The crust comes out with that perfect and the sauce has great flavor, and they don't skimp on the cheese. Sometimes you don't need a bunch of toppings; a well-made cheese pizza says it all. If you're in the area and looking for a reliable local pizza spot, this is definitely worth a stop. Pizza was kind of thin crust but not cracker thin and baked through, not soggy in the middle. Toppings were ample. Great pizza and friendly service with a smile at pickup! I've been wanting to try their pizza for quite some time and finally decided to place an order when I forgot my lunch one day. Cute place and very convenient to where I work. I was so surprised to see so many people inside eating when it looks small from the outside. That must say something! I love that you can schedule a pickup for lunch and don't need to be a walk in for their lunch special like the place a few doors down. Im hooked to this place. Can be a bit pricey but it's worth it for authentic pizza and more. I love the meatball sub and cheesy bread. It's a small restaurant so take out may be your best bet, but seating is available if you want to have a family night out. The service was good and straight to the point. I've been to Stone Fired many times over the years and somehow never reviewed them! Usually I always get pizza there. They have one of my favorite pizzas in town and they have great specials on slices! The pizza always comes out hot and fresh with generous toppings. On our most recent visit, we did a pickup order to try their pasta dishes since we never had before. I chose to try chicken Alfredo and my boyfriend ordered penne and meatballs. We ordered over the phone and it was ready quickly and piping hot. The pasta came with two breadsticks for each dish. The breadsticks are amazing! Soft, buttery, garlicky, and cheesy. Yum! My boyfriend enjoyed his meal. The red sauce wasn't his favorite, but still good. I tried a bite of meatball and they have a really tasty meatball recipe. My Alfredo was a bit on the oily side which can be common with alfredo, but once I stirred everything together it was creamy, flavorful, and had a generous amount of chicken. I think the addition of broccoli or spinach would really take it to the next level! The staff here are always really friendly. This recent order was during COVID and all of the team members were wearing masks and everything was nice and clean for pick up. Stone Fired is a great local spot. Came here for an early dinner and ordered a meat pizza with pineapple and a meatball sub to share. Both came out in about 10-15 mins, so relatively quick. The meatball sub was tasty and the bread was crispy. The pizza was crispy as well and the marinara sauce was perfect. The pineapples didn't make the middle of the pizza soggy either. Order was maybe 2 minutes late (absolutely no big deal and frankly I didn't even realize) but the delivery guy was kind enough to apologize for the delay which was so unnecessary!!! Ordered pick-up 1 small mozzarella and ricotta calzone 12" with topping choice of basil pesto, on a Saturday around noon. It wasn't busy around this time. Stone Fired Pizza is good for dine-in and delivery. The cashier got my order correct, ready in 10 minutes. She asked if I wanted to make it a combo and if I wanted to put the basil pesto sauce on the side, which was nice to ask. Stone Fired Pizza's calzone was my lunch car air freshener while I was driving back home. The calzone was not "small" but large generously filled with delicious mozzarella cheese and ricotta cheese and the mozzarella had "cheese-pull". When I see the "cheese-pull", it generally means I know the cheese will be really good. The crust was soft and sprinkled with parmesan, parsley, and I think oregano. The crust was overall good in texture, but I wouldn't say it really stands out in flavor. I was content though. The pesto definitely had that basil flavor. The side marinara was slightly chunky, fresh and a little sweet, but that's how I prefer marinara sauce! The calzone also was thoroughly baked hot. Stone Fired Pizza may be a small restaurant, but my calzone was overall packed with flavor! Definitely would love to try other dishes there. I'm no Italian or pizza/calzone expert, but Stone Fired definitely will be my go-to place to fulfill my cheese-bread-marinara fix. The only thing that I think could be better was that the cashier could sound a little bit more enthusiastic over the phone and in person. Working at a restaurant may not be the best, but even just a small dose of enthusiasm makes a difference. Donald, manager, thinks my opinion on the pizza can be solved with a hug by him and that's an inappropriate reply. In most of his responses he said several times his unprofessional reply. Deep air pockets, which gave it a great chew. It passed the fold test but just barely. I wish it was a tad bit crispier but I'm just being picky. Sauce - Savory, not sweet, which is my preference. Sauce to cheese was a little low for me, I would have liked a little bit of both. But good tasting sauce. Cheese - Top quality cheese, again I wished it was a tad more but it blanketed the entire pizza and has some nice edges where it was golden and delicious. The it's overall was really good. I highly recommend you give this place a shot. We paid $24 for 2 drinks, large 1 topping and the best freaking bread sticks! Decided to have a last minute luncheon today here...Called a friend who lives near by, and she highly recommended this eatery. No servers still practicing COVID rules...We ordered through plexiglass to David.. Charming young man who was extremely attentive and knowledgeable on the menu. There were six of us ordering a variety of food. From Pizza to Calzone to Salad to Lasagna! We got our own sodas and sat ourself. Our food came out prompt and hot, delivered by a few kitchen peeps. My husband and I have driven past this unassuming joint for at least a year now, every time saying we need to check it out. Today we finally did and we were blown away. We were immediately greeted by a friendly cashier, fantastic smells, and a comfortable interior that thankfully lacked the gaudy decor of many small pizza places. We ordered a personal pepperoni pizza and a chicken parm sub which ended up being a reasonable $18. After a very quick wait our food was brought to our table.
