    Great pizza!

I'm so mad that I have to update this review. After the amazing review I left before now things have changed and I'm disappointed. The pizza is still amazing. I have been coming here over 20 years. The new team there is cool but they always treat me like it's my first time going there. Chicken wings are not cheap these days and for whatever reason they put the lightest amount of buffalo sauce to make you buy extra, which is ridiculous especially when I'm already spending over $25 . On top of that every time I order wings they're always giving me all drums and then out of nowhere the chicken wings got smaller at least lower their price if that's the game they want to play. I'm gonna end up just ordering wings at the pizza shop down the street. Which are bigger than two dollars less.

Ok, ok, it's too bad that I live a bit far from here because this is one of the best pizzaria I've been to in a while. I ordered the special. 2 slices one topping and one drink. The slices are large! I could only eat one slice. I took one slices home. My husband ordered chicken wings and a salad. The chicken was bland but with the bbq sauce it was better. The service was great. The girl kept coming back to make sure everything was OK. Many came in to order out and some came to eat in. Everyone was satisfied and happy with their food.

Lunch special 2 slices with meatballs and sausage.

The pizza was freshly made and delicious. Staff were friendly and service was fast. Great customers, a nice man paid for my partner and my meal. This is a hidden gem that you should not pass up. Good music and nice ambiance.

This is by far the best pizza in Orlando! My boyfriend and I came sort of late and they had run out of individual slice. However, e were leaving without a pizza so we ended up ordering a medium paradise Supreme. It was so delicious and cooked to perfection. The bottom of the pizza and crust were crunchy and the cheese just perfectly melted. I'm usually someone who leaves the crust since indont care for the doughy texture but at this place, I will eat it all. Bensi (not sure if that's how you spell his name), offered my boyfriend and me some marinara to try. He had overheard me saving marinara was one of my parts of a pizza . And oh my goodness, his was the best marinara sauce ever. He said he doesn't use any sugar but it was the perfect amount of sweet and acidity from the tomatoes. Absolute perfection. If you're looking for a pizza place, look no further. This is by far the absolute best place to go. Service is great, the people are pleasant, and the prices are very fair. If you're not feeling super hungry, I would really recommend getting the 2 cheese slices + 1 drink option for $6 or $7. It's what my boyfriend and I get usually. If you want more toppings they are 50 cents each. The slices are pretty big and 1 slice usually fills me up.

After hearing from several people touting the quality of Paradiso Pizza for a slice of the pizza that received such rave reviews. Paradiso Pizza is located in a small location attached to a Chevron gas station. It would be easy to dismiss due to its location on a gas station property itself, but the exterior is sadly bland. Green lettering screaming "PIZZA" with a smaller white sign following it with "PARADISO" does little to entice someone to come in from the road to try this establishment. I got a slice, which with tax was $2.40, and sat down to see what all the fuss was about. The pizza was ok. It had a nice amount of cheese and sauce, but the crust was not good. It had a strange texture, hard to explain, but more like I would expect on an off brand frozen pizza. As I said, the pizza was adequate, but there are far better choices.

Coming from NY, its very hard to find a tasty pizza place in Florida. Paradiso is legit! We had pepperoni pizza. The dough was great and didn't taste like Florida water, which was great. A nice crisp crust was there. There wasn't too much grease which was great. I am just very excited that it didn't taste bad. I've tried a couple of different pizzerias and I've been disappointed. This was good pepperoni pizza!

I think sometimes that the lack of service has kept me from eating out much, and then I go to Christinis where the service is too-notch. Great service can make lackluster food taste better but Christinis doesn't have to worry there. Their food is too notch as well. It is old world attentive service, and you can't help but feel special when you go there. Our server this evening was Atilla (sp?) and he has a commanding presence and keeps a close eye on things in an unobtrusive way. It was my birthday and they treated me very well. Okay, let's get to the food. Bread service before the meal was excellent. The bread came with an eggplant sauce that was excellent. They offer butter and olive oil but I say to forego that, and just have the eggplant sauce/dip. We both had the shrimp cocktail, which wasn't the plan. But the shrimp were so large and we hadn't had a shrimp cocktail in a long time, and boy was it good. The shrimp was fresh and as mentioned, very large. We then had a Caesar salad which was good. The cheese was good, but I was surprised that there were no anchovies. We like classic Caesar with anchovies, but the salad was good nonetheless. We split a small portion of the fagottini pasta with pear and Gorgonzola cream sauce. It was the absolute best. It sounds like an odd flavor combo but it works. We both had the veal (their specialty) hubby had the veal picatta. I had the Marsala. Both very good. It came with a polenta fritter that was good, I'm not sure what was inside, it had a nice flavor, maybe pimentos? Even though tiramisu or crème brûlée is usually my go to if having dessert, we went for cannolis for a "lighter" option. Very good as well. The last one the list is ambiance. Beautiful tables, classy elegant restaurant, and tuxedoed waitstaff. Excellent!

I selected the pesto and mortadella because I have never seen mortadella on a pizza outside of my Italy vacation so... lord help me it was delicious. This combo of ingredients was perfection. This was my first time at Tratto and I already have made plans to return. My plans include trying another new-to-me pizza combination but no promises. I might get the pesto and mortadella on repeat for the foreseeable future. The pizzas can be ordered in Thin crust or Detroit style. I ordered my pizza as thin crust which was exceptional and my dining partner ordered a Detroit style with pepperoni and thoroughly enjoyed it. We both had enough leftovers to take home for another meal. This restaurant accepts reservations. The service was attentive and efficient. The restaurant interior ambiance was elegant and modern - Dim and comfortable on a hot and way too sunny day. I'm usually not a ratatouille girl at all, but THIS one? Whew. The burrata on top took it to another level--creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced. I'd go back just for that alone. Now...the Detroit-style pizza?? Where has this been all my life? We got the Spicy Pepperoni and I'm still thinking about it. The combo of crispy edges, fluffy crust, hot honey, and goat cheese was unreal. At this point, I feel like I need to book a trip to Detroit just to compare lol. We also tried the cheese wheel pasta--flavor-wise it was just okay for me, but the tableside presentation was definitely the highlight. It's one of those dishes you order more for the experience than the taste. Paired everything with a bottle of prosecco, which made the whole night feel a little extra and very much needed. And shoutout to Zack--he was a great waiter. Attentive, friendly, and really helped make the experience smooth from start to finish. Overall, great vibes, solid food, and a fun dining experience. Definitely a spot I'd come back to--especially for that pizza and burrata situation.

I ordered one of their zero proof mocktails, the 00 Spritz, which was light and refreshing. We decided to share a couple menu items including the beef carpaccio and the garlic knot sliders with pesto chicken parm. Prior to ordering, my colleague had asked our server about another menu item and the type of meat that was in the sauce because she cannot eat pork. It was clear that he was not very sure. For it not being very busy and most people dining in were on a lunch break, the food took quite a while to come out. We received the carpaccio first - it was very tasty and we both enjoyed it. When we received the garlic knot sliders, they looked amazing. It comes with 3 sliders and a side of fries. Once we began eating the sliders, my friend noticed that there was crispy prosciutto (aka pork) on them. This was not listed on the menu or mentioned by our server. Many people don't eat pork (for personal or religious reasons), so that ingredient really should be disclosed on the menu. Our server was apologetic and mentioned that they had just updated their menu so this must have been an oversight. Sadly, my friend did not have enough time left in her lunch break at this point to wait for something else to come out. I personally did enjoy the sliders and took the leftovers home. I also ordered the cacio e pepe pizza to-go to have for dinner later, and it was also very good. Besides that hiccup, overall the food was good and I would go back to try more menu items.
