Pizza @ Lake Eola has friendly staff located in the heart of downtown Lake Eola. The pizza was fantastic and I can't say enough about the Salchi fries. Get them with all the toppings! The fries are made fresh to order. This place has laid back vibes and is the perfect pit stop for a daytime lunch or the last stop after a late night boozy bar crawl. read more

I arrived at this pizza shop soon after they opened. There are a few tables inside to eat in, but you can also get your order to go. I was greeted promptly and lead to the start of the pizza line. You start with your crust of choice, add sauce and toppings before the pizza is popped into the revolving oven. My order was out quickly and topped with a drizzle of olive oil. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this pizza tasted! I think that is a testament to the quality of the ingredients. There are a lot of options for pizza in this area, but this one has quickly become my favorite. read more

fresh!! love they have staple pizzas but you can still add on to make it your own. great late night doesn't make you feel extra full. nice servers can make recommendations if you want, they don't rush you. some seats inside if you want to sit inside but you can take it to go. Not really a sit inside type of place but it's clean and quiet. read more

A very quaint small pizza shop, seems to be mostly a to-go service but has some indoor seats and is very clean. The food was amazing! It's hard to get pizza wrong but it's also hard to make pizza this good too. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this place was worth it. Apparently, it's better pizza than pizza in Rome (per my family)! We got their meaty pizza per their recommendation but there's build-your-own pizza too. The staff is also very kind and were sweet enough to give us a sample of their mini donuts too. read more

We refer to Pizza@Lake Eola as the generic gourmet pizza place. Wait... let me explain. The pizza here is decent and definitely gourmet, but the few times I have had it, it has not been hot and was just slightly under cooked. I like my pizza with a crispy crust and the pie here at best if moist... yes a know, what a horrible way to describe pizza. Still though, the pizza is tasty and definitely not as traditional as the pizza spot which is right across the street. I frequent both for different reasons. I found a hack for their pizza, which is to put it in a preheated oven at 300 for 5 minutes, but in hindsight, the next time I order it I should just ask for a crispy crust. Hopefully they won't burn it. read more

I know some folks compare this place to chipotle or other make it your way pizza places, but the part that sets this place a part is that the pizzas are actually GOOD! Service was fast, and at the last minute I ordered a salad. Expecting it to be premade, I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier began preparing it, and I received it at the same time I got my pizza. The pizzas are personal size, and I ended up inhaling my salad, and eating half of my pizza before grabbing a Togo box and taking the rest home. I'm glad that I found this place, which is steps from a brunch spot I frequent, and I will definitely be back. read more

Pizza was good I had a personal ( plain) taste great Had a large bacon pine apple pie Im upset i did not see the specialty pie menu since its not on the wall with the other menu. Its on a different wall. One i skipped because i went thru the front area lol. Oo well I will be going back to try them. But for what i had. It was good. Priced fair Great customer service. Clean restaurant Give it a try read more

This pizza joint would definitely be down on my list as one of my last resorts to eat pizza. It's just not good at all from the sauce to the ingredients that they use just seems very cheap Walmart-ish quality. The people behind the counter were very friendly and eager to explain how the pizzas are made. There's nothing to the ambience it's just very basic. To people who don't know anything about pizza they may like it but it was just meh in my opinion. read more

I came in because it was right next to the doctors office. I just went to. I came in expecting what I expected to get at a lot of places, two slices cheese and a drink the lunch special. this one was different. I didn't get the drink, though I got a couple of water. read more

Got a pizza here for lunch. The order was correct and the pizza tasted OK but it was small like a personal size and it cost almost $12. Then I noticed they tacked on a $1.50 "convenience fee" to the bill. They told me it was because I ordered on line and the fee was for the company who processed the order (Menufy). What a rip! Before my online order I tried calling several times but they don't answer their phone. And, no, they were not busy. Customer service NOT! read more

This is my FAVORITE Place to get pizza from downtown. I love the fact that they make it to order and it specifically what I want. All the ingredients are fresh, and always delicious. They have options for every pallet whether you are vegan or vegetarian, there are plenty of options for you. My boyfriend doesn't eat beef or pork however, they offer chicken which is great and he loves their pizza! My favorite is the carnivore and I always add mozzarella balls and basil and mushrooms to it and it's so good! I highly recommend this restaurant anyone in the downtown area. read more

They changed the owners. Different name too. The pizza has a different taste now. Was better before. There was flys around the store. There was a lady. Wearing a black shirt not sure if she's the manager. She had an accent. She was rude. The drink a customer got didn't taste good it was flat. and when asked if she could change it the lady was so rude about it. She didn't want to give it to her. I don't see why not. If a customer tries something and it's not good they should be able to change it. read more

Fantastic options, phenomenal service, and Cool vibe. The pre chosen options are great, the build your own options are outrageous. I took a star off tho, not because it's not fantastic, but bc they crank them out so fast the dough is barely cooked, it's almost shitty Chicago style dough which is all but gross lolol but, you can, and I will next time, ask them to run it thru twice. I'll update and add that fifth star next time if it works as well as the homie says it does. Anyway, if you're drinking downtown, this is THEE FUCKING PLACE to come quell that hunger. read more

I came here with a couple of friends a month ago. This was my first time here. I've passed them by a few times and didn't give it much though. I got the "High Society". It wasn't bad, but there wasn't anything amazing about it. It was a decent flatbread, but I wouldn't seek it out. I don't have much to say about it. The service was ok. We wanted a while for the one worker to come from the back. The music was loud and she couldn't hear us come in. It's decent for cheap pizza before walking around the lake, but it's nothing special. If you're in the area, it's decent, but it's not worth planning a trip for. read more

For a quick bite, it's great. Flatbread pizza with fresh toppings. Haven't had a bad one yet! Quick and easy and very close to the lake.

We really like this place when we're craving "not the average pizza". We usually order and then pick up so there is little or no wait. You can choose one of their signature pizzas off the menu or you can create your own. Your choice of crusts, sauce, of which one is hummus, protein, which includes beans if you're not a meat eater and lots of veggies to choose from, the finishing touch, choice of tomatoes, peppers, arugula, feta cheese and my favorite, truffle oil spritzed on the top. If you're in the mood for salad, you can also create your own. Of course, it's a stone's throw from Lake Eola, so great location. read more

The pizza was very good! You can pick up to 6 toppings for $7.92. The pizza only takes a few minutes to cook. The wings were gross. The wings were fatty and soggy. I'll never order the wings again. The chicken Caesar salad was good! I bought a coupon on Restaurants.com. Save $15 if you spend $30. I bought 2 pizzas, one order of buffalo wings and one Caesar salad for $16. Great deal! Well I couldn't eat the wings so I'm glad I used a coupon. read more

Probably can't even constitute as pizza, it gets cooked for 2 minutes and is floppy and soggy and the crust has zero taste. Better off buying a frozen pizza from Publix and cooking it yourself. Not worth 11 dollars read more

Not only did they get my pick up order wrong, but they also don't have their employees wearing masks. Disgusting. When I asked where the servers mask was he said he didn't have to wear one because he was behind the counter which is maybe 2 ft in length! Yet they have a sign on the door that says face masks required?! Make it make sense! Disgraceful & tasteless. Save yourself and get pizza elsewhere. read more

I gotta say I was disappointed. There were only 2 girls working on a Sunday night with about 10 people in line at a time. Not 100% their fault but one of the girls was moving very slowly and was not being efficient about her work. It took us 50 minutes to get our food and when we did, the crust was a bit soft, like you were eating more of a pita bread. When I asked for onions, they put wayyy too many on the pizza, and the mushrooms were chopped so tiny you coildnt even taste them. Not terrible food but there are many other pizza joints around for you to choose from. read more

I had high hopes for this place as I have driven in front of it several times before. Tonight I decided to shell out a few bucks for parking garage nearby and check it out. The place was nicely cleaned and staffed. They quickly took my order and to my horror those fresh carefully assembled ingredients were all bussed into a counter-top conveyor belt oven. This was my first turn-off point. What looked like a handmade dough turned out to be coming out of a hand press in the back. The whole pie ended up like a Pizza Studio type of pizza only smaller and drier. This was my second turn-off. The amazing staff was very fast and very pleasant however they seemed not ready to honor any of my he advertised offers. First they said that the happy hour ended while I was in the line to place my order. Then the Monday special does not apply to me because I had three fillings instead of two. The result was paying $9.60 for only the pizza instead of $7.99 for pizza and drink. This was the third and final knockout blow. A disappointing experience to a newer pizza joint. Next time I am going across the street. I hear they have a brick oven. Maybe v read more

If the food wasn't so good, and the people always so friendly here, I'd give this 2 stars. Ordering by phone or online is ALWAYS a frustrating experience at this place. Either no one answers, and if they do, while friendly, they're poor order takers (broken English... and even when I speak Spanish, they still don't pay attention and have to go over the order multiple times. Online is equally frustrating, because when you go to open the Signature Pizza's, and then click-on the actual pizza you want (ie Carnivore or Instant Karma), or when you want a Chef's Salad, it doesn't tell you which protein comes on it (Ham? Turkey? Chicken?). read more

I LOVE this place! I was so sad when the location at The Artegon closed but it made my day coming across this location downtown last Saturday night! The location is a little small but there are still a few spots, inside and outside, to sit and enjoy friends and good food. The food is fresh and tasty and you can get the pizza EXACTLY how you want it. There are also some unique options I don't see offered at other places like truffle oil for drizzle or arugula toppings. The employees are friendly and always helpful for any changes you want made to a specific pre-set pizza. I love this place and want to see it do well, would love to see a location open in Altamonte Springs or Maitland! read more

This is a Subway/Chipotle take on personal pizzas. You get six toppings in addition to sauce and cheese and it's fantastic! The crust is crispy yet chewy a bit with a little fluff but not too much. I usually get the white sauce, shredded add bacon, olives, onions, tomatoes, artichokes and ranch! They zip it through the oven right in front of you which takes like 3 minutes it's amazing! Then I add chopped garlic, gorgonzola and spinache... It's a wild combination but I love it and it's impossible to order something like this at any other pizza shop. In summary, it's quick, fresh, and made exactly how you ask for it! Highly recommended and my go-to spot a short walk from the condo! read more

I went to this establishment hoping to get a pizza as a had many times before. I put in my rewards number as I had finally saved enough for a free pizza. So if your looking for your favorite pizza place ever and want it to be exceptional and mind-blowing, this is not it. I think a lot of the reviews here are not taking the fast casual atmosphere for what it is- fast, cheap, yummy! You don't go to Subway and think this is about to be an amazing hand crafted and expertly prepared sandwich do you? That should also not be the expectation for build your own pizza that is ready in minutes for $8. I personally was really happy with my pizza and their array of topping options. Having been to multiple build your own pizza restaurants like Mod Pizza (not a fan) and Blaze (am a fan) this is definitely one of the better ones. I chose multiple meats, extra cheeses, vegetables, arugala, and a Blue Moon to finish and the total was $13. My boyfriend had a build your own Stromboli and really enjoyed his as well. Would absolutely recommend for a quick bite if you are in walking distance or live in the area! read more

We found this place while walking around. The 2 gentlemen working there were very friendly! We were greeted immediately when we walked in. The man behind the counter was very nice. He explained how ordering worked. We got the "Monday night $5 pizza" special. The special was a 2 topping pizza for $5. Pizzas are kind of long, cut into 8 pieces. Easy to split with 2 ppl or 1 (if you have a huge appetite). We got 2 bacon/pepperoni, 1 double pepperoni, and 1 sausage/ham. They have other choices but I played it safe. They also offer other toppings for free. Things like basil, banana peppers, tomatoes, etc. Pizza was very good. We're only here for a week but we may come back before we leave. read more

7/15/16: Both my co-worker and I were contacted about this incident and one of the owners offered to my coworker to replace all of our meals for free. It's Friday so we figured a pizza party would be an appropriate way to end the week. Pizza@ delivered! Johnny, one of the founders and co-owners, personally delivered all 10 of our pizzas. He apologized, described their new ordering app, and asked us for a second shot. And guess what? No complaints! The orders were correct and we even got special dipping sauces. I got the seafood pizza and it came with a chili oil that was perfect! I definitely wish these guys the best and appreciate the effort they made to work with us. Tasty pizza. Terrible service. We had an office lunch and ordered online after being rudely told over the phone they don't take call in orders. We placed our order around 11:45 am today. We had to have it delivered since it was included in the third-party ordering platform. After clarifying over the phone whether the pizza was actually going to be delivered or not, we waited an hour and half for our food to come (we are half a block away!). When we started divvying up the food, we realized we were missing 2 pizzas. Of the pizzas we had two were made incorrectly. One pizza had "no jalapeños" written on the box but was covered in jalapeños (epic food fail). Another was missing 2 toppings: banana peppers and pineapple. When we called to find out what happened to the missing pizzas, we were told we had to come pick them up because they did not have anyone to deliver them (not happening). When we called again to talk to a manager, they said they didn't know the manager's name (what?). And then they told us someone new clocked on so they could deliver the pizzas. That poor soul. I understand getting in the weeds. I understand being understaffed. I've been there when I worked in the food business. I don't understand being rude to customers and asking them to make up for the business's mistakes. Pizza@ is going have to do some serious work to be able to survive downtown. (As of the posting of the review we still haven't gotten our missing pizzas and we are going on 2.5 hours since the original order) read more

Low quality, canned toppings, way too expensive for size. Personal was friendly though.

If you like Chipotle service but with pizza rather than mexican food, then you should check out this local pizza shop. Located right next to Lake Eola, its a good place that really gives you a lot of options on making the perfect pizza. I came in after a meeting expecting to grab a slice but instead I was given many options and I was asked what kind of crust I want, what kind of cheese and how many toppings I want. All of this happening right in front of me. Took about 5 mins from start to finish to have a fresh pizza ready to eat. read more

Hubby ate all of his pizza, which he said tasted like regular pizza, he was very excited. An hour later..... we knew why it tasted like regular pizza.
