This pizza place is in Lake Nona right in front of Walmart. The place is stupendous! Great pizzas with a Puerto Rican twist. The tripleta pizza was amazing! Their wings were delicious. Next time I would like to try the Jibara pizza which has steak and fried sweet plantains, yummy. The restaurant itself is really pretty and they keep it nice and clean. I loved being able to see the fire in the pizza oven. The guy that took my order was nice but seemed upset, I did not like that, and I was sad that on the menu they had sangria but they did not have any. Overall, great Puerto Rican pizza place and the prices were great.

If I can add no stars I would but I can't, but the customer service sucks, Hispanics are know for the charisma which this place had 0 we got some wings and they were horrible too much sauce, garlic knots were cold and we ask the girl too take them back to warm them more and when she took them back one of the the guy got upset and tossed it back in the oven and the pizza it is whatever pizza it was so bland it's ridiculous I am a proud Puertorican but this food doesn't represent my island sorry I'll never come Back, money I regret spending

Food was amazing !!! A+ for taste and freshness. We had the pepperoni pizza, garlic knots and buffalo chicken wings. Service a D- Cashier was blah, unfriendly and not very personable. Certainly did not offer up any suggestions or any of the specials they had. Mentioned it to Samuel the mgr and he excused it as being busy. It was not when we came in. Only happened when a lil' league bb team came in. Instead of accepting the feedback as an opportunity to teach or train his staff to be more suggestive and helpful to enhance the customer experience he doubled down and said they had flyers available but were not given or mentioned at time of ordering. I said first time customer how would I know if your staff doesn't mention it. All around his stance and customer service will keep us from becoming regulars. Btw we drove 30 minutes out to this place for this to be the overall experience.

Overall, pretty good. I tried the deluxe calzone. The crust was nice and buttery, good texture. The veggies were fresh, but a little under cooked imo. My son had a personal cheese pizza and ate the whole thing real fast. It's quick service, so order at the counter and they bring to your table. Get up to get drunk refills. The atmosphere seems a little confused. There's a real weird looking...mouse?....in the middle of the place. And Connect 4 and Jenga sets. Nothing that is going to blow you away, but I'd go back.

Food: we had a pepperoni large pizza we went basic. The pizza was very tasteful and cheesy. The only thing is that the dough was a bit thick making the pizza saggy. But it was good the pizza came with 8 slices: my husband and I ate the whole pie the pieces aren't big. We also had the garlic knots they were ok nothing wow about them. Ambiance definitely a family friendly place. Service was good the girls were super friendly and it was fast

Called ahead and placed a to-go order after reviewing the menu. Decided on meat lovers and garlic knots. I arrived early and was greeted. While waiting, I noticed there were connect four games on tables. I thought it was an unexpected touch for a restaurant but a clear attempt at family-friendliness, along with bright colors abc a pinball machine in the back. When the food was ready, I was let down by the lack of flavor; everything seemed bland. While they offer more intriguing pizza options I didn't consider, the meat lovers might not be their standout choice. Perhaps for a family that is looking for friendly service and basic pizza, they are adequate.

What a great pizza and yes they have the best wings ever. Games for kids and good cold beers and deserts . The tripleta pizza is awesome

I went with my son and we loved their pizza. It was an Asian type pizza that tasted delicious. Service was fast and the restaurant was very clean. We recommend it

Large pie: Half Buffalo Chicken, half Tripleta

One of the reviews I read compared it to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza in the game Five Nights at Freddy's, and it's so true. They had multiple screens playing different sports games, pinball machines, and board games like Connect 4 and Jenga for everyone to enjoy. They even have their own mascot and a sculpture of them in the dining area. We ordered a large pizza with half Tripleta and half Buffalo Chicken. I was told about the Tripleta pizza, and the idea terrified me (I'm not kidding). After contemplating the weird combination, I knew I had to give it a try. Honestly, pretty good combo for what it's worth. The crust was crispy, the mayo ketchup wasn't overpowering, and the potato sticks offered a nice crunch. However, the Buffalo Chicken pizza was the absolute WORST pizza we've ever had. The entire portion was extremely salty, with each little piece of chicken somehow absorbing that sodium. Each bite got worse and worse; we couldn't finish the pizza. The ambiance was there, but the flavors were not delivering well. If you're feeling adventurous, you can try the Tripleta pizza, but you're on your own for the rest of the menu.

Entrance to the restaurant. Great place to come for your favorite sporting match!

A yummy pizza place with a very good happy hour! Nona Urban does a happy hour that includes half priced appetizers as well as two for one beer and wine. The beer is already very fairly priced at $4 for domestics and $5 for imports, complete with a cold mug of a different shape depending on the type of beer you get. You can enjoy bogo beers or half priced appetizers from 3-6PM tor happy hour. The pizza is also very yummy! The Korean BBQ pizza is one of my favorites, but it did have quite a bit of grease on it when I ordered it last. I will be back!

Amazing location! We had seen this place pop up on Instagram and made the drive to check it out. Their jibaro pizza was so delicious. The mixture of flavors between the maduros and pizza was exquisite. Their staff were very courteous as well. Recommend you checking it out and enjoy it. Will be back!

It was my first time going here the place itself is clean and organized. The quality of the pizza was great and fresh with the specialty pizza offered at this location. The only thing I would say that the missed opportunity was on greeting specially if you notice that is a first time visit you would guide them and check up on them considering if not busy rush hour occurring which anyone would understand. I will give a chance to this place and recommend

Wasn't bad, wasn't particularly good. We decided to try this place after my son's soccer game. And in short, it was just ok. Lemme explain. The vibe we get from the place is a Five Nights At Freddy's vibe. The decoration resembles an 80's style chuck-e-cheese complete with an odd-looking mascot in the middle of the restaurant that looks like it might come to life in the middle of the night. They have little table games like bootleg Jenga and Connect 4 to keep you entertained while you wait for your food. Mascot is a little weird but table games were a nice touch. The food was interesting. We had the quintessential Wednesday night after soccer meal (Pizza and wings). The wings were cooked well and were meaty just the way I like them. However, there was little to no seasoning and the sauce was very thin and did nothing for the wings. Even the ranch that it came with tasted watered-down. They were fine. Nothing super special. The pizza faked us out. The dough they were using tasted fresh and the way they prepped the pizza looked like they were doing all the right things. It was shaping up to be a good pie but it ended up tasting bland with very little sauce. The bottom and the crust was doughy and soft which I personally don't enjoy, but it wasn't offensive tasting. Tasted kind of like a fresher chuck-e-cheese pizza. The staff was friendly and attentive. No complaints there. All in all, we may go back one day because it's so close to the soccer facility. But it probably won't crack our regular restaurant rotation.

If you're going with someone, my recommendation is definitely to split a pizza and get the "Kale Me on My Cellphone" salad. The salad is honestly so good and loaded with toppings like artichokes, tomatoes, bacon, egg, and cheese. The green goddess dressing completely makes it super fresh, bright, and zingy. I even ended up dipping my pizza crust into the dressing because it was that good. This time we ordered the Gabagool, and I've had the Green Ranger in the past. What keeps it interesting, though, is how the atmosphere continues to evolve while staying true to its roots. At its core, this is classic New York-style grab-and-go pizza. You order by choosing slices through the glass, with plenty of options that go beyond traditional toppings--standouts like chicken bacon ranch and buffalo-style slices are clearly crowd favorites. The atmosphere is where Gitto's really shines. From the outside, it looks like a simple hole-in-the-wall, but once inside, there's more personality and energy than you'd expect. The complimentary garlic knots were an unexpected and appreciated bonus. The dough is flavorful and familiar--exactly what you want from a NYC-style slice. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch, and it delivered: not overly sauced (which is key, since ranch can easily overpower), perfectly cooked bacon, and solid chicken that didn't taste frozen or pre-made. Pizza is subjective, and this is just my experience--but it's important to judge Gitto's for what it is. This is New York grab-and-go pizza, not Italian, Chicago, Detroit, or a big chain like Papa John's. If you know the style going in and set your expectations accordingly, this place absolutely delivers.
