was meeeh. The taste of the chicken didn't really go well pineapple and jalapeño. Alright place for lunch for 5 bucks. They get you in and out pretty quickly during lunch time.

The pizza is good! I'm not the biggest deep dish fan, so I don't really have much to compare it to, but I will definitely eat a couple slices of Rosati's deep dish. Although I have requested that we get some of the thin crust too, and that is delicious as well! It is a thinner crust, but it's not a crunchy thin crust This week, we also tried the little dough bites, the texture was interesting, but I really liked them! The staff here feels like they know you, they are cool personal and always attentive. They make sure you get what you need fast and good and check regularly to see how they can make it better. The place itself is as New York Italian as you can get. Two big TVs play random stuff (today was old episodes of the price is right, great show BTW) with subtitles while breakdancing music plays in the background. You can hear the bustle of the kitchen and the occasional laughter or screaming match. The Pizza Perfectly cooked! The Vodka sauce is the best I ever had. Creamy and flavorful with the cheese it just drips!!! addictive! Their red sauce is fantastic just the right amount of acidity from the tomato not too salty or sweet . The Brooklyn pizza is a whole thing. The dough is crunchy and fluffy and messy and the peperoni crunchy and salty. Like I said you must try the spaghetti with marinara sauce even if just as a side its beauty in simplicity form and I had their Chicken parmigiana with the spaghetti and it was perfection.
