Not sure why this place has such low reviews on Yelp. Google shows 4.3 stars with 256 ratings as of today. Ordered 2 slices of pepperoni and my girl got Vodka Cream Pasta. The pizza slices were huge and honestly tasted much better than expected, give it a 4/5. The pasta was very average but definitely not bad--and you can't really expect 5 star pasta from a pizza shop, so I give it a 3.5/5. But, the garlic knots were excellent, 5/5. I was initially opposed to trying this place due to the Yelp reviews but I'm glad I did as I was very satisfied with my visit. read more

Called Lou's to order a pizza. Phone was answered promptly. Courteous staff member on the phone. Picked up the pizza. Paid promptly. Nice people. The pizza? Awesome! HOT like it was just out of the oven even though we drove home before we ate. Delicious. Perfect balance of sauce, toppings, and cheese. Totally recommend. I ordered via Postmates and I am more disgusted with the owner than anything. I ordered a 10 piece wings with mild sauce and a Greek salad. My order arrived and the wings had no sauce on them. I reached out to the business and offered to send a picture and was accused of doctoring the picture to make it appear misleading. You be the judge. Do you see sauce on these wings?? Pretty good pizza. Just need better people to attend customers as multiple occasions the guy was not paying attention and didn't add the right ingredients nor products. Waited one time for 20 minutes for 3 pizzas and when he only brought 1 out, that was a shit show. I don't mind people smoking cause it's whatever but when you come to work REEKING of it and it makes you "stupid", maybe you shouldn't be doing it. Also don't get the wings. We were driving up from out of state on a long drive. We went to the restaurant next door and they were closed even though their hours said open and said they couldn't make us a sandwich. We came to Lous and he said they just closed. After telling him what happened next door he said they would make us whatever we wanted. The kitchen was already cleaned and the staff was punched out. He made our pizza and sandwich from scratch by himself after hours after already cleaning the restaurant and kitchen. It's this kind of customer service that stands out above the rest! We aren't from here; but if we ever come back through we are stopping here! Customer service was some of the best we have ever had ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY and the food was on point! I don't know what you people are used to that you would find this even close to acceptable. I'm from NY and this isn't even close to NY pizza. I ordered a medium veggie pizza (Good Friday-or I would have killed for sausage on my pizza) I picked up my $13 pizza and it was literally BETWEEN A SMALL AND PERSONAL PIZZA. I thought there was a mistake. My neighbor said no mistake she had the same thing happen. Nobody in my community goes there anymore. I was so annoyed at how small this pizza was I could barely eat. It gave me anxiety! OK So it was small and pricey but was it good? OMG the dough was like wet thick cardboard. Dense heavy distgusting crust I could barely get down. Just ordered from here and was very disappointed. $41 for a small pizza that ended up being the size of a personal pan pizza that wasn't great, 5 cheese sticks, 2 cans of soda and a 24oz bottle and tiramisu. Lou's has the best New York style pizza I have ever had! This place is amazing. The garlic sticks are great too. Lots of fresh garlic and butter. AMAZING! Lou himself is quite a charater and takes pride in his shop. The wings are good too. They have lots of other food, but I always stick with the pizza although I have seen other people in there eating stuff that looks delicious. If you're in east Kissimmee you have to try Lou's. I usually like my pizza plain with either just pepperoni or plain cheese and that's it but a had a bunch of family come over and they ordered the meat lover's and christ that pizza was AMAZING! I had two pepperoni slices and a can of root beer. I expected the cheese to be more hot and stringy...it was not stringy at all. The dough was on point ,and did have a good fresh flavor. I am still curious how other items are and possibly a "fresh" hot pizza pie!! Only rated them two stars, that day I was really craving hot stringy cheese ...I think they could have done better because the flavor was there I'll be open to try there again, just never single slices that have been not sitting under a heat lamp. read more

I am originally from Chicago and my wife from Jersey. Not really my type or style of pizza but it tastes great. We all love it in my family and go 2 to 3 times a month.
