I could've sworn I had written a review about this place already. I have to say, this is probably the best NY style pizza in Orlando. There, I said it. Now, it's when you order the pie fresh that you get it at its best, if you go in and ask for a slice that's been sitting around for a while the taste changes. Its still good but to me its not the same as when you order the full pie fresh. We always ask for extra cheese when we order it and its worth the extra $3. I think what I'm always impressed with is that the staff is so nice and helpful. It's in a gas station and the last thing you'd expect is to get a good pizza from here but you would be doing yourself a great disservice in not giving this place a chance. This was my first time eating at Pizza Paradiso and I'm sorry I didn't try this place sooner. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When you walk in it's your average pizzeria set up, nothing fancy kinda dark.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As side from that the service was amazing, they have a waitress who runs the whole dining room who is friendly and very attentive. I ordered the 2 slice special which comes with a soda for $7.50. Not a bad deal at all and the slices are pretty huge. I was already full with one slice but the flavor was so good I couldn't resist finishing the second slice. The beef patty tasted fresh and was hot. I'm so mad that I have to update this review. After the amazing review I left before now things have changed and I'm disappointed. The pizza is still amazing. I have been coming here over 20 years. The new team there is cool but they always treat me like it's my first time going there. Chicken wings are not cheap these days and for whatever reason they put the lightest amount of buffalo sauce to make you buy extra, which is ridiculous especially when I'm already spending over $25 . On top of that every time I order wings they're always giving me all drums and then out of nowhere the chicken wings got smaller at least lower their price if that's the game they want to play. I'm gonna end up just ordering wings at the pizza shop down the street. Which are bigger than two dollars less. read more

This is by far the best pizza in Orlando! My boyfriend and I came sort of late and they had run out of individual slice. However, e were leaving without a pizza so we ended up ordering a medium paradise Supreme. It was so delicious and cooked to perfection. The bottom of the pizza and crust were crunchy and the cheese just perfectly melted. I'm usually someone who leaves the crust since indont care for the doughy texture but at this place, I will eat it all. Bensi (not sure if that's how you spell his name), offered my boyfriend and me some marinara to try. He had overheard me saving marinara was one of my parts of a pizza . And oh my goodness, his was the best marinara sauce ever. He said he doesn't use any sugar but it was the perfect amount of sweet and acidity from the tomatoes. Absolute perfection. If you're looking for a pizza place, look no further. This is by far the absolute best place to go. Service is great, the people are pleasant, and the prices are very fair. If you're not feeling super hungry, I would really recommend getting the 2 cheese slices + 1 drink option for $6 or $7. It's what my boyfriend and I get usually. After hearing from several people touting the quality of Paradiso Pizza for a slice of the pizza that received such rave reviews. Paradiso Pizza is located in a small location attached to a Chevron gas station. It would be easy to dismiss due to its location on a gas station property itself, but the exterior is sadly bland. Green lettering screaming "PIZZA" with a smaller white sign following it with "PARADISO" does little to entice someone to come in from the road to try this establishment. I got a slice, which with tax was $2.40, and sat down to see what all the fuss was about. The pizza was ok. It had a nice amount of cheese and sauce, but the crust was not good. It had a strange texture, hard to explain, but more like I would expect on an off brand frozen pizza. As I said, the pizza was adequate, but there are far better choices. read more

Coming from NY, its very hard to find a tasty pizza place in Florida. Paradiso is legit! We had pepperoni pizza. The dough was great and didn't taste like Florida water, which was great. Never been here before. But saw many positive reviews, so thought we'd check it out. We were greeted upon arrival, which it always nice. Our waitress was fantastic! She checked back many times, refilled our drinks, etc. food was delicious!! My husband and I got the $6.99 special. 2 Slices and a drink (xtra toppings, extra). False advertising! I just called at 9:22 PM to place a delivery order. Under the "specials" section of the website, #3 states, "2 Large Cheese Pizzas, 10 Wings for $31.99, For extra topping $2.00 each topping." I proceeded to place the order when the female on the phone said the price is $33.99, not $31.99 due to a chicken wing shortage. I said, well you did not change your website so you should charge me what the website says. She then went on to say they have not changed the website yet, they are letting customers know when they place the order, and it might be a temporary change in price. She was not willing to budge, so I decided not to place the order. I have ordered from and eaten at local restaurants throughout the entire pandemic, but I will not support a restaurant that falsely advertises their prices. That is ethics 101 and business 101. I am originally from NJ and I travel for work. I get stuffed shells or ziti about everywhere I go and I could not believe how good the food was here. How can this place have 3 years of awards from the Orlando Sentinel and so few reviews? As many reviews have mentioned the service is super friendly. I stopped in and ordered a large pepperoni to go and they had it to me in about 10 minutes. The price was great too. TIP - Grab a menu from the counter as there are some coupons inside that might work for your order. This is New York style pizza...thin thin thin. I enjoyed it as it had a great fresh taste. I can't say I preferred it over Lazy Moon but they are close to my house so it's a good option. I did notice about an hour after that they must use more salt than I am used to because I just could not get enough to drink. That is why I don't order with Pizza Chain Stores and this was not near as bad but I am a little salt sensitive and this was slightly pushing the limit. That being said I still would go back and have their pizza again. I am curious to try the garlic knots everyone is raving about in the reviews and perhaps some of the sandwiches that look pretty tasty too. The pizza is the best we have ever had in Orlando/Kisssimmee area. Had a calzone tonight for the 1st time. The large can feed 3 or 4 easy. Crispy outside, delicious quality ingredients on the inside. NOT greasy at all. Can't believe I overlooked this place so close to me for so long. I've tried quite a few pizza spots in Central Florida recently, and very rare anything impresses me much & sets itself apart from the same old mediocrity. Well that was not the case after trying Pizza Paradiso last weekend. The standard 2 slices & a drink special you get at most places seems to be almost always during lunch, well apparently it's all day long here. I was treated very friendly & attentive here, and much to my suprise was brought out 2 big slices, that had enough sauce that you could ACTUALLY taste it, and it was very generous with the toppings. The crust was a perfect lightly crispy cracker like texture that I enjoyed. Definitely a step above the norm & I will be coming back here for sure Great quality, value & friendly service. Really really really impressed with this place. Ordered delivery and everything was fantastic. We recently moved here from NY (NY name dropping I know, I know) and while we had absolutely mind blowing pizza in NY ; every once in a while we'd end up disappointed- especially with Sicilian slices. Paradiso exceeded expectations in every way, we ordered a Sicilian slice, a small meatball pizza, side salad (comes with a few garlic buns) and mozz sticks, and everything was Absolutely delicious! The Sicilian was wonderfully yeasty, had that super cronchy crust, and the slice was HUGE! I preferred the Sicilian to the thin crust but that's just because it's so hard to find a great Sicilian slice, ESPECIALLY in Orlando. Try this spot, get the Sicilian and don't skip the mozz sticks!
